The welcome champagne and sweets were a very nice surprise, and the treats and dog bed for our dog were such nice and pleasant that made us feel truly welcome. A special thank you as well for providing a parking spot for our large car. I was in a rush to catch a flight for a business trip and wouldn’t have had time to use the P+R parking, so this helped us a lot. The clear instructions on how to find the key and access the apartment were also very helpful and saved us valuable time. Overall, we really loved the apartment, the location is great, the atmosphere is cozy, and you can really feel how much the hosts care about their guests -

• Tatjana (8/5): - It is really close to public transport and has all the amenities, there is a garage with a parking space. Quiet, safe and peaceful. Very cramped fir four peoole- NO sepaate bedroom. I gues it is ok for 2 adults and 2 children, but not for 4 adults. No seating area (except dining room/kitchen table)and no balcony or terrace (there is access to the garden, though)

• Nadiia (10/5): We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this apartment. - Very cozy, clean, bright, and warm apartment located in a quiet residential area of Vienna. A lovely bakery is just a two-minute walk away, perfect for breakfast or buying fresh pastries to take away. The hosts are friendly and hospitable, and they sent clear instructions in advance regarding check-in and parking in the garage. Everything was well organized, and the stay was very comfortable.

• Alberto (10/5): 3 giorni a Vienna - Appartamento pulitissimo (ho girato sufficientemente e posso dire che èveramente pulito),funzionale con tutto l'occorrente (lenzuola e asciugamani puliti, phon,microonde, forno,macchinetta caffè e persino lavatrice. Appartamento con bella vetrata al secondo piano con ascensore e parcheggio auto privato in garage. 8 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro si gira tutta Vienna velocemente. Ottimo sia per coppie che per famiglie da massimo 4 persone.

• Urška (9/5): Nice location, clean, tricky underground park place - Nice location, nearby U4. Attachment with room number was failed, so we luckily we guessed it correctly.
• Sergiu (4/5): - 15 minutes walk to the conference centre The sofa is very uncomfortable, my dog wouldn't sleep on it either. Communication is done only through booking messaging,. We asked for a phone number so we could communicate on WhatsApp or messages, which works instantly, but it doesn't seem to be possible. Before choosing this accommodation, I asked the owners if there is parking and an invoice can be issued, which they confirmed. Although I told them 2 weeks before that I needed a higher parking space, the owners informed me only after the payment was made that it was no longer available. I think I was deceived, because if I knew in advance I would have chosen another accommodation with a parking space. For me it was stressful to think all the time that I would get a fine. I sent them the billing data but I didn't get the invoice. I don't recommend it.
• Uhlig (7/5): Gemütlich, zentral, alles da was man braucht - Tolle zentrale Lage. Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht inkl. Tiefgaragenplatz. Diverse Restaurants und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war problemlos über Telefon und/oder Mail möglich. Uns wurde immer weitergeholfen. Die Tiefgarage ist eine Duplex-Garage, also Garage mit Ebenen die per Hebebühne gefahren werden. Der Parkplatz der Wohnung ist auf der unteren Ebene. Ein VAN oder SUV passt dort nicht rein. Es war zum Glück nicht unser Problem. Vor Buchung sollte man das aber wissen. In den Straßen ist überall nur Anwohnerparken.

• cotynato2 (8/5): Rodzinny pobyt w Wiedniu. - Dobre wyposażenie mieszkania (ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, pralka, zmywarka), dużo ręczników i wentylator. Dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu marketu spożywczego. Miłym akcentem było zostawienie przez właściciela drobnych upominków dla wszystkich uczestników wyjazdu. Bardzo niewygodna kanapa do spania, która była za krótka i skrzypiąca.

Miejsce parkingowe, dostępne na miejscu ma ograniczoną wysokość, ale gospodyni była bardzo miła i zorganizowała nam zastępcze miejsce parkingowe, dostosowane do naszego samochodu. Okolica, w której znajduje się kamienica jest spokojna, 3 przystanki autobusem do stacji metra, więc komunikacja z najważniejszymi zabytkami całkiem dobra. Polecam to miejsce. Brak segregacji odpadów w apartamencie.

• Peter (10/5): Great place to stay for some days - I attended a conference at Vienna International Center. The apartment was quite close to it - this also means that you reach U1 metro line rather quickly. The neighborhood is quiet, there are some shops, restaurants and a good ice cream parlor in the vicinity. I would definitely return. Not applicable.

• Anas (10/5): Vienna - It is a clean apartment. Located next to Danube. 10 minutes walk to metro station. It has a parking spot, and although my car height didnt fit, the owner was so nice to find me another spot. One small thing only: the pillows were not comfortable for me.

It has everything that one can possible need (inclusing laundry machine, coffee mashine, dish washer, plates, absolutely everything - also free parking!)

Place is amazing, just like in the photos, spotlessly clean, great connection to the downtown city with U1. Gabi & Alina were very helpful in every possible way they could. Hopefully next time we decide to visit Vienna we'll stay again in this acommodation. /

• George (10/5): Exceptional - The owners are very friendly and willing to help. The location is very close to the center. Large bed, 180/200 cm. The sofa is not comfortable for sleeping. The refrigerator has a constant disturbing noise at the beginning.
• Markolazic (9/5): Great modern silent appartment. - Very nice impartment. Full kitchen with all accessorizes. Washing machine also present. Nice welcome gift. Underground garage. Quiet neighborhood. Huge windows so lot of light. Only one serious problem for me and that is pillows. They are too flat and you can not make it to fit at all. If I have to be picky, I guest TV is too small and you watch it from 5 meter distance (if TV is important for anyone in 2023). Also only German channels. Garage is duplex so with bigger or heavier car its not good idea.
