• Thomas (8/5): Sanierte Altbauwohnung, hohe Räume, tolle Lage. Erwartungen voll erfüllt. - Großzügige Räumlichkeit, wohnlich eingerichtet. In sehr günstiger Lage mit der zu Fuß gut erreichbaren U-Bahn-Station Schottentor. Aufzug in den 4. Stock eines repräsentativen Altbaus mit leicht morbidem Charme. Perfekte Kommunikation des Vermieters. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ama bızım 4 kişilik 1+1 odaydı ve cok iyi cekıyordu. Ütü camasır bulasık makınası mınık sabunlar vs vardı. Fakat terlık yok yanınıza alın

Estaba preparado para dos pax y éramos tres pax. La cafetera no funcionaba. La luz que debía iluminar la mesa comedor, no funcionaba. Internet, un desastre!

• Nathalie (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt an zentraler Lage - Sehr zentrale Lage, nahe bei U-Bahn und Stadtbahn. Schlüsselübernahme und -abgabe sehr unkompliziert. Gut ausgestattet. Gepäck kann vor Check-in und nach Check-out nicht gelagert werden. Dies war kompliziert, da die Schliessfächer am Bahnhof alle besetzt waren. Beim Gebäude ist momentan eine Baustelle, die macht am Morgen ab 7.00 Uhr etwas Lärm.

Brauchbare Küche mit dem Notwendigen für 2 Personen. Gute Lage mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Anbindung an Metro und Tram. Bei der Küchenausstattung könnte noch etwas zugelegt werden.

• marcus (8/5): Great location small but neat apartment. - The location is excellent as far as the city layout. Unfortunately Vienna is building a new metro system and the road has building work for this, this of course is nothing to fault the apartment with, double windows help keep any noise out. We would use this apartment again, no problem. Washing machine was broken. TV we couldn't get working? Not sure what the problem was maybe the tv box. The kitchenette is small so we used it for nothing more than hot drinks.

Ook dichtbij een metro, tram station wat reizen door Wenen extra makkelijk maakte en een geweldig restaurant naast het appartement met heerlijk betaalbaar eten. De badkamer was erg klein en onpraktisch. Jammer genoeg ook een bouwproject voor de deur, maar daar toch weinig overlast van gehad.

• Claudia (7/5): Grundsätzlich schöne Wohnung, leider lieblos verwaltet. Gute Lage, wenn die Baustelle nicht wäre. - Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über Türcode und so war die An- bzw. Abreise zu jeder Zeit problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung ist hell und auf den ersten Blick geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung war auch soweit sauber, allerdings war das Bad nur oberflächlich gut gereinigt. Direkt vor unserem Fenster befand sich eine große U Bahn Baustelle. Außerdem wurde das Appartement neben unserer Wohnung aktuell renoviert. Das hieß im Klartext: auf der U-Bahn Baustelle beginnt täglich um 6 Uhr in der Früh die Arbeit und in dem Appartement neben uns ging es um 7 Uhr los. Spätestens dann, war schlafen nur schwer möglich. Auf meine Anfrage beim Vermieter, warum das in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt wurde, habe ich zwar eine Entschuldigung erhalten, aber auch die Aussage, dass man das zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung nicht wusste. Da das Appartement neben uns ebenfalls durch unseren Vermieter vermittelt wird, ist das für mich eher unglaubwürdig, von der U-Bahn Baustelle ganz zu schweigen. Außerdem wird auch jetzt in den aktuellen Angeboten nichts von Baustellen erwähnt. Ich hätte mir hier wirklich mehr Ehrlichkeit gewünscht. Damit hätte ich umgehen können. Die Küche im Appartement ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet und es fehlt an funktionierender Beleuchtung, genau wie im Bad. Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Tür im Bad aufgequollen, schließt sehr schwer, etc.)

Didn't meet hosts but clear communication including instructions to access property. Las luces de la cocina, como el extractor, funciona arbitrariamente. Además suele haber ruido de madrugada cuando sale la gente de su apartamento y algunas veces te despierta. Suele hacer mucho frío por las noches aunque pongas la calefacción alta

• Robert (8/5): A very nice and clean apartment, located at a perfect place in beautiful Viena. The contact with the property management - The apartment was very cosy and very clean. The location was very good as well, close to public transport but also on a walking distance from the centre. We were with 2 people and that was perfect. If we would have shared it with friends, then there’s not much intimacy. The apartment is suitable for a family with children. There is construction work going on in the street, but inside the apartment you don’t notice this at all.

Man kann zu Fuß viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsstraßen erreichen. Auch das Einchecken hat einfach geklappt. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen

• Facundo (10/5): - La propia edad en sí es espectacular, muy grande y muy cómoda para poder pasarla muy bien. Tiene todo lo necesario. Como crítica constructiva sería bueno que dejaran algún elemento para limpieza (escobillon) o al menos un trapo en la entrada, en nuestra estadía nevó mucho y los zapatos llegaban sucios y no teníamos donde poder limpiarlos o como limpiar el piso del ingreso. Por otro lado lo único a mejorar si o si es el wifi, la verdad es que se hace muy difícil poder hacer que funcione. Luego en líneas generales todo fue muy bueno y con muy buena respuesta!!

• Soares (8/5): Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, dans un bâtiment ancien et magnifique. - L’emplacement de cet appartement et génial, avec une vue magnifique sur un monument sublime. L’appartement est au calme, très cosy, bien décoré et la hauteur sous plafond est extrêmement agréable, surtout quand il s’agit de petits appartements. Dans la cuisine, les boutons de cuisinière étaient abîmées au cassé. Le congélateur à l’intérieur du frigo avait la porte cassée dans la salle de bain, le support de robinetterie était abîmé, et ne tenait plus le pommeau de douche. Donc pas très pratique de faire la douche.

• Helena (5/5): Toppenläge, rymligt och underbar utsikt, men lite slitet och dåligt internet. - Läget var toppen! Elementen stängdes av varje natt så det blev kallt, det luktade unket/avlopp i duschrummet, wifi funkade knappt då det antingen var dålig signal eller kopplade bort sig helt vilket gjorde att tvn inte funkade så bra heller. Lite halvslitet golv men inget att klaga på rent funktionellt, förutom att det inte gick att växla mellan duschmunstyckena ibland. Det är lyhört från vägen då man hörde spårvagnen, fest och utryckningsfordon.

• US Traveler (1/5): Avoid this property - Nothing. The pictures and description do not match the property. Advertised as 1 bed plus sofa bed and 2 bathrooms, but actually had only 1 bed, no sofa bed and only 1 bathroom. The heat could not be controlled and i was told to open the windows to cool the apt. The construction noise just outside started every morning at 6am. The kitchen was poorly equipped (had to ask for dishes). So many reasons not to choose this property.

• Melanie (9/5): - It was impossible to pull up outside the property due to massive construction. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem but I’m traveling with my 84 year mother with mobility issues so it was very challenging. Might have chosen differently had I known.

• Ricarda (8/5): - Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Eine tolle Wohnung in einem tollen, man kann Geschichte leben. Zu empfehlen ist auch das Café Votiv. Der Kontakt war sehr unkompliziert. Wir würden wiederkommen ❤️
• Nora (8/5): - Location was good. The bed was comfortable and the view was good. The unit was clean and the bathroom was updated and functional. There was no fan for air movement. The kitchen had minimal utensils and exceptionally small dish rack. The wifi was unreliable and sporadic. In order to have air movement you had to open the windows to the noisy traffic below.
