• Andrius (8/5): - Spacious and clean apartments, comfy bed, good location - close to metro stop and the Vienna Arena. Sound isolation is not good, you can hear sound from street and the stairway clearly, so somebody shouting at night outside or a police siren is clearly heard. No shampoo or shower gel available - so need to organize your own.

• FRANCESCO (9/5): ottimo - posizione, pulizia, tutto l'appartamento in generale è ottimo per un soggiorno breve di una famiglia di 4 persone, l'appartamento è comodo da raggiungere , ben tenuto ampio e silenzioso nulla, solo eventualmente una bottiglia di acqua in frigo quando si arriva, e mettere dei cuscini più rigidi

• Victor (9/5): Muito Boa! - Casa confortavel, mesmo sendo um sofa cama na sala, achei confortavel. Tinha produtos para a lava louças e também lava roupas. A maquina de café não estava funcionando muito bem.

• Silvia (8/5): Perfetto - Molto accogliente, spazioso, pulito e vicinissimo a tutti i mezzi pubblici necessari per raggiungere le varie mete di Vienna. Eravamo due coppie di amici e ognuna è riuscita ad avere la propria privacy nonostante avessimo solo una camera da letto per una coppia, mentre l’altra ha occupato il divano letto in soggiorno. Tutto super, grazie! Unica (piccolissima) nota negativa, è che una parte del divano letto è veramente molto, molto dura, per tanto dormire lì è piuttosto scomodo, ma per qualche notte è fattibile.
• Jantien (10/5): Niets aan te verbeteren voor ons verblijf. - Perfecte ruimte met mogelijkheden om even bij te komen na veel lopen in de stad. Locatie zeer goed. Ook leuk zo'n oud groot pand met appartementen aan oude gangen. Je voelt de historie van ooit. Prima badkamer en keuken. Voor 3 nachten een perfect gevonden plek! Aanrader. Vloer kraakte wat, maar geeft niet. Deur tussen slaapkamer en woonkamer rammelde, voor de nacht opgelost met doek ertussen.
• Rossella (9/5): Ottimo (a parte il parcheggio...) - L'appartamento è splendido, pulito e davvero molto confortevole, l'host molto premurosa nel rispondere alle richieste. Abbiamo avuto un fastidioso contrattempo con l'auto ed è stata molto comprensiva alla nostra richiesta di allungare il checkout. Non mi è piaciuta la situazione parcheggi nelle vicinanze.... Impossibile trovare parcheggio sotto casa e i garage a pagamento vicini chiudono molto presto.... Bisogna girare un po' per trovare un garage che sia aperto fino alle 22 o alle 23.... Intorno ci sono parcheggi a pagamento che funzionano scaricando una app che però non funziona con telefono estero....
• Sophia (10/5): Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα! - Υπέροχο διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο φωτεινό,ζεστό πολύ άνετος χώρος καινούργια έπιπλα. Τοποθεσία ιδανική κοντά σε μετρό τραμ. Είχε τα πάντα μέσα. Πολύ καλύτερο από τις φωτογραφίες. Ιδανικό για οικογένεια 4-5 ατόμων.Σίγουρα το συστήνω. Τίποτα ηταν ολα τέλεια

• Evgeny (10/5): Excellent location of the property, the property have all the needs, quit neighborhood. - Excellent location near the metro and train stations. The property support all you needs for stay. The kitchen is fully equipped so you only have to buy a food in stores that located near the property. Someone reading this should understand that this is a property, not a hotel. There is no room service or morning coffee in bed — you’ll need to prepare everything yourself. For me, it was excellent: the location is very good, with metro and train stations nearby. The property is also close to the city center, so most attractions can be reached on foot.
• Rosen (7/5): - Thè high ceilings and the atmosphere in the flat Coffee machine is out of order, moreover the sugar and the other basic staff was missing. Also the bed in the living room is not comfortable at all. Thè toilet sink in absurd and it's quite difficult to stop the water 💦.

• Renalda (5/5): Change the beds today ! - The apartment clean ,good position but horrible things :all the beds are very ,very old and dirty .The pillows and blanckets smells ciggars plus another strange smells..in matrimonial beds you already sleep down,very bed matress..Another things.. the coffe mashine is to complicate, the option is capsule mashine,water presion at shower is low, the windows to street also can be better or put another windows at interior ..tou cn hear the street voice

• Nannie-ana (9/5): It was wonderful and should we return to Vienna, we'll try to book this place again. - The apartment is tastfully, modern decorated, with a warm atmosphere. We were very close to all public transportation, Trollys, Westtrain Station and you could also walk to downtown in 20 minutes. The location could'nt be better. I can highly recommend this Apartment. We could haved used an extra bedsheet for the Sofa Bed. Outside of that I can't think of anything else that I didn't like.

• Rosen (7/5): Overrated place - Thè spase within thè rooms and the location of the flat. Thè beds were Not comfortable at all, also the furniture was quite worn out. Thè water in thè 🚿 is either hot 🔥, or cold. Thè lift 🛗 of the Building Is since 1999 and it's difficult to operate with.
• Daniel (8/5): Very comfortable stay in Vienna - spacious rooms, close walking distance to all desired locations and public transport diffculty to park a car to unload/load luggage

• Ivan (10/5): Great place for Vienna weekend in Austrian house - Clear instructions for Check In and Check Out. Host assists with parking places for long term. We have good transportation network near the apartment, quiet place, and good internet for work. All required staff also were available.
• Ülle (9/5): Superb - It is a nice place and a very good location - lots of restaurants nearby. Very good wifi, plenty of room for a family of 3. The host is friendly and communication easy. I recommend. Everything was ok, nothing not to like.
