• Jovica (1/5): terrible building, no heating which was closed on purpose from the owners. - after this experience, I don’t have anything good to say about it. first of all if you go there during the winter, be ready to suffer because the apartment is very cold. thermometer that is on the wall is set on 15°. It’s not possible to move it more because it has a blockage inside. I realise that I need to take out that little wheel and then turn it more manually. When I did that, it still didn’t start heating. I realise that on heating device in the hallway everything is lowered to the minimum. I communicated this with person who was texting me before , he told me he will check out with the management. I told him okay I managed to do it by myself now it’s working and now it’s hot. everybody left and when they came back at midnight, they were no gas in the heating device. it means that someone purposely close the gas somewhere else because there was gas for cooking. now imagine being in Vienna during winter and someone do this to you. My biggest regret is that I didn’t read other references where many of them are saying similar things. This property is not recommendable, the building is disaster and about apartment I don’t want to say anything. If it was made of gold, it’s not enough because it was without heating during the winter. So for me, this is big no, and if you have any other option go for it ! PS I just got the email from them if I give them negative reference that can affect their business. Well gentlemen, I really hope that you will not have any business until you treat people as they deserve and not like this.
• Radostina (4/5): location ok, spacious aparment. Cold apartment during the evening/night. Host did not communicate well, lied to us. - Location was ok, beds were comfy, apartment was spacious. Heating was not working and it was very cold during the night. We did not have duschgel or any handtowels. We contacted the owners and they lied they provided us while we were out and when we came back late in the evening (when we had no chance to buy) surprise surprise, no one went to the apartment. Bathroom was very slippery and there were huge spiderwebs in the big bedroom.
