The cleaning lady (who didn’t speak English) opened us probably by mistake as we had no instructions how to enter the property and no response from the owner. The apartment was very cold. The heating had an issue. We told the host about it. He gave us some instructions but didn’t work. In addition, the bathroom lacked sufficient space to place my belongings, which is essential, especially for a woman.

Ev çok soğuktu. Klimayı ne yaptıysak çalıştıramadık, artıramadık. Bu konuyla ilgili mesaj attım ama kimse dönmedi. Maalesef soğukta uyuduk. Nevresim geçirilmemişti. Yatakta, yastıklarda nevresim yoktu. Sağda solda da bulamayınca oldukça tatsız oldu. Ev genel olarak temizdi, heralde unutulmuştu. Hijyenik değildi.

• Bobey (1/5): - :( Unfortunately, the communication with host was zero. no entrance code provides before arrive. No important info provided to guest before arrive. Even I arrived the day after actual check-in day and provided my arrival time several time to host. Unfortunately, on the day I arrived I was told to wait 30 mins and then 1 hour :( There is no solution from host, no offer, nothing only said apologies which was so frustrating. If you expect to contact the host for emergency, better to find other place. I understand how service apartment concept, but at least host should be more active and prepare with the key issue.

Booking hat den Gastgeber erreicht, ich leider nicht. Nach mehr als 2 oder 2,5 Std. vor der Tür wartend eine andere Unterkunft gebucht. Bereits unterwegs, habe ich eine Entschuldigung vom Gastgeber bekommen, Handy verlegt und der Türcode wurde noch nachgeschickt, so dass der Paypal eröffnete Fall als erfüllt gilt. 185 EUR verschenkt. Über die Unterkunft kann keine Aussage getroffen werden, nie genossen.

The flat is spacious and very well looked after in a quiet but central part of Vienna. There was nothing that I didn’t like about the flat.

• jane (9/5): Great option for a Vienna short trip - Great location just out of the centre. Supermarket and restaurants nearby. Good communication with host and able to check in early. Easy self check in. On the whole better than the pictures show. There is now a table and chairs in the living area rather than the desk that moves position in the photos. Also there is a shower screen on the bath and overhead shower rose. We did not use the air conditioner or TV but the WiFi, washing machine and tumble dryer were great. The outside area was great with a large table. Very clean. The kitchen in a cupboard was limiting as expected. Would be better to have the table down that end of the room for easier food prep. The bed was really soft.

Tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar una estancia agradable. La terraza es una gozada para desayunar y empezar el día con energía y ánimo. Acabados de calidad. Nos ha encantado. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Cuando volvamos a Viena, si continúa disponible, repetiremos sin dudarlo. Todo ha sido excelente. Superó nuestras expectativas.

Beaucoup de verres et peu de couverts. Les spots pour éclairer le placard ne marchent pas. Les grandes assiettes n’entrent pas dans le mini lave-vaisselle. - Le manque d’informations : pas d’explications sur l’usage des 5 télécommandes et autres appareils électriques, ni sur la gestion des poubelles, aucune indications sur le quartier (magasins d’alimentation et bons restaurants à proximité). J’ai dû relancer le propriétaire pour savoir comment accéder à l’appartement et j’ai reçu les informations (emplacement de la boite à clés, code et numéro de l’appartement) en arrivant devant l’immeuble. - La climatisation : il n’y a qu’un appareil mobile, très bruyant, qui oblige à ouvrir la porte-fenêtre pour évacuer l’air chaud. - la liste des équipements est à mettre à jour (climatisation, bureau, chambres communicantes etc.)

• Elīna (9/5): Superb - Quiet, clean, and comfortable apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. It's a pleasure to walk around at any time of the day or night. Restaurants and shops are nearby, and the Old Town is just a 10-minute walk away.
• Almasry (8/5): Very good - Everything was clean and tidy. It was spacious and had everything you might need from coffee machine, to hair dryer. It was quite hot, and couldn't get the temperature device to cool down the air a bit. There was a separate air-conditioning though.

I was surprised by this since I was communicating in English via app. After this first surprise though, the owner was super responsive via app, so it was not a big deal, just a detail.

• Andrew (10/5): Look the stay was good, we picked the hotel as convenient location to the CBD, apartment was good - Room was great, pity the laundry/washing machine facilities weren't better, door was locked so we couldn't use the laundry. The drier was rubbish, washing machine was in German so we didn't understand, maybe a doc in English would have helped. Overall the unit was great, we just needed to do laundry and it wasn't up to scratch as advertised, all else was great for the price, maybe a wee bit far from the CBD but we knew this.

The place is super spacious, well-equipped, cozy and warm. The location is a 10 as well, all the touristic spots were in a walkable distance. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again without hesitating! Nothing, everything was perfect :)

All was really clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is small, but it has everything required for a few days. Even a Nespresso! And we loved the shared courtyard with a small playground that we used The mattress needs changing: too much used

There were utilities mentioned on the site that were missing - no TV, no air condition, no washing machine. The toilet was not cleaned and smelled awful
