• JaNae (9/5): Wonderful place to retire to after a long day of touring Vienna. Was cozy in the winter. - The property was spacious and warm. We went in the winter and hee floors downstairs seemed heated. The property for our family of five comfortably. Cleanlyness and space.
• Miguel (10/5): Excelente apartamento - Es un apartamento cómodo con dos habitaciones amplias y lo necesario para una estancia de hasta 6 personas. Nos fuimos caminando al centro en menos de 20-30 minutos y la verdad vale la pena caminar en la zona porque es muy bonita, además descubrimos un bistro de comida muy rica y a buen precio (Victoria), hay un supermercado a dos calles (Billa) Desde la estación central de Viena (Wien Haupbanhof) se llega en unos 15 minutos (tomando primero la linea U1 y luego la U4). Además un tranvía (31) conectado al metro te deja a media cuadra del alojamiento. Tomás fue muy amable y estuvo siempre atento y se comunicó constantemente para asegurarse de nuestra entrada, aunque hay que anotar que el alojamiento no está dentro del edificio sino a un costado, una señora (asumo que era la encargada del edificio) salió a ayudarnos con la entrada e incluso llamó a Tomás para que abriera el casillero de la llave porque estaba medio trabado. Pero por dentro el apartamento está muy bien. No es gran cosa. Pero encontramos una copa rota que estaba entre la vajilla (supongo que anteriores huéspedes lo dejaron allí), por lo que no estaría demás revisar el estado del menaje de la cocina

Die Lage war daher absolut genial. In ca. 6 Gehminuten ist das "Kaffeeamt" erreichbar. Ein wirklich tolles Frühstückslokal. Doppelbett könnte etwas länger sein.

• Yejin (7/5): - 친절한 호스트. 많은 침대. 청결하고 아기를 위한 용품이 구비되어있어 아기가 있는 사람들에게 좋을 것 같음 관광지와 생각보다 멈. 링안에서 바로오는 트램이 없음. 앞에 트램역은 있는데 어디로 가는건지는 모르겠음. 보일러로 뜨거운 물이 나오는 형태라 4인가족이 모두 따뜻한 물로 씻기에 시간이 필요함. 두명씻고나면 다른 두명은 찬물로 씻어야하는 단점 있었음. 한국 펜션 시스템임. 청송 Zip job 해야됨. 호스트가 영어로 해줬으면 좋겠음.. 인터넷이 끊기면 chat gpt한테 못물어봐서 소통이 안됨,, ㅜㅜ

• Magdalena (10/5): Świetny apartament dla rodziny - Apartament bardzo czysty i świetnie wyposażony, są sprzęty kuchenne, przyprawy, kapsułki do zmywarki, środki piorące, 2 smart tv. Mieszkało się nam bardzo wygodnie. Bardzo blisko jest dobrze zaopatrzony sklep Billa, zaraz obok przystanek tramwajowy, my jednak korzystaliśmy z metra, do stacji krótki spacer. Polecam aplikację vienmobil i kupno elektronicznych biletów. Właściciel polecił nam parking oddalony o około 10 minut na piechotę, dzięki aplikacji bmove mozna zaoszczędzić kilka euro. W weekend parkowaliśmy za darmo, przy ulicy. Proszę zaktualizować zdjecia, syn liczyl na biurko, które na zdjeciach jest, ale w apartamencie już go nie ma.
• Renate (9/5): Perfekter Aufenhalt um Wien zu erkunden - Super freundlich, sehr gute Lage, es gab eine Waschmaschine, stabiles WLAN, Einkaufsmöglichkeit bei Billa direkt vor der Türe. 2 komplette Schlafzimmer, 1 Zimmer mit 3 Betten, 1 Zimmer mit Kinderbett Wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist könnte man sich etwas an der s-Bahn stören. Für uns war es kein Problem. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen
• Dagmara (10/5): - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, dość blisko do ważnych miejsc w Wiedniu. Apartament wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba na kilka dni. Czysto i bardzo przyjemny wystój. Dwie sypialnie na górze (nawet dla 5 osob), w pelni wyposażony aneks kuchenny z częścią jadalną i kanapa na dole. Oddzielnie toaleta i łazienka z prysznicem na górze. Blisko apartamentu dość duży market z przystępnymi cenami i szerokim asortymentem (pieczywo, wędliny, mięso, słodycze, napoje, chemia itd). Bardzo dobry kontakt z wlaścielem (wiadomości na booking), szybkie odpowiedzi na zapytania. Polecam to miejsce Wszystko było super. Dla osób z trudnościami w poruszaniu się może być pewien kłopot że schodami (dość strome) i co z tym zwiazane z korzystaniem z toalety (jest w górnej części apartamentu)

Достатньо місця для перебування чотирьох-п'яти людей. плюс є дитяче ліжко. Два поверхи - на першому кухня і невеликий диванчик, на другому дві окремі кімнати, туалет і ванна окремо. Сходи можна загородити спеціальним бар'єром для безпеки дітей. Не дуже свіже повітря у приміщенні, у ванні на стелі невелика пліснява. У шухлядах залишились порожні флакони від шампунів, якими, вочевидь, користувались попередні мешканці.

• Hanna (10/5): A wonderful place to stay with great connections! - The area was very nice and peaceful!Tomas was a great host and always replied fast. The apartment was spacious and had a lot of different possibilities for sleeping.
• Kaja (9/5): A nice stay in Vienna - A spacious apartment in a good location, well-connected to the city center and locations such as the Stadium. It's also possible to walk (about 30 mins to the Cathedral, for example). The kitchen is fully equipped, has a microwave, a fridge, and a washing machine, and everything was clean. The apartment was cool even though it was hot outside. The bathroom and the bedrooms were clean and all linens and towels were provided, as well as soap, toilet paper etc. The apartment opens directly onto the street. The glass door of the apartment and the only window downstairs open directly onto the sidewalk. The apartment can be a bit noisy with the tram, cars, and buses going past on the street, and the big bedroom opens into an inner courtyard where sound of the other inhabitants of the building echoes a lot (slamming doors, slamming bins shut) and also a kids' playground. The smaller bedroom has windows facing that same street. Not a problem for us, but there are stairs to reach the bedrooms upstairs, and they're quite steep.
• Kalpesh (10/5): Best apartment in booking.com - The best apartment, we have stayed in. Very thoughtful design. Modern. Tomas has thought of everything. Great location near amazing restaurants. Easy to walk to centre 15-20 minutes. Tram outside. 2 train stations within 5-10 minute walks. Supermarket Billa very close. All excellent. If more than 3 stay, then plan your showers for enough hot water.

• Claudia (10/5): Loved Dana's Apartment with Child & Dog in Tow - We loved our host. He was wonderful in every way in accommodating our family's needs. We loved the apartment which had everything we needed to for our 2.5-year-old child. Beautifully furnished, 2 separate large bedrooms to accommodate us all including the crib, and the city location was perfect for our needs during our too short 2-night visit to Vienna. The street level location was nice - so easy on us with pram, dog and luggage. The price point was an excellent value. We were so happy with everything. This place is over the top with great everything and thoughtful amenities.

The sink for the social bathroom could be a little bit bigger but I’m being picky here. 😁

The apartment was large and the kitchen was well supplied with dishes and utensils. There was a washing machine in the apartment. Really good heavy drapes on the windows to darken the rooms at night for sleeping.

• Nathalie (10/5): Well located and very convenient appartment - Overall a very practical, neat and well conceived appartment! Downstairs is the living space, with a big dining table and a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine. Little tv corner with a sofa, that has been upgraded since the pictures where taken. The living space, albeit not enormous, is very convenient! Upstairs are 2 spacious bedrooms, with very comfortable mattresses and pillows. The host responded very kindly and promptly to our inquiries, and even gladly provided a non-feather bedding option upon asking, which we were very thankfull for. Despite being on the street side, and on an inner courtyard for one of the bedrooms, we had no problem with noise at night. In case you have a toddler, there is a real baby bed and a tricycle at your disposal, and there is a security barrier on top of the stairs. In one of the bedrooms there is a TV, and a desk with a computer in the other. There is a tramway stop a few seconds down the street, and a supermarket (Billa) within a 2 minute walk. Very convenient! We enjoyed our stay! The only thing that could be better is the fan! We appreciated its potency, but the noise level was quite something. A fan for each bedroom would be a well appreciated touch.

Location is very convenient, with walking distance to the city centre. Communication with the host is easy and they give all necessary guidance for Vienna. I definitely recommend this place! Nothing
• Kornel (10/5): We enjoyed the stay and fully recommend it. - The appartment was in great state, very clean and the location was also fine. There are two separate bedrooms, bathroom and a toilet upstairs and a well equipped kitchten. The owner was also friendly and helpful. It is not a problem of property, but when visiting Vienna by car, you can't park it long term during a work week on the street in front of the appartment. There is however parking house that costed at the time 6€/day.
