• mariagrazia (5/5): In conclusione, la gentilezza dell’host e la posizione tutto sommato comoda non compensano alcune mancanze importanti a - Ho soggiornato in questa casa vacanze a Vienna per alcuni giorni e nel complesso la mia esperienza è stata altalenante. Parto dai punti positivi: la casa si trova un po’ fuori dal centro, ma ben collegata grazie alle fermate del tram molto vicine e alla fermata della metro raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Il centro città è comunque facilmente raggiungibile in una ventina di minuti o poco più. L’host è stato davvero gentile, preciso e disponibile, fornendo indicazioni chiare e dettagliate per il check-in, cosa che ho apprezzato moltissimo. Purtroppo, però, ci sono stati diversi aspetti negativi legati alla casa in sé. La pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare: lenzuola, bagno e pavimenti non erano puliti come ci si aspetterebbe da una struttura di questo tipo. Un altro grande limite è la mancanza di tende alle finestre: la casa è sì molto luminosa, ma allo stesso tempo manca totalmente di privacy perché dall’esterno si vede tutto.

The communication was excellent, and everything was well-organized. The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities provided, including towels, an iron, and more—it truly had everything we needed. The location was perfect, with Praterstern Station nearby, offering easy access to all the connections we needed. I also appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which allowed us to sleep peacefully on the comfortable pillows and high-quality sheets. Kudos to the owner for creating such a perfect experience. Everything exceeded our expectations! Nothing negative to say tbh.
• Katarzyna (6/5): Renovation needed. - The apartment was big enough for my family (4ppl) but for no longer than 2 nights. The apartment was not wel taken care of. The bathroom door couldn't be closed fully. It is obvious that this place should be renovated. There were not enough shelves in the bathroom. The coffee machine had its best time already. The terrace was dirty and not well maintained. TV did not work.

Very quiet area, not far from the city center, with a lot of grocery stores and a market within a walking distance. Praternstern metro station and tram stop are also nearby. Excellent management and convenient remote settlement. Ideal for a small family. Despite the relatively small area, the apartment has a full-size washing machine and dishwasher. The windows overlook a quiet courtyard. Travelers with children will especially appreciate the location on the ground floor and direct access from the apartment to the fenced patio with outdoor furniture, which is a huge plus in the warm season. Slightly unusual layout and compact kitchen. Somewhat oblong bedroom.
