• Michael (3/5): If you can, stay somewhere else. - Deutsch: Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, es gibt eine S-Bahn und Tram Station circa 2-3 Minuten entfernt. Die kontaktlose Schlüsselübergabe mit dem Schließfach direkt vor Ort war praktisch. English: The location is not bad; there is an S-Bahn and tram station about 2-3 minutes away. The contactless key handover with the locker right on site was convenient. Deutsch: Die Unterkunft benötigt dringend eine Renovierung. Die Abluft hat weder im Bad, noch in der Toilette funktioniert, es fehlten Teile des Ofens, wodurch dieser nicht bedient werden konnte. In der Fernbedienung waren keine Batterien, das in der Beschreibung angegebene Netflix funktionierte nach eigener Beschaffung dennoch nicht, da der Fernseher scheinbar so alt ist, dass die Software nicht mehr unterstützt wird. Der Boden war klebrig und der Wasserboiler hat getropft, wodurch sich eine Pfütze gebildet hat. Die Matratzen waren sehr dünn und die Betten haben schlimm geknarzt. Außerdem gibt es keine 2 Schlafzimmer, sondern nur ein Wohn/Durchgangszimmer mit einem Bett darin und ein separates Schlafzimmer. English: The accommodation is in urgent need of renovation. The ventilation did not work in either the bathroom or the toilet, parts of the oven were missing, making it unusable. The remote control had no batteries, and the Netflix mentioned in the description didn't work even after obtaining them, as the TV is apparently so old that the software is no longer supported. The floor was sticky, and the water boiler leaked, forming a puddle. The mattresses were very thin, and the beds creaked terribly. Additionally, there are not two bedrooms, but only a living/passage room with a bed in it and a separate bedroom.

• Anastasiia (5/5): Не рекомендую. Квартира гарна, але не доглянута. - Непогане розташування, адже воно не в самому центрі. Легко добратись транспортом. Ліфт - не працює, а помешкання на 4-му поверсі з крутими сходами . Квартира зовсім не така,як на фото - набагато менша і не така доглянута. Багато подертостей,як і стіни, так і ванна кімната. Постіль хоч і була попрана, проте були плями,що напевно не відпираються. Стіл брудний. З закриттям вікон та з опаленням розібратись дуже важко. Прийшли взимку в дім, а там просто холодильник. На кухні готувати ви точно не зможете. Шухляди не відкриваються - здається їх просто заклеїли. Бойлер дуже шумний, 4-м людям підряд прийняти душ дуже важко - води не вистачає. Він також капає і це особливо чути вночі :)
• Frank (5/5): - Gute Lage. Sehr zentral. Nicht weit ins Zentrum. Angegeben waren 2 Schlafzimmer. Es gab aber nur eines. Das zweite Doppbett stand im Wohnzimmer/Wohnküche. Toilette ohne Fenster grundsätzlich kein Problem aber die Abluft hat nicht funktioniert. Das selbe in der separaten Dusche. Im großen und ganzen auch alles schon etwas abgewohnt und erneuerungsbedürftig. Waren zum Glück nur eine Nacht da.
