• Betül (5/5): Rahat, kullanışlı ama banyo çok kötü kokuyordu - Odanın içi çok rahat, kullanışlı. Fotoğraflarda çıktığı kadar büyük değil ama biz rahat ettik. Merkezi bir konumda değil, metro kullanmadan bir yere gidilmiyor. Fakat metro durağına bir sokak mesafede olması ve Stefhanplatz merkezi kısa sürede ulaşılması güzel. Banyo temizdi ama biraz ufak. Konakladığımız süre boyunca çok ağır bir gider kokusu geliyordu banyodan. Tesise yazdık, sağolsunlar çözüm bulmaya çalıştılar. Koku bir akşam azaladı ama ertesi gün aynı şekilde devam etti. Odayı havalandırsak da koku geçmedi.
• HEDİYE (7/5): - Odalar müthiş konforlu, lüks her ihtiyaca cevap verdi Birkaç bayan arkadaş gece 23.00 gibi konuma geldik. Haliyle Zeus Desing Apartment adını kapı girişinde aradık. Maalesef hiçbir isim yoktu. Bizler yabancıyız onların adres sistemini bilemeyiz, bina girişi bulmakta zorlandık. Ve bina giriş kapısı o kadar çirkin ki izbe bir yere giriyor hissi uyandırıyor, kalacağın yer orası değilmiş gibi düşündürüyor. Resmini çekmedim. Kapı sokak boyaları ile boyanmış görünüm inanılmaz çirkin, sonunda bulduk, gece yarısı olduğundan buradan attığımız mesaja da haliyle bakamadılar. Bu süreci kalacak diğer misafirler için paylaşmak istedim. Yoksa odaya çıkınca odanın içi fotoğrafları gibiydi. Gece yarısı o sıkıntıyı yaşamak istemezdim.

• Blokzijl (9/5): Helemaal top! - De ligging was fijn. Het was rustig, maar met de metro ben je overal zo. Het bed was lekker, de keuken had alles. Het was niet heel groot, maar het was groot genoeg. De TV en de bank waren top. De badkamer was mooi. Ook niet heel groot, maar het was wel erg netjes. Het werd s' nachts wel warm als de ramen dicht bleven, maar als ze open waren dan kon het een beetje luidruchtig zijn. Ook zou het fijn zijn als er een extra prullenbakje in de badkamer was. Oh en er was een bepaalde vervelende geur, die wij altijd roken, als wij het appartement in kwamen. Dat was eigenlijk het vervelendste, maar verder was het eigenlijk perfect.
• Markus (8/5): - Die Lage ist gut, für unsere privaten Belangen z,T. sehr gut, da unser Sohn in der Nähe wohnt. die Wohnungen sind gut eingerichtet, sehr sauber und zweckmässig. der Preis ist angemessen, gerne wieder. von Zeuss werden an der selben Adresse mehrere Wohnungen angeboten, u.a. auch ein Loft. Da wir schon mehrmals in den Wohnungen zu Gast waren, haben wir ohne genau hinzusehen aus versehen das Loft gemietet. Dieses Zimmer ist sehr klein, das Bett über eine steile Leiter zu erklettern. Dieses Zimmer hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen und ist meiner Meinung nach überteuert. Wir haben den Anbieter kontaktiert und er hat sehr schnell eine Lösung für uns gefunden und sehr flexibel eine andere Wohnung für uns bereitstellen können, obwohl der Fehler auf unserer Seite war.

• Anton (7/5): Great value but stinky - Exceptional location for the money. Right next to a metro station. And the fact that it's nicely designed and decorated helped it feeling cozy. However... Unbearable sewer stench!!! I don't know its origin, but the stench lingered in the entrance corridor. The hosts were always online and made it clear that we could go to them for help, but this is not something you can fix quickly, so we didn't want to bother them with this, since the apartment is really great if you disregard this part. Also we can hear the upstairs neighbors very clearly...

• Juan (8/5): Calidad/Precio ideal para conocer el país. - Muy buena ubicación para conocer Viena, la estación de tren está justo detrás del alojamiento, lo que da una posibilidad enorme para poder moverte por el país con total facilidad, además cerca del alojamiento encontramos varios supermercados donde podemos comprar lo necesario para la estancia en el país. El edificio donde se encuentra el alojamiento podría estar más cuidado, sin embargo, eso no es problema ninguno porque la habitación estaba totalmente equipada y con todo lo necesario para tener una estancia agradable en Viena.

• Messineo (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento a Vienna e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. L’alloggio è molto carino e perfettamente pulito e ordinato (dalla cucina al bagno). Un altro grande punto di forza è la posizione: l’appartamento si trova a pochissimi passi dalla metro, il che rende facilissimo raggiungere il centro e le principali attrazioni in pochi minuti. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca un soggiorno piacevole!

• Catalin (1/5): Schrecklich - Definitiv nichts. Das „Apartment“ war sehr eng und klein. Nicht so wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Durch Aufpreis von 400€ haben wir ein etwas „besseres“ Apartment bekommen. Ist für den Preis aber definitiv nicht angemessen gewesen. Da empfehle ich jedem ein richtiges Hotel.

• Dirk (1/5): - Locatie hoewel een rare en vuile buurt Veel lawaai, ook s nachts van industriële wasserij in gebouw. Schimmel door ontbreken van ventilatie. Afgeleefd interieur. De sofa is pijnlijk om.in te zitten. Geen uitleg over het appartement. Zelfs geen haakje om.een handdoek op te hangen. De bedconstructie voldoet aan geen enkele veiligheidsnorm. Je dient het bed te betreden met een steile losstaande ladder. Dit zou in de beschrijving moeten.De eigenaar die geen probleem wil oplossen met internet en hierover niet eerlijk is. Het duurde 23h voor we internet hadden. Nadien veranderde hij nog doodleuk de naam.van het netwerk zonder enige communicatie. We moesten de tv zelf terug instellen.De eigenaar is gewoon lui en respecloos. Ze willen snel geld verdienen. Een leugentje meer of minder helpt hun. De toegangsdeur is een hele bijzondere constructie.Het gebouw zelf is vuil met een graffiti deur als ingang maar daar kan de eigenaar op zich niks aan doen.

• Matthias (8/5): Alles ok! - Effiziente Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber im Vorfeld, reibungslose Übergabe vom Schlüssel in der Schlüsselbox. Man darf sich vom ersten Eindruck des Eingangsbereiches des Wohnhauses nicht entmutigen lassen. Die kleine Wohnung ist ruhig und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft ist praktisch, wenn man die Stadthalle erreichen möchte. Supermarkt und Restaurants in naher Umgebung. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten. Die Matratze war sehr weich. Eine kleine Auffrischung könnte dem Badezimmer gut tun, das Wasser in Dusche ist nicht gut abgelaufen.

• Hartmut (7/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet für einen Aufenthalt für 2 Personen. Mit 4 Personen würde es schon sehr eng. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist sehr gut. Die Interaktion mit dem Vermieter hat gut funktioniert. Der Hofeingang und Zugang zum Haus ist nicht sehr einladend, v.a. bei Dunkelheit. Das Bad ist leider sehr eng. Am Waschbecken stehend, war man gefühlt halb im Flur. Unser Nachmieter hat bereits 30 Minuten vor unser Abreise an die Tür gekloppt und wollte Einlass. Das war ärgerlich, allerdings kann der Vermieter nichts dafür.

• Sascha (7/5): Für einen Städtetrip super. - Einchecken über Schlüsselbox unkompliziert. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und reibungslos. Lage war ok für uns. Bahnhof ist in der Nähe, dort haben wir unser Auto die 3 Tage abgestellt im Parkhaus. U-Bahn ist 2 Straßen entfernt. Auf unseren Handtüchern waren noch Haare, haben aber direkt Ersatz bekommen. Außerdem war unser Bad sehr eng, vorallem wenn man auf der Toilette sitzt und es hätte allgemein etwas sauberer sein können.

• Adrian (3/5): Not what is seems - The apartment is indeed nicely designed and close to the metro station and a couple of parking places to choose from The apartment was very dirty, in a building where all the other apartments were serving as a facility for a cleaning company, full of steam amd weird smells from the building entry to the apartment door. Unfortunately the apartment was not cleaned, a lot of human hair and stains and dust. It looks like it is usually poorly cleaned and managed as there are things such as the door entry which is heavily damaged. There are some fines for noise, smoking or checking out later which is funny regarding the overall state of the apartment, the fines should work both ways. Fortunately it was only one night stay and I strongly suggest to the host to change the cleaning team at least.

• Razvan (7/5): It’s just a room, not an apartment. - The room was very clean. 1. It was not located as shown on the booking.com map, although the address to which our transfer from the airport (also booked through booking.com) took us, was correct. 2. It didn’t have a bedroom and a living room as described on booking.com. It was just a room with a double bed and a sofa “separated” by a wooden ornament. We were all sleeping in the same room, although we wanted to avoid exactly this situation. 3. Limited amount of hot water. Barely enough for three consecutive showers. 4. Almost no soundproofing. I was awakened by the footsteps of the neighbour at 4 am. From the bathroom I could easily listen to the neighbours talking in casual voice.

• Andreea (9/5): Nice stay in Wien - The apartment is nicely decorated, coffee and tea were available. I liked that they created a small living through the decorative wall. There are two supermarkets at 5 walking minutes distance, and some options for restaurans around. The apartment has the necessary to cook if you want to. The metro is also 5 minutes away, and a bit farther a bus station. You could hear all the steps made by the neighbours in the above apartment, as well as the garbage truck in the morning. The wall separating the bedroom from the living also creates noise when walking into the room. There were no slippers provided, nor a foot towel. The shower head looked bad, should be replaced.
• Ionut (8/5): Very good - Nice apartment, pretty clean. The location is good, but the building is awfull, at least they could paint the front door of the building. Also the smell inside was bad, from the rest room perhaps, after 2 days was ok.
• Sara (9/5): Modern, cosy little flat - perfect for a weekend in Vienna! - The flat was modern and very cosy, and the beds were SO comfortable. It felt safe, and was near to the tram and metro, and not far from Westbahnhof station. There was a small kitchen, and comfortable sofa, and some nice parks and cafes around 10 minutes walk away (check out GOTA coffee shop!). There was a bit of noise from the flat above, just creaking/noise when people were walking - but not enough to disrupt us during our stay!

• Riane (10/5): Gorgeous little apartment near Schweglerstrabe - It was modern, comfortable, and spacious. The design was lovely! It provided us with a cozy space to rest in between exploring the city. We loved everything, it was perfect for our city break.
• Anneli (5/5): Room for fit people only - We liked the location, it was very close to main subway line and easy to get around the city. The ‘apartment’ was tiny, the size of a small hotel room. Not really an apartment as advertised. The ‘bedroom’. It was high under the ceiling, above kitchenette and bathroom, with a steep and very uncomfortable ladder to access the mattress what was supposed to be the bed. No railing for safety. The space was high enough only to move around on all fours, and we constantly banged our heads into the ceiling. We are both middle aged, but in good physical shape, so we managed to get ourselves up. But for many people this ladder would be a real problem. The room should have correct description and photos on website so people could decide if it is right for them. Apparently this wasn’t the case now.
• Bora (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was clean, comfy, everything you need for a few days' stay. Close to the subway and plenty of shops close to the accommodation.
• Dolcetti (9/5): Great apartment with a great position! - The apartment was well-cleaned, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a coffee maker, and the interior was really nice. The top feature, however, was the location right next to the metro stop, just 10/15 minutes from the city center. The only thing I could suggest is to maybe add a towel holder in the bathroom.
• Juliana (10/5): A very cozy stay in Vienna - The apartment was very cozy, modern and very well furnished. It was very easily accessible through metro and in a quiet area. We got clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The owners are very responsive and they check on you to meet your needs. Do not miss the Thai restaurant in front of the apartment as it serves amazing Thai food. The apartment location is a bit distant from center.
