• Daniel (9/5): - Fully equipped kitchenette, desk, clean bathroom - everything what is needed for few or even more days staying without bothering about breakfast times. I would recon this accommodation for even longer stays. Unfortunately somebody was smoking in the apartment before - this is a minor, but as no smoking person I could feel that for some time.

Üst katın banyo ve wc bölümünden akan su koridoru kirletti. Ayağım kaydığı için düştüm o pis yere. Havlu koydum. Otel yonetimine su aktığını bildirdim ancak odayı temizlemeye kimse gelmedi. Diğer 2 gece su akmadi ancak ilk günden böyle bir sorun yasadim. Benden alinan oda ücretini ve temizlik ucretini hak eden bir konaklama hizmeti almadım. Bu yüzden temizlik ucretinin ya da ilk günkü oda ucretinin bana iade edilmesi gerektigini düşünüyorum. Benden tam ucret alınmasının adil olmadığını düşünüyorum.

• Wei Eng (1/5): - I booked this accommodation through Booking.com, and this has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. My flight was canceled due to airline disruptions caused by the Middle East crisis — a situation entirely beyond my control. I immediately contacted the owner, clearly explained my circumstances, and politely requested a cancellation with a refund. The owner never responded. Not even a simple acknowledgment. Instead, without any communication whatsoever, the booking was marked as a “no-show” and my full payment was taken. This shows a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. Ignoring a guest during a genuine travel emergency and then charging the full amount without any discussion feels like taking advantage of the situation. There was no attempt to communicate, no understanding, and no willingness to resolve the matter fairly. Taking advantage of a crisis situation to retain full payment without communication is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would strongly caution others before booking this property.

• Весна (9/5): - Stan je bio čist, uredan I lep. Imao je sve što nam je bio potrebno, kupatilo lepo I čisto, toalet papira dovoljno. Kreveti su bili preudobni I cisti sto je najbitnije. Imali smo probleme oko check in-a, u u 14.30 su nam javili da ipak nema mesta za nas( nakon što je sve bilo placeno) I da nemaju alternativni smestaj za nas, ali na kraju su uspeli da nas prime. Bespotreban stres za nas. Jos jedna mana je ta sto se sve cuje od komsija, pogotovo ako glasnije pricaju, smeju I ostalo.

• Efraín (9/5): - Un hospedaje amplio con buenas instalaciones, limpieza impecable y con una pequeña cocina para preparar alimentos básicos. Así mismo una buena ubicación, al pie de una parada de bus en un sector tranquilo. En la habitación para tres personas había dos camas cómodas y un sofá cama totalmente incómodo. Es el punto desfavorable del hospedaje.

• Maryia (10/5): dog parents and all girls and guys i can deeply recommend this apartments - i really enjoyed the location, room ( so cozy and really clean ). just everything what u need was in there. the biggest plus for is that place is dog friendly. Shower, towels, shower gel, shampoo anything just for you. Bed was comfy enough the same for the pillow. Very very good experience!!! -

• Abouzeid (9/5): Gute Unterkunft - Saubere Zimmer plus Bad, genug Platz, eingeheizt bei Ankunft, wichtigste Utensilien in Kochnische als auch Kasten (Kleiderhacken, Bügeleisen, etc vorhanden), helle Wohnung schalldicht (ist an einer befahrenen Strasse, trotzdem nichts davon gemerkt) Die Batterie beim Eingangsschloss war fast leer, was zu Problemen bis zur korrekten Codeeingabe geführt hat. Ein nettes Goodie wären noch ein paar Teebeutel und Beutel Löskaffee gewesen, aber ansonsten war es perfekt. Danke.

• Nadeem (1/5): Poor - The listing photos clearly show a twin bed, yet after booking we were informed that we would only have a single bed for one guest and that no refund would be provided. This is completely unacceptable. The photos are misleading, and we received no support or solutions from the landlord. Because of this misrepresentation, we could not stay at the premises as intended and ultimately lost money. This situation is entirely unreasonable. We are requesting a full refund immediately.
• Marcos (8/5): Buena ubicación y apartamento que cubre prácticamente todas sus necesidades - Si, en términos generales estaba muy completo. Valoramos mucho el que tuviese siempre una temperatura media agradable pues cuando vienes de estar todo el día fuera en invierno, se agradece el calor en el apartamento. Las instalaciones cubren todas las necesidades prácticamente. Había algunas zonas con algo de polvo que podrían estar más limpias, pero en general el apartamento da un aspecto de limpieza y cuidado.

Le lit d’appoint n’était pas confortable ( nous étions 5), le ménage n’était pas parfait mais pour à peine 2 nuits nous nous en sommes accommodés

• Natalija (10/5): Nice comfy clean apartment - Our stay in Vienna was good. The apartment was comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The check-in was fully code-based and very easy, with clear instructions provided by the hosts. Communication with them was perfect — quick, helpful, and smooth. The apartment is a bit farther from the city center although there’s a bus stop right in front of the building with frequent connections, which made getting around convenient. If that distance doesn’t bother you, everything else is good.

• Betül (4/5): Es war ganz in Ordnung - Es gab genug Handtücher. Die Bettbezüge waren sauber Das WC war bei unserer Ankunft leider nicht sauber. Das Schlafsofa war sehr unbequem und bereits stark abgenutzt. Außerdem war das Bügeleisen verschmutzt, verklebt und teilweise verbrannt, sodass man damit nicht bügeln konnte.
• Rosanna (10/5): Soggiorno ideale a Vienna - struttura in una posizione comodissima per chi decide di soggiornare a Vienna a dei prezzi convenienti. nonostante non sia nel centro di Vienna, è ben collegata con i mezzi (fermata dell'autobus sotto casa e fermata del treno a 5 minuti a piedi). Le camere pulitissime e super attrezzate: cucina, stoviglie, frigo, asciugacapelli, stendi panni.. Ben fornita di prodotti da bagno e per la cucina. Lavanderia a disposizione. Anche se il check in è stato tutto in automatico, l’host è sempre stato molto disponibile nelle nostre richieste Niente tutto perfetto.

• Bettina Bogner (6/5): Ok für 1,2 Nächte wenn man es mit der Sauberkeit nicht so genau nimmt. - Self Check in Sauberes Bett & Handtücher Große Wohnung Der Boden wurde definitiv schon länger nicht mehr gewischt. Klebrige Saftreste unter dem Küchen Tisch u neben der Couch in beiden Schlafzimmern. Fliesen im Bad zerbrochen bei der Badewanne und der Gulli stinkt. Definitiv ein altes Haus u sehr altes Bad, Spinnweben in der Ecke. War wohl mal ein Büro sieht man an der Ausstattung, den Stromdosen & der Decke mit neon Röhren Licht. Für mich eher eine Arbeiter Wohnung als eine Urlaubsbleibe.
