• smartjulia (7/5): Идеально для тура выходного дня, если есть моб.интернет - 1.Самое удобное в данном варианте - это расположение. Центрально, можно дойти пешком до Венской Оперы. 2.Т.к.прибывание наше было зимой и в очень снежный период, то порадовало то,что в квартире тепло. 3. Коммуникация с хозяевами - идеальная, всегда на связи и решили нашу проблему быстро. Благодарим. 1.То, что нет WIFI- это, конечно, удивляет в наше время. 2. Душ такое мизерное помещение,по фото непонятно. 3. При заезде было нашествие неприятных чёрных муравьёв ( это в феврале).Но на следующий же день нам их потравили.Все разрешилось благополучно.

• Dmitry1984lda (9/5): Warm, clear, careful owner, entirely good attitude - It is warm, fair, and clean enough, flat, and silent. It has limited characteristics because it is an old building. The toilet is separated from the bathroom. You can adjust the temperature via the thermostat, but you can see the current temperature on an external thermometer that was supplied. There is good internet, and some tv app like amazon prime netfix etc. The host is very kind, careful, and thinks about your accommodation. We were not spending enough time inside because it is very close to the city centre :) I would like to recommend it.

Тепло у квартирі це великий плюс взимку) Дуже маленька ванна кімната,незручно мало місця. Не має мікрохвильової плити,тостеру. Квартира вже трохи потреюує оновлення стін, щоб отримати вищу оцінку. Загалом при в'їзді прибирання було зроблено не дуже щільно

• Tamara (7/5): Enjoying Vienna close to Nashmarkt with my mom - The location of the property was perfect for our needs — the metro station was right across the street, and key attractions like the Nashmarkt, Opera, Kärntner Strasse, and Mariahilfer Strasse were only a 10-15-minute walk away. The apartment was equipped with all the basic amenities, and the Wi-Fi worked well. As a mother and daughter traveling together, we also appreciated being able to sleep in separate rooms, which made our stay more comfortable. Upon arrival, we were unable to unlock the apartment door for about 20 minutes. We called the number provided in the email, but no one answered — likely because it was a Sunday afternoon, though it was still disappointing. We were close to looking for an alternative hotel before we finally managed to get the door open. Unfortunately, this issue occurred several more times during our stay. We had requested two separate sets of keys, but this request was not accommodated. Additionally, the heating in the main bedroom did not work for the first three nights and only started functioning on our last evening, which required us to keep the door between the rooms open at all times. The couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, and the pillows definitely need to be replaced.
• Marcel (7/5): Wohnung am Naschmarkt - Super Lage am Naschmarkt. Nette Cafés etc. in der Umgebung. Grundsätzlich gepflegtes Haus. Die Wohnung war auch sauber. Offenbar hat der Vormieter in der Wohnung geraucht. Wir haben ein paar Tage gebraucht, um den Geruch zu vertreiben. Der Vormieter hat auch etwas Unterwäsche in der Wohnung vergessen... Zudem hat die Kaffeemaschine nicht funktioniert. Das TV-Gerät hat keinen TV-Empfang. Man braucht ein Netflix-Abo oder ähnliches.

• Jonathan (8/5): Leider verbleibt ein negativer Eindruck aufgrund des sehr dreckigen Sofas. - Wie beschrieben ist die Lage direkt auf Höhe der U-Bahn Station Kettenbrückengasse perfekt wenn man gerne am Naschmarkt ist oder von hier aus die Innenstadt erkunden möchte. Der Check In ist per Schlüsselbox problemlos und alle notwendigen Informationen wurden rechtzeitig kommuniziert. Die Polsterbezüge des Sofas sind in einem miserablen Zustand. Das Sofa (siehe Bild) ist voller Flecken, aus meiner Sicht eine Zumutung für jeden Gast. Der restliche Zustand der Wohnung ist tadellos, umso mehr ist es nicht nachvollziehbar wieso einem Gast so ein Sofa zugemutet wird.
• Annett (3/5): Nie wieder - gut angebunden an ÖNV Erdgeschosswohnung in der man die Vorhänge zulassen musste wegen Einsicht und fehlender Aussicht. Die Wohnung war ungeheizt, dunkel, billigst ausgestattet, das Sofa voller Flecken, der Preis unverschämt!

• Jarka28 (8/5): - - Vynikajúca lokalita, v centre, no napriek tomu tichá, lebo okná nie sú do ulice. Stanica Ubahn cca 200 metrov, oproti domu, neďaleko trh, takže si môžete skočiť na raňajky a kávu po zobudení. Malá kúpeľna, takže "väčší" ľudia by mohli mať problém. Nás sa to však netýkalo.
• Marzia (8/5): Comodo appartamento per muoversi a Vienna - Casa accogliente, funzionale e pulita in ottima posizione sia per muoversi a piedi che con i mezzi pubblici, in bel palazzo storico. Affaccio interno in un piccolo cortile al piano terra per la zona giorno (sebbene luminoso), in un cavedio e in un "cortile" nella camera. Assenza di wifi e copertura di rete per uno dei due telefoni che avevamo. Serratura della porta inizialmente brigosa. Televisore non funzionante, o perlomeno senza istruzioni per attivarlo.
• Nora (9/5): А vacation I would repeat. - Good location, 20-25m to the metro station and to city center. There are many shops and restaurants near the apartment. The hosts were responsive to our needs and available at all times.

Facilities provided are clean. Easy check in The bed is slightly hard. Coffee machine but no capsules.

• David (5/5): Passable - The location of the place was good, just in front of the public transport and quite easy to go out and find a nice place locally to eat or go for a drink... but the accomodation is small for 4 The place is much smaller that the pictures reveal and the sofa bed is clearly not for 14 and 16 years old as it is small. The bathroom is very small and gloablly speaking I was expecting a bigger place for that price.
• Ruslan (4/5): Disappointing - The location itself is great, very close to all the histirical places in the city The appartment itself was very dirty, a lot of dirty spots on the walls, dirty spots on the sofa. Very stagnant air in all the rooms.

• Ilze (8/5): Would stay again if needed a place to sleep for 4 nights. - Fast reaction from host if I was questions. Location. Netflix availability. That tea & sugar, coffee, salt etc was in kitchen for first day to be used. Shower gel was in bathroom available. Dyson vacuumcleaner. Market near. View of the window. Shower place could be bigger. After 1st entrance behind gates till room doors (10 m) sometimes light was switching too late and was not nice feeling, also knowing that only people with key can come here.
• Irma (1/5): The worst experience I ever had with booking.com so far - Location 1. The owner was late with checking me in, because he didn’t clean the flat in time and I had to walk around the place after a very difficult flight for more than an hour. Not mentioning that it was Sunday and literally everything was closed and I couldn’t even sit and have a coffee. 2. Communication with the owner was as useless as it could be, he didn’t care about the flat and about the guest. He didn’t recommend me any place where I could wait for him, didn’t apologise for the late check in and didn’t allow me to stay for 30 mins after check out to finish a very important work call (though I asked him about it in advance). The whole process of communication was literally humiliating. 3. Flat is dark and smelly. Someone’s hair was everywhere. I was fighting with the flies the whole time.The place is old and needs a refreshment. The chairs were wobbly, the sofa had stains, holes in the wall, shower doors have to be fixed,etc.. yes, and because it’s on the ground level the clothes won’t get dry in one day. 4. There is no washing machine and iron in the flat. You will have to go to the next building to use them. I knew that, but I didn’t expect that in the room where they keep it was so hot that I almost fainted until finished ironing. p.s. I didn’t check the TV, but I bet it shows only horror movies. I can continue describing this place but just Don’t waste you time for this property. ‘ OMG Good location’ is just not worth destroying your first impression of this amazing city and its people.

It’s my first negative feedback, we are really disappointed by comparing - Unfortunately there were not so many good things in the apartment, but here we go. Good internet connection, great location next to the center of a city, working tv with connection, enough towels and cleaning supplies for 2 people. When you enter this apartment you will smell something disgusting.. we opened windows but it didn’t help. It smelled like they really didn’t clean this apartment for a long time. The floor was really dirty and sticky 😤 If they know this problem they don’t offer some house-shoes or anything. I don’t know how long they didn’t clean their carpets and sofa. A lot of hair everywhere 🤮 even on a “clean” bed. Really cold and dark apartment. Fungus in the bathroom, doors of a shower tries to kill you, it just fall off all the time. Very strange chairs, I think some of them are broken. You will hear all the neighbors, because it’s not the first floor, it’s apartment just next to the elevator and stairs. There a lot of windows but you will see through them only walls or neighbor windows. After we settled in the apartment the host asked how are we doing, so I described all the problems and of course there was nothing that he/she/they could do. Only some apologies and assurances for future visitors. Which is nothing for us. It’s like speaking with robots, I’m sure that it was all automatic messages.
