• Lou (4/5): Great service! Horrible door! - The service of the company! I was helped very well! The lock of the door was broken, it couldn't be properly locked. I am a woman travelling alone. This is a real safety hazard and it's dissapointing that the doors/locks aren't checked before guests check in. I could get another room nearby wich was great though!

• Moeen (8/5): Recommendable. - Value for money, cleanliness, accessories. Key collection (key box) is tricky. It's not easy to get. Especially a cold rainy night with lots of luggage. May be a new key box need to be installed.

• Orest (2/5): - Location is good, 2-3 minute walk from 2 tram stations that take you directly to the center. Neighborhood is okay, a few shops and fast food places around and safe at night. The apartment's heating works well and the bathroom was clean. First off, it was very hard to find the apartment since the host does not provide pictures or videos with clear directions, only a simple text message. Even after contacting them, the instructions were not clear and not helpful at all(they sent the same instructions paragraph again and told us to read it carefully). After checking out, the host also texted us that we did not leave the keys in the box and that the door was open(which was not true), which to they later replied saying that they found the key. The key box is hard to open. The door to the apartment itself does not properly close and one can easily bust in if they wanted to, even after locking it twice. We notified the host and they left us on read. The apartment (except the bathroom) was barely cleaned, dust and crumbs under the beds. The pillows are extremely thin and have to fold them 2 times to be comfy. The internet was not even connected when we got into the apartment and we had to find the ethernet connection ourselves and after that it would not go more than 2 Mbps(barely enough to send a text message, could not load even a YouTube video). The TV did turn on but there were no channels or no "smart" functionality which made it useless. Not a pleasant experience. Would not comeback 2/10.
• Mayte (3/5): Ni sábanas ni toallas ni edredón para todos - La ubicación cerca del lugar que visitaba La poca amabilidad del responsable del apartamento. Éramos 4 y le dijimos que necesitábamos otra almohada y sabanas, toallas y edredón para la cuarta persona. Nunca nos las trajo a pesar de reiteradas peticiones. Es más, no contestaba a este mensaje.... Nos contestaba automáticamente con un bots, donde nos decía las normas del apartamento y las posibles multas si no las cumplíamos. No recomendaré este apartamento a mis amigos viajeros.
• Guest (3/5): Nicht empfehlenswert, Blenderfotos in Beschreibung - 5 Minuten Gehzeit zur Straßenbahn Fotos der Beschreibung vermitteln einen falschen Eindruck. Verlebte und teils beschädigte Einrichtung. Wohnungstür wurde offensichtlich mal aufgebrochen und bleibt nur geschlossen wenn man abschließt - selbst dann wackelt sie noch.

Des de el primer momento, nos dieron la habitación más tarde del checking y luego, tengo imágenes que demuestran como nos estaba mirando un vecino desde arriba, en todo momento, estábamos vigilados. Las persianas las dejábamos de una manera y cuando volvíamos estaban de otra... tuvimos que pasar la última noche fuera de este apartamento por inseguridad.

• Charly (8/5): - Le quartier est calme, l'appartement est moderne et bien rénové, le lit est relativement confortable, un rapport qualité prix plutôt bon, le tramway est à 5mn à pied L'équipement de la cuisine est plutôt limité (pas de ciseaux par exemple), les casseroles ont les poignées à la limite de se décrocher, la machine à laver qui vibre énormément et se déplace (problème de règlages des pieds ?), les oreillers sont trop mous et ne soutiennent rien
• Michel (8/5): Un bon séjour à Vienne - L'appartement est au deuxième étage, sans ascenseur mais ce n'était pas un vrai problème. C'est propre, calme et bien équipé. Le lit était très confortable. Il est situé à la fin de la ligne (Absberggasse) de tramway D, à 3 arrêts de la gare centrale. Pas de problème avec les trains tôt car le premier tram part à 5h00. C'est dans un quartier résidentiel (pas de restos mais il y a un Billa au coin de la rue). Les trams 11, D et 6 ne sont qu'à quelques pas. On n'est pas loin de la Favoritenstrasse et du centre-ville en tram. Un très bon séjour à Vienne. L'hôte a écrit que nous devrions ouvrir la boîte à clés noire. En fait, il y a trois boîtes à clés. La bonne boîte est la boîte argentée et noire au milieu, sous la boîte noire. La serrure de la porte doit être remplacée.

• Rosa (2/5): No repetiría - La conexion que tiene con el centro y la vitro. No está nada limpio, hay mocos en los marcos de las puertas. Asqueroso. Toallas sucias, telas de polvo por las paredes. La puerta principal, si no cierras con llave, cualquiera que empuje abre la puerta porque no cierra bien. No te sientes seguro. Tienen una regleta con muchos aparatos conectados, y de golpe hace un ruido de corriente eléctrica que parece que vaya a estallar. No va el Wifi, problema si vas y tienes que hacer cosas de trabajo.

• Iliyana (7/5): A good place for a short visit to Vienna - The apartment is in a building very close to the tram that will take you to the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a Billa supermarket 1 min from your door. The building is a bit old but the apartment is renovated. There is a big tv and the bed is comfortable. We could have used a cutting board a cutting knife and some more kitchen gadgets.

• Das (8/5): It was a pleasant stay. We were mostly away during the day time and only came back at night for sleep. - Cleanliness. Friendly communication with the owner. Too much chaos in the night on the corridors. The curtains were not blocking enough lights and the neighbours had lights on till 0100 hours. Wifi was not working.

• Anna (8/5): Very good - The apartment was quite cosy, clean and renovated, with new furnuture and plates. The house itself is old and the yard is dirty; quite noisy in the evenings due to foreigners smoking outside. Not recommended as a location for family with kids.

• Saulius (10/5): Exceptional - An appartment is by much underrated in booking ratings. I was living in places rated 8.0 in other big cities, and these were less comfortable and worse located. Beds are comfortable, it is silent at night, food store is 20 meters away and it has a kitchen. Key collection system could be more simple, as key box does not open by just doing what instruction says..,

• Diana (9/5): For 2 nights in the city, everything was amazing :) - The location is very good - the tram is ~4 mins away, you have a Billa Market next to the property. The instructions regarding the keys and the location were very easy to understand. We had towels and clean sheets. The price was very good for the property! A little bit of smell coming from the bathroom, but was not so much to be disturbing

• Domingos (5/5): Was a bit disappointing. But serves it's purpose. - It had coffee, sugar, salt, tea, paper towels and shower gel, which we didn't expect!!! The shower is good and the mattress was very comfortable. The place was quieter as it faces the inside part of the building and we had a good night of sleep. We had the impression that the neighbourhood looked a bit dodgy and the building was not well looked after. The flat itself was fine, but as we first arrived the heating was not working and the apartment was cold. But the host manage to send instructions so we could make it work. Also the internet code written by the host in a paper sheet was incorrect. We found the modem with the correct code and informed the host so he could fix it for the next guests. Try to use the tv but the remote control was not working as there were a damaged battery on it. The location was not the best, not many businesses near by besides a small supermarket. What saves it is the tram that makes easy to access the city center.

• Harjinder (1/5): Bad - NOTHING AT ALL EVERYTHING!!! THE TV WASNT WORKING THE INTERNET WASN'T WORKING IT WAS DIRTY AND LOCATION WAS NOT GOOD. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THIS PROPERTY, YOU CAN GET MUCH BETTER PLACE EVERYWHERE ELSE IN VIENNA. WE TRIED TO COMTACT THEM ABOUT THE WIFI AND ALL THEY SAID WAS WE CANT DO ANYTHING WHEN CLEARLY ALL THEY USR IS A SIM ROUTER. ALSO THERE IS NO MOBILE NETWORK ASWELL WHIXH MEANS YOU GOING TO BE STUCK WITHOUT INTERNET ON YOUR DEVICE FOR HOW EVER LONG YOU GO TO PLEASE PLEASE DONT WASTE YOU MONEY LIKE WE DID ITS NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!!!!!!
