• SERGIY (9/5): Helle, saubere, geräumige Wohnung nah zum Hauptbahnhof in Wien - Große, zaubere, sehr ruhige, helle Wohnung mit Fenstern in Ihnenhof. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit einem Wasserkocher, einer Mikrowelle, Geschirr, Kühlschrank. Parkettboden, Holzmöbel im Wohn/Schlafzimmer. Klare Einweisung zum Selbscheck-in. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines Hauses ohne Fahrstuhl. Lage: ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu einer U-Bahn Station Linie U1, 1 Minute zur Straßenbahnhalterstelle. Einige Restaurants, Supermarket Billa in der Nähe. Da es in der Küche keinen Vorhang gab's, kam in der Früh Licht von draußen aus der Küche durch Glastür ins Schlafzimmer. Das störte nach 5 Uhr beim Schlafen. Alles anderes war gut.

• Robert (10/5): Very happy with this and would definitely stay here again if returning and price was similar. - Spacious and well equipped. Location is excellent and easy to get to. Good value for money. Some will find the stairs a struggle. Bed is a little creaky.

• Marion (5/5): Nicht familientauglich und auch nicht für kleine Hunde gedacht! - Lage zum Hauptbahnhof ist Top und das Haustiere nichts kosten. Absolut nicht familienfreundlich. Ich dachte die Bewertungen schließen das mit ein, aber es ist nicht so. Altes Stiegenhaus mit über 100 Treppen!!! Mit schwerem Koffer, Kind und mehreren kleinen Chihuahuas die man tragen muss (weil sie durch die Streben des Geländer fallen würden und die Stiegen sowieso nicht für die Kleinen gedacht sind) war einfach nur anstrengend. Zudem abgelaufene Plakete bei der Heizung, Dreck und Staub auf Boden und Lampen, sowie Wasserflecken an der Decke weil das Dach wohl nicht dicht ist/war.
• HR (7/5): Prima appartement met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt voor een City trip in Wenen. - Uitstekende locatie tussen het station en de Binnenstad, beide zijn op loopafstand en met OV prima te doen. Supermarkt en bakker zijn om de hoek. De douchekop kon niet vastgezet en de kraan van de keuken zat er wat losjes bij.

Buvo visa reikiama virtuvės įranga, net ir skalbimo mašina. Rinktumėmės dar kartą. Labai statūs laiptai, butas viršutiniame aukšte. Daugiau trūkumų nėra🤭 Gal dar reikėtų turėti savo šampūno.

• Borsi (10/5): Nice room, good place and location. - It was close to the city centre, and also close to underground and tram stations. The room was nice, comfy and clean. The stuff was very kind, they let us to check in earlier. I have nothing wrong to say.

• elisaaaaa (7/5): Accettabile, adatto a chi usa l'alloggio "solo per dormire" - Ottima posizione, a circa 15 minuti a piedi da praticamente qualsiasi servizio si possa pensare e con una fermata del tram e due fermate del pullman praticamente dietro l'angolo, oltre a uno Spar(supermercato) quasi sotto casa. L'appartamento è piccolo, ma c'è tutto ciò che viene promesso nella descrizione. Adattissimo a chi vuole una semplice "base" per visitare la città. 4 rampe di scale abbastanza ripide(è scritto nei tag, quindi nulla di così preoccupante, penso che ce ne siano di più in basso per necessità specifiche) per accedere all'appartamento all'ultimo piano. Prezzo sproporzionato per l'alloggio offerto, viste le dimensioni(ad esempio del bagno) e i servizi offerti(niente ascensore😭)
• Bernd (2/5): werde dieses Apartement nicht mehr buchen - Lage 111 Stufen ohne Aufzug mit Koffer und Senior fast nicht möglich, Apartement nicht geputzt, Betten von Vormieter noch bezogen, schmutzige nasse Handtücher im Bad, minimale Küchenausrüstung, gesamtes Apartement sehr in die Jahre gekommen, falsche Telefonnummer bei Booking.com, bei Abfahrt Zugang zu Schlüsseleinwurf verschlossen, Haustüre am Sonntag morgen bei Abfahrt (8 Uhr) noch verschlossen,Gott sei dank hatte ich den Schlüssel nicht einwerfen können und konnte so die Haustüre aufsperren. Versprochener Preisnachlass bis heute (nach 10 Wochen) nicht erhalten.

• Robert (3/5): - Very bad organised check in... Have the wrong keys and ended up in the wrong apartment. Had to shift at 9.00 pm. No help.. The apartments are on the fourth floor... 8 flights of stairs with luggage etc. All tv equipment just stands there for show. Nothing is connected.

• Ekaterina (7/5): It’s ok - Fair price for the location. Easy Checkin. Colors in the room are very cozy. Supermarkets nearby. It’s also possible to walk to city center 30min. Castle Belvedere is nearby. Some of the facilities are very old and broken. It’s not possible to darken the room completely, so in the morning you will wake up with the sun.

• Mihirraj (8/5): Good value for money with few adjustments - I liked how big the apartment is. There's plenty of room. It's good that kitchen and toilet are separated from the sleeping room. And the location is perfect. The apartment was located on the top floor of the building, so I had to climb up and down almost 200 stairs. Apart from that the bathroom is a bit small, the bathtub is really small, from the photos one cannot judge the size accurately. Also the kitchen utensils need to be replaced they are old and worn out. And, the bed makes squeaky noises, which was pretty annoying.
• Ali_gross (6/5): our 2 day stay - they gave us earliee check in. location is good also. kitched included. it was spacious and quiet. it wasnt clean. they charge 35 euros for 2 days for cleaning. but it was old, dusty and dirty. the floor literally had stains. toilets had dust on the lamp and everywhere. we didnt feel comfortable at all. also there are no curtains against sun, no washing machine. also the heating in DECEMBER is not working and you cant turn it on which was crazy. we froze.. also everything in the room is so old... especially the awful squeaky bed killed us.. i felt like i slept in some hostel bed. all of this sadly ruined the initial happiness.

• Natalia (5/5): Passable - Appartament is in very good location. Dogs are allowed, no additional fee. The check-in is a bit peculiar. The light on the staircase cannot be turned on and that is a problem since the appartament is on 4th floor without elevator. Contact with the host is quite bad. There was no hair-dryer. It wasn't clean. Kitchen was very dirty, especially one of the coffee machines (with mold inside). Towels are probably very old because they were awful.

Responsive and friendly hosts who were able to accommodate late check-in. Broken shower head (not affixed to wall) and the curtain rail collapsed during our stay.

• Elaine (9/5): Superb - the location is good, there is a metro station and bus stop near by, easy access to many places. A couple of supermarket within a 3-5 minute walk. We used the kitchen to cook light dinner. The room is bright, spacious, and lovely. Our unit is on the top floor, we don't mind climbing the stairs, but those with physical restrictions may want to reconsider.
• Felipe (2/5): Not worth it. Add some extra euros and book a real hotel - Location is good and price is reasonable for Vienna. First, there is no reception for non comercial times.The key handover is not intuitive at all. They send you a message telling it will be under some kind of mat. For us, it was not. So we had to wait for the housekeeper. The apartment itself is good, however, bed is quite noisy and in our case, they forgot to leave any bath soap. We had to buy it in the supermarket. Also, worth mentioning that the apartment was in the 4th floor and there are no stairs. Keeping the luggage in the building after checkout was not possible. There are no storage room.
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Cozy apartment, large enough space for a couple. In a great location. The owners were friendly and very accommodating. The apartment was not as clean.
• Ana-maria (3/5): Poor - The host forgot about my arrival. Although I arrived at 3 PM, and I informed the host about my arrival time in a message, they were not there, neither left me the key and the check in took over one hour. The room was not ready and it had a nauseous smell, smell of smoke permeated everything in the apartment. I had to do the changing of the sheets myself. I asked for a night price discount (aprox 78 euros) from the entire 4 nights stay and they give me 50 euros back by changing the price of the booking. Because of this change, the receipt did not match and I could not use it for my expense deduction. I was also entitled for some reward points but I did not get any.

• Angela (1/5): Bad - The host was very rude and irresponsible . We arrived at the entrance of the apartment building at 8 pm. Despite the instructions for entering the building and the apartment on booking, the host did not leave the keys at the agreed place. We immediately telephoned the host on the phone number left as a contact on booking several times but no one answered. After we wrote a message to booking, he answered us after half an hour and told us that someone will come to give us the key to the apartment. If we didn't have internet no one would answer us. After 2 hours of waiting outside, asking if someone would come and hand over the keys to us in front of the entrance of the building in the night , tired of the road and afraid that we would stay on the street, a man came down from the same entrance of the building and just handed over the keys to the apartment. Don`t know if its the host or not or just a sick game to play. We entered the apartment after 10 pm. This made our arrival disastrous. I would never stay with this host again.

• Frenzylynx (9/5): A nice place for just overnight stay - It was a really good stay, quite ordinary in terms of facilities but I knew what I would get. 15 min walk from Vienna railway station. A nice old renovated house with quite steep stairs. The flat had everything including iron and washing machine. The premises are clean and ready for guests. Everything is working and fixed. The water in shower is hot. The toilet is nice as well. The bed is comfortable. Really recommend for a longer stay. It also has remains of tea, sugar and slat from previous inhabitants, so it was nice to have, thanks for that. From unexpected, it was the first time I saw a bath for sitting there, it was quite small. I haven't met the owners but everything worked just ok for check in and check out One of the issues I faced: electricity in stairs. It works the moment you push the button, no more. So you see evething and blind from the light, but the moment you not pushing the button, it turns away. Thus, you see nothing in quite steep stairs with 20 kg luggage in one hand. In my location in Prague, the light remains switched on for a minute or more so even elder people can manage a one level and push the button again to see what is happening.

• Elma (10/5): Exceptional - The appartment is well located, in a quiet area but in a walking distance from the historic centre of Vienna. Clean, bright and spacious it met all needs for 3-days stay.
• Simone (8/5): Very good - The property is pretty close to the city center, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to without a problem. You get a pretty apartment with many properties for a good amount of money I would say. The staff was really nice and communication was smooth and fast when there was a problem. The stairs are rough (we were on the 4th floor) so after a day of walking around it’s a lot. But it’s doable. The bed was a bit squeaky and not exactly the most comfortable thing in the world but again it wasn’t a big problem.
• Saba (9/5): Superb - The location is perfect. 10 minutes walk from the central station and 20-30 minutes far from the Stephansplatz. If you don't like walking there are metro, bus and tram stations nearby. You can go literally everywhere in Vienna with 30 minutes by public transport. The apartment is well equipped, you can find everything from microwave to a washing machine. The apartment is on fourth floor and there is no elevator in the building which has really high ceiling :D Also keyway doesn't seem to work properly. At first it was really hard to open the door. The key fit perfectly but it only rotated counterclockwise, after shaking a bit it opened the door. I hope this message helps you on your future stay.

Kitchenette sufficient for cooking a few basic meals during our stay, which was nice. Central location, we walked everywhere from the apartment. Very minor - the shower riser needed fixing when we stayed.
• Carmen (6/5): Pleasant - Location was great - easy acces to trains, trams and busses. It was also quite cool at night, even though we were there during a heatwave. When we arrived the accommodation was not cleaned properly; we found black long hairs everywhere. The bed was also very squeaky, when one of us turned around at night we would wake the other up.
