• Cheryl (7/5): Comfortable and warm apartment in a great location. - Great location. Warm and cosy. Helpful staff. Great hot water. Washing machine worked well. Kitchen is compact but adequate. However, it could be so much more functional with some attention to simple details eg no plug for the sink, pans with loose handles, no larger pot provided for cooking pasta/rice. The hot plates are temperamental - switched themselves off unexpectedly while cooking.

• MarcoVitiello (7/5): Buona soluzione per famiglie a Vienna - La presenza di due camere e di un soggiorno rende l'appartamento spazioso per una famiglia di 4 persone. Stazione centrale raggiungibile a piedi in 10 minuti. Fermate di autobus e tram in prossimità dell'appartamento. Supermercato REWE e ottima pizzeria nelle vicinanze. Area silenziosa. Appartamento gestito da un'agenzia presente nello stesso stabile, molto reattiva nei giorni feriali ma completamente assente di sabato e domenica. Ciò ha reso impossibile risolvere alcune problematiche quale, ad esempio, lo scarso segnale della connessione Internet Wifi. Assenza di ascensore con appartamento al terzo piano. La doccia in cucina, sebbene ben segnalata nella descrizione dell'appartamento e nelle recensioni, è comunque scomoda anche per una famiglia. Inoltre, la parete in plexiglass della doccia presenta un'apertura verso il piano della cucina dove sono presenti apparecchi elettrici, con evidente rischio per la sicurezza.
• Daniela (7/5): - La struttura si trova a 20 minuti a piedi dal centro, è vicino ad un supermercato, la zona è tranquilla e la fermata del tram è vicinossima Nell’atrio dello stabile c’è odore di umidità, nell’appartamento l’impianto elettrico lascia desiderare (alcuni cavi sono per terra con il rischio di inciampare). Il bagno è diviso in due parti: un piccolo locale con solamente il water mentre la doccia e il lavandino si trovano in cucina divisi dal piano di lavoro da una parete trasparente. Si trova al terzo piano (100 gradini circa) accessibile solo con le scale. Noi siamo andati in estate ma, nella stagione fredda, penso faccia freddo nell’appartamento in quanto abbiamo visto solo stufette elettriche.

When I say towels smell bad, they provided more although they were almost the same :( Location is ok • 3rd floor, no elevator • No dishwasher • No internet • Not very clean • Towels smell very bad • The bathroom is in the kitchen; you can’t take a shower if someone is in the kitchen • The bathroom window faces the kitchen • There is no curtain on the kitchen window, so there is no privacy • No door in the bathroom, water splashes everywhere • The TV doesn’t work • I couldn’t get the oven (or possibly microwave) to work • No air conditioning, no fan • No sink in the toilet to wash hands; there is a sink in the bathroom, but it’s high and impractical • No laundry detergent, otherwise I would have washed the towels • Hot water can run out I did not want to spent time in the house, mostly stayed outside.

• Jepifanova (6/5): Overall our stay was okay. - The apartment is perfect for family or big group of people. There are big and comfortable beds, a lot of blankets, pillows. The location is also very nice. Close to bus stops and groceries stores. The WiFi connection was bad, we had to use our mobile data all the time.

Good location and only 3 minutes to the tram and bus There’s no big pots so we had to cook the pasta in a pan and you can’t use the kitchen if soloist taking a shower because. Unfortunately there was no WiFi and they weren’t able to fix it.

• Richard (3/5): With the exception of location, I would not recommend to stay here; Read all reviews. - Location is convenient for public transport to centre of town or main railway station Mistake with keys meant we were locked out one night and required key was only provided the following day. No apology for error or inconvenience : Shower is installed in kitchen, with no privacy between shower kitchen. Fridge and cupboards still had old food in from previous guests. TV, DVD player and Satellite decoder did not work. The flat has an overall - could do with a good clean and paint - feeling. No central heating - flat was very cold
