• Giulia (10/5): Tutto ottimo!! :) - Flessibilità check-in e check-out (automatizzato). Disponibilità di lasciare le valige. Pulizia casa ottima. Letti comodi. Fornita di tutto (phon, shampoo, asciugamani, lenzuola). Macchinetta caffè con cialde a disposizione. Posizione a circa 2 km dal centro, in un quartiere molto tranquillo. Ci siamo spostati a piedi, ma anche con qualche mezzo per comodità. Nulla da dire di negativo :)

• Giulia (9/5): - Appartamento moderno e pulito con tutti i comfort necessari. Cucina ben organizzata e bagno bellissimo. Posizione ottimale, a neanche dieci minuti dalla metro. Strada tranquilla in un quartiere molto vivo e pieno di posti.

• Julie (10/5): Great little apartment without stairs. - Great Location with restaurants and shops around the corner. You can even walk into town. Great for people who don’t like stairs as the apartment is accessible directly from the street. Nothing. Everything was great.

• Andrè (10/5): - Appartement was genau für einen Kurzurlaub mit Anreise Eisenbahn passte. Fußläufig vom Bahnhof erreichbar und gefühlt 20 - 25 min bis zur Karlskirche als Eingang zur inneren Altstadt. Sauber, ruhig und alles was man braucht vorhanden. Kommunikation wie man sich es wünscht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. . Danke
• Kristina (9/5): Jederzeit wieder! - Sehr saubere kleine Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, obwohl wir nichts gebraucht haben. Sehr einfaches und unkompliziertes Check in. Wir dürften auch unser Gepäck später abholen- vielen Dank dafür! Etwas mehr Licht über der Küchenteile wäre nicht schlecht. Sowie im Winter am Abend wäre die Heizung sinnvoller statt tagsüber ( da waren wir sowieso weg). Einen Föhn konnte ich auch nicht finden.

• MARIA BONARIA (2/5): - Bagno ristrutturato Nell appartamento c era odore di fumo , e l unica cosa che ci ha saputo dire “ io c’ero di mattina e non l’ho sentito “ Oppure “ c è scritto che non si può fumare”….. non ci ha risolto il,problema cambiando appartamento cosa dovuta ! tappeto era molto sporco , e sotto il tappeto era sporchissimo di terra , la cucina non era pulitissima e c’era polvere dappertutto .
• Nathalie (9/5): Vom Appartement lässt sich prima die wirklich wunderschöne Stadt super erkunden. - Super schönes Appartement. Stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und geräumig. Tolle Lage, in paar Minuten zum Naschmarkt. Bus und Straßenbahn zur Innenstadt oder Bahnhof ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Viele Restaurants etc. fussläufig erreichbar. Einziges Minus der Erdgeschoss Wohnung, im Schlafzimmer zu Straße hört man jedes Auto das vorbeifährt oder auch Fußgänger die vorm Fenster reden. Da ich allerdings weiß, das ich einen sehr leichten Schlaf habe reise ich nie ohne Ohrstöpsel und somit war auch das kein Problem.
• Sandra (10/5): Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Wien. - Schön und praktisch eingerichtet, man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Da wir für einen Kurs da waren, waren wir nur zum Schlafen in der Wohnung. Ich hatte eine Info zu den Bettdecken geschickt, dazu bekam ich leider keine Antwort.

• Miranda (8/5): Good but would be better when renovations is done. - The room itself is fantastic warm and cozy. Very clean and very comfortable bed. I will definitely come back and excited to see the whole apartment after its renovations. Knowing the renovations what was happening didn't put us off yes there's lots of dust and noise. The only major issue is the work hours are longer than 4pm on weekdays it tends to go on till 19:30 20:00ish and it does start early but it's a good wake up call to start the day.

• Robert (9/5): Nice apartment - Bed was really really confortable, nice kitchen and bath. We liked the appartment. Thanks I think it would be interesting if you add on the photos the num of the appartment, in description it appears some photos and you cannot identify to which appartment belongs.
• Jacob (7/5): Great suite when construction is finished! - Great location, spacious suite, well supplied, easy check in. Currently the suite entry is through a pitch-black hallway through an active construction zone. Air is filled with fine dust, and noisy machinery starts each day at 7 am. Workers outside the windows. Would be a lot better to visit when construction is done.
• Martin (3/5): Poor - location the add on booking.com mentioned that there are constructions in the building. However, it didn't describe that the hallway to the apartment was a complete mess (see photo). My wife got horrible dust allergies and had problems breathing. Furthermore the kitchen sink and its nearby areas were infested with ants. (see other photo) Before writing this bad review, I have addressed the issues to the owner and asked for a partial refund. She expressed her apologies but didn't seem to care at all and refused to pay a dime. Shameful experience.
• Rafael (9/5): Great (first floor no elevator yet) apartment in good Vienna location - The apartment is a wide studio completely renovated with a small kitchen, perfectly suitable to make some meals. The location is not too far - 20 minute walk - to the main attractions, I value not having to be right in the middle of everything. A supermarket steps away, and several restaurants handy. Around a 25 minute wall to Flixbus station (to Graz, for example), or a 15-20 min walk to the main train station and some other regional buses (RJ to Bratislava, for example) Apt has a washing machine, good wifi, and it is tastefully decorated. The main room is wide and ample, plenty of natural light; the bathroom is also nice. Nice neighborhood to wall around. Vienna is expensive in general, the apartment was costly, but you can save by cooking and washing clothes there. Two points to suggest or heads up for upcoming visitors: 1. The whole building is under renovation. There are wholes in the walls, full scaffolding on the facade, etc. Once inside the apartment, everything is great, but it was a surprise. I was there over a weekend, and did not hear construction noise. However, alas, it was a weekend, and I was away all day long, anyway, visiting the city and other locations. I only heard some construction noise at 7 AM on a Saturday, just beware 2. Maybe in the future there will be an elevator, but there is none now. My apt was on the first floor, needing to climb a spiral stair case with relatively narrow steps. For a light traveler with a small bag, it is doable, but for heavy packers or those who have a stroller or a bag over 20 inches, it will be a challenge. I noticed other visitors in other apartments on the ground floor, but not sure what they look like. I did hear some voices from the street at times, but in general the neighborhood was very quiet and pleasant. Other than that. good place to stay

• Diana (8/5): Very good - nice apartment, very cozy, comfortable and well equipped, in a quiet area. the building is being renovated so it is a bit of a construction site from the outside, with dusty lobby and on the stairs. The heating in the living room was too warm and unfortunately it was not possible to turn it down.

• Bojana (9/5): Cozy, well furnished and equipped apartment in one of the nicest districts of Vienna. Perfect for a weekend trip, highly - Clean, well equipped and beautifully furnished, very comfortable bed, great location and fair value for price. TV is too small.
• Francesca (8/5): Clean and nice apartment - Very clean, cozy apartment. Nicely decorated and comfortable. It was nice that the kitchen had an oven and dishwasher. Location was ok. Not too central but not too far either. A suggestion of restaurants and things to see was also provided which turned out to be quite helpful. Kitchen was missing a cutting knife and frying pan. Small hot water tank only allowed for roughly one shower worth of hot water in the morning (not ideal when multiple people needed to shower).
• Matthew (8/5): Perfect apartment for exploring Vienna - This apartment is in the perfect location for getting around and exploring Vienna. It was exactly as described - clean, well laid out, and comfortable. Fridge and washing machine was a big plus. Host was quick to respond to all questions and very helpful. Highly recommend!

• Erdal (5/5): Medium - It was clean and at a very convenient location. Internet was not working. Even though I contacted to property owner couple of times via booking.com, the issue did not resolve. Connection was on and off and when it was on, it was extremely slow. No soap in the bedrooms either.

The apartment is also located within a walking distance from the Main train station and the places I had to visit. The host provided on-time and detailed information.

• Sun (8/5): Very good - the tram station is not far away and in the near you can find supermarket and good restaurants. The apartment itself is big enough for several people and well decorated. Only one thing we could say is that there were many ants in the front area and in the first room. During the sleep it was quite annoying... In the other area it was fine.
