• Sabine (7/5): - Schlüsselkasten ist sehr schwer zu finden und da bodennahe an einem Fahrradständer auch schwer zugänglich.

• Tate (8/5): Perfect base for your exploration of Vienna. - The appartment had all the necessary appliances and more. Very convenient for part or all of a long stay. Bed was squeaky and some of the other furniture and cutlery/crockery were poor quality.

• Jakob (3/5): Not good enough. - The location is good. About ten tram station to the city center. There are parts of the apartment are very good. In the kitchen, there are all the necessary titbits to make meals: flour, sugar, oil, spices, tea, coffee, etc. The bathroom is fine too, just missing towel hangers. I would have never booked that apartment had I known how difficult it is to climb SO MANY stairs to get to it. Sixty-three stairs on a narrow, curvy staircase. The first day with my suitcase, and then with my wife's suitcase. And I am 72. And then again every day, three times up and three times down. And on the last day, down with the suitcases. TERRIBLE! In the description, the host says: "Upper floors accessible by stairs only." He must have said that the flat is not for people older than 50 who are without physical training. The second thing. There are NO NORMAL CHAIRS with straight-up backrests in the flat. Only two little ones with a backrest inclined at an angle of 45 degrees are available, so one has nothing to lean on while seated. I had to sit on the edge of the bed and hold the PC in my lap to do my assignments or watch TV. Those tiny uncomfortable chairs must be used to sit during meals at one tiny 40X50 cm table. Again, nothing to lean back to. There are also two bar chairs (no backrests) but they are too low for the bar desk, so they cannot be used for meals either. There are no bedside tables to put a glass of water, a book or glasses before sleeping (there is floor, of course). Since the only way to watch TV is from the bed, additional pillows are necessary to make such watching comfortable. Nonexistent. There are only two rather flat bed pillows. Other parts of the apartment are good. In the kitchen, there are even all the necessary titbits to make meals: flour, sugar, oil, spices, tea, coffee, etc. The bathroom is fine too, just missing towel hangers. This is the first time I am giving an unsatisfactory review. And I have given more than 50 of them. Too bad.
• Qijun (3/5): Too hot - poor ventilation. Would not recommend staying here during the summer. - There were two major problems with this rental 1. The flat is on the 4th floor, so it gets very hot. There is no AC and no fan and minimal ventilation. I do not recommend this place in the summer unless the host installs AC or a fan, otherwise it's intolerable. 2. Poor cleaning. The mops used to clean the flat was stored in the closet. It was dirty and smelled really bad and stunk up the apartment.
• Anni (10/5): Great apartment! Lot's of nice places to eat and drink nearby. Good public transport connection. - The apartment felt just like home and the neighbourhood is really awesome. Seems like there's a lot of people from different cultures living in this area and this gave a chance to experience some exotic and delicious things for a very cheap price in the market street and Yppenplatz. The apartment doesn't have a comfortable place to work. Not necessarily a bad thing but just keep that in mind. Pillows were a bit lumpy and the bed a bit squeaky but nothing unbearable. Also in the summer it's probably a good idea to bring earplugs if you are disturbed by noise because people are hanging out on the street at night and you can hear it very well when the window is open.
• Raimonda (7/5): Good - The place is very good because you can go by walk to the city center. Host is very polite, answer to all questions very fast. Neighbours is very noisy, every evening a lot of noises in the street. Bed has to be changed because a lot of noises when you are moving. Pillows are terrible!
• Moss (6/5): Nice apartment in a good location, but uncomfortable bed. - Great Location, clean and well maintained. Cute decor. Washing machine. The bed is incredibly uncomfortable and it’s on a frame that creaks with every tiny movement. The pillows were also very uncomfortable and we ended up being unable to sleep much at all. Everything else about the property was great, but we needed good nights sleep and never got it. It’s also up several flights of stairs with no lift and I never saw that mentioned in the ad.

• Tina (8/5): Great place for a short city break - Great location in my favourite part of Vienna, close to Yppenplatz/Brunnenmarkt, shops and public transport around the corner. Easy to communicate with the owner who let us check-in very early which I appreciated very much. Precise instructions to check in. The flat is a studio with all the facilities, quiet and well furnished. Would recommend it to friends and would stay again. Terribly saggy pillows. :-(
• Zachery (5/5): Disappointed with the condition but loved location. - The location was great. Washer and kitchen very nice. The apartment was dirty with stains on the wall and trash under the bed. The shower drain was backed up.

• Barbumarilena (10/5): Exceptional - 30 minute until the center, very close to a market. Also apartment was clean and confortable.
• Sasha (7/5): Good - The tram station is close. 20 min bybtram to the center. Could be a little bit cleaner. Some dishes were fatty. The neighbors were a bit noisy. Was hard to find the key.
• Georgia (7/5): Good - The accommodation was not nice because construction works were being made in the building but also outside on the street,causing noise and transport problems
