• Eugeniu (10/5): Un apartament minunat - 1. Comunicarea cu proprietarii este excelenta - raspund repede , deplin , la subiect. Demult nu am avut asa o experienta grozava. Urmeaza sa punctez , ca despre problema referitor la apa calda , care este una generala pentru casa , am fost imediat preintampinati, ni s-a dat optiunea de a anula gratuit rezervarea , iar odata ce am refuzat urmeaza sa asumam urmarile. Tot aici tin sa subliniez , ca apa este mai rece doar in unele cazuri , in cele 7 zile am prins dimineti , zile si chiar seri cand era foarte fierbinte , deci , urmeaza sa tii cont si sa te adaptezi , odata ce ai fost din timp informat de gazde si nu ai refuzat ! Sper ca problema va fi remediata , pentru ca apartamentul este minunat! 2. Apartamentul este mare , luminos , bine amenajat si asigurat cu toate cele necesare. Patul si canapeaua sunt comode , totul - masina de spalat haine si vase , plita , toasterul, televizorul si monitorul , Wifi, etc functioneaza excelent. Prosoapele sunt mari , curate , frumos mirositoare si multe! 3. In apartament sunt multe usensii de gatit, multa vesela pentru toate gusturile. Am fost foarte multumiti ca am gasit cesti pentru ceai , aparte pentru cafe , dar si pentru espreso , multe - multe! Cafeaua era excelenta pentru ce multumesc frumos. Apropo , am gasit si zahar , ceai, sare , hartie toaleta , precum si alte lucruri necesare. 4. Apartamentrul este frumos decorat , iar terasa este minunat! 5. Check in este usor , instructiile au fost clare si expediate din timp. 6. Apartamentul nu este departe de centru , cateva rute de tramvai opresc chiar alaturi , supermarkete sunt cateva in imediata apropiere, precum si cafenele, farmacii etc. 7. Informatiile de pe platforma sunt veridice , tot ce este listat este prezent . Felicitari gazdelor! Spper ca problema minora cu apa calda , care este comuna pentru jntrega casa sa fie rezolvata si sa nu afeceze reputatia unei cazari minunate!

• Ryosuke (10/5): 非常に快適な滞在期間でした！ - 家具も一通り揃っており、内装は綺麗で、バルコニーがあるのも良かったです！ 特に思い当たりませんが、強いて言うのであれば観光中心部へのアクセスは20-30分くらいです。

• Yakunina (10/5): Ідеальні апартаменти для 3-4 людей. Затишно, чисто та зручно, недалеко від метро. - Апартаменти сподобались на 100%. Дуже чисто, охайно. Красивий інтер'єр. Окрема любов, то відкрита веранда у внутрішньому дворику. Всі вікна виходять у двір, тому жодного шуму від вулиці. У 5-7 хвилинах ходьби є метро. Я подорожувала із сім'єю, тому користувалась кухнею для приготування сніданків. На кухні було все необхідне для мене. Чай, кава мелена та у гранулах. Також не було потреби у додатковому покупці солі, цукру та деяких спецій. Приємно, що при заселенні додаткові ліжка вже були постелені. Чиста постільна білизна, рушники. Всього вдосталь. не має

• Ilya (9/5): We had a good time. - Nice, cozy, well-equipped apartment, in a nice building and nice area. The kitchen is small, but has everything you need. We only choose apartments with a balcony, and the apartment has a spacious and comfortable balcony. It overlooks a small, closed courtyard, so there is no view of the street, but this will appeal to those who love silence. The apartment is not in the inner city (Innere Stadt), but architecturally it is also the center, in Vienna it is very large. The owners provided clear instructions and the check-in was very simple and flexible in time. Wi-Fi worked very well. The nearest metro line does not lead to the center, but with transfers it is not long. In addition, there are trams, and you can also walk for about 30 minutes. In general, Vienna has a great organization of transport, the best of what we have seen. Two dreams came true here: my wife saw pandas at the zoo (and according to the news, they returned to China a few days later due to their age), and my son saw his beloved axolotls at Haus Des Meeres (highly recommended). Helpful tip: most supermarkets are closed on Sunday. But we found an open one on the grounds of the hospital (Vienna General Hospital), it's not far and it was a big help, considering we arrived on a Saturday evening. Of the small subjective minuses, the toilet is not very conveniently located in the hallway after entering the apartment (where you take off your shoes from the street), and the pillows are too soft (but you can add additional ones under them). The owners use an additional guest platform for messages, but when we wrote a question there, we did not receive an answer. We could have written in another way, but in the end we figured it out ourselves. In general, the apartment fully justifies its price.

• Tamara (10/5): Nice Place To Stay - This was a really nice apartment a short tram ride into the center. The location is very quiet with some decent restaurants and a grocery store nearby. The balcony is a perfect quiet spot overlooking a courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the place was spotless! You MUST visit the friendly Green Room Irish pub a couple of doors down! The nicest owner and friendly, local patrons all having a great time! The host runs their apartment as a business without personal touch, which some may prefer. I had injured myself and needed to go to the hospital. The host lacked compassion when I told them I had broken my toe. As a host myself, if one of my guests told me they needed to go to the hospital, I would have offered to drive them there or at least offered to make calls to assist the guest in getting an appt. I don't speak German so it was a frustrating experience to navigate this on my own.
