• Éabha (8/5): Provided what we needed for our holiday, cozy and comfortable vibes! - Very lovely apartment. Good location, clean, pretty and comfortable. Easy to locate and to get into using the hosts instructions. Wifi was good. I would recommend if visiting with your partner! The stairs are slightly slippy, my partner slipped and fell on them but luckily he was not injured, but the stairs are stone so it is a possibility. The bathroom sink seemed to be blocked but was still functional.

• Eric (7/5): Ok, für Zimmer auf die Strasse raus eher zu teuer. - Gute Lage, sauber & alles wichtige ist vorhanden. Wir hatten das Zimmer im Parterre, also direkt auf Strassenlevel, heisst am Abend Vorhänge zu, sonst schauen alle rein. Da war kein Parkett wie beschrieben. Und es gab - obwohl das leicht zu realisieren wäre - keine Garderobe, Kleiderstange. Die Möbel sind schon recht verbraucht & IKEA-Level, aber zugegeben alles funktioniert. Insgesamt & zumindest für dieses Zimmer stimmt Preis/Leistung nicht.
• Flavio (9/5): Appartamento a pochi minuti dal centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo - Appartamento situato in zona Neubau, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro storico di Vienna. Zona tranquillissima. Dotato di termosifoni per garantire la giusta temperatura tramite termostato. Letto e bagno comodi e spaziosi. Assolutamente consigliato, anche e soprattutto in virtù del rapporto qualità/prezzo per la città. Da tenere presente che l'appartamento è strutturato su due livelli: camera da letto al piano superiore (dove si accede) ed il resto dei servizi, bagno incluso, al piano inferiore raggiungibile con una scala a chioccola di circa 12-13 scalini.

It's says 'No Signal'. We messaged the host and they responded quickly with steps to rectify the problem. We followed the steps but still not able to solve the problem. We requested if someone could come to fix but no reply. I guess it isn't the worst problem to encounter. But it would be nice if it worked. 2) The mattress is on the 'soft' side and quite springy. My husband who has a weak lower back in the end slept on the floor.

The apartment met our expextations, we found everything what we needed during our stay. The host was nice too, replying quick on messages. We generally enjoyed our stay. Additional towels would be great.

The apartment that I got was at a basement, which seems like it was a store before. Very weird experience. Besides big windows directly to the street, there was some mold on the walls.

• Özlem (9/5): Good deal for the price - My family liked the apartment, it was newly renovated, clean, and quite comfortable, exactly as is in the pictures. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay. It is in a nice neighborhood but somewhat far from the main center and tourist attractions so be prepared for a hike back at the end of the day. There was one issue with our stay which did not get resolved. The old hairdryer in the bathroom had a power connection issue and did not work properly. We reached out about this but they came by the apartment on the very last night of our 5-day stay. I think the host needs to be more responsive and proactive when it comes to small problems like this. We left early the next morning so it did not help at all. This was disappointing as it was really cold outside and we needed a hairdryer. I took a video of it but I can only upload photos.

Bathroom - mold on the wall, on the glass, on the ceiling and on the wall there is a broken lamp, also the lamps are dirty, black at the edges and covered in dust. 3. First bedroom - no handle on the window, the second handle is broken, the bedside floor lamp has no light bulb at all. 4. Kitchen - a broken socket, the sofa is worn out, there is a chip on the cabinet in the kitchen, the round iron table is unstable and wobbles a lot. 5. Second bedroom - the curtains are torn, cockroaches are crawling on the walls, the blinds are broken. 6. The pillows are very bad, uncomfortable, it is impossible to sleep on them. The light in the whole apartment is very dim and bad, requiring replacement. At the time of arrival, the radiators in the apartment were partially turned off.

• Jelena (6/5): Pleasant - The location is great. The apartment is suitable for two people with a baby, but it’s not really comfortable for three adults. My reservation was for two adults and a teenager, yet we received sheets for the crib instead of for the sofa in the living room.
• Tigran (10/5): Exceptional - The place is at the best location. It really couldn't be better. Rathaus, Museums quarter, city center are super close. Everything was very clean, modern and comfy. There were plates, mugs bowls, etc. I really recommend the place and would stay there again despite the 3 weirdnesses I'll list in the next section. There are 3 things I really couldn't understand, no matter how hard I try. 1. The tap in the kitchen sink is almost out of the sink.Whyy??? :D Why didn't they buy a smaller tap and buy a bigger one. 2. There is only ONE hanger in the bath. We stayed there for 5 days and we could hang only one of our towels. And it's far from the shower, so you have to come out of the cabin to reach your towel. I really don't understand why did they buy ONLY ONE hanger and why did they chose that exact location for it :D 3. Why there is soap, but no stand for it?

Keys were not in the box as I was told, I had to call the host to ask for advice, advice was good though. I wish they would have replied to my messages prior to calling as it could be very stressing.
• Mark (9/5): My God what a beautiful country. And surprisingly you guys have an unbelievably great Asian restaurant near you. - The property was large and roomy. I had a nice sitting area in it on the lower floor. To start with it would have been nice to have some air conditioning. Also a couple of tv channel in English would have been welcomed. “ I really did try to understand the spoken German”. Also last but not least, my wife called an requested more toilet paper and she never received it. Everything else was great.

• Vanessa (9/5): Fabulous 4 days in Spittleberg - Large, well appointed apartment.Excellent location, within walking distance of all the main sites of interest. Spittleberg is a great base with loads of bars and restaurants. Minor maintenance issue was reported and sorted out within a couple of hours. Good communication throughout. Although it is situated down a narrow road it is quite noisy with cars driving down the cobbles. Large apartment with lots of space but not much actual storage, could have done with more drawers and hangers.

It didn't reflect this picture of a pink bedroom. The room had a gray bed, and one wall was all glass in the room. The entrance door and wall were floor to ceiling glass, and it opened onto the street level. It was a hot week in Vienna, and the apartment had 1 small fan.

No air conditioning, which is probably normal for this area, but it was quite hot. There is nowhere to sit except for the dining table. A sofa is needed. The TV did not work at all. Someone had unplugged the boxes and we could not get them working.
• Ido (8/5): Will recommend it for sure! - Amazing Location! A short walk from the museums quarter and from maria hilfer street. The bathroom was clean and tidy and the kitchen was very practical. I really loved the self check-in/check-out idea and the customer service as well. The only small problem is there is no air conditioner and during the summer months a vintilator wont be enough

• Yijun (9/5): Great location and super clean apartment - The location of the property is great! You’re literally in walking distance of everything you want to see (as a tourist visiting of course) it’s safe at night and on a quiet street. The architecture itself is beautiful too! The only thing that bother us was there is no AC in the unit. They did provide a fan but we visited in early July so it might be the hottest month and they might not need it for the rest of the year. I think maybe another fan would help.
• Dilfuza (7/5): Good - The place was located very centrally (with shops, restaurants, historic attractions) and at the same time very peaceful area. The flat was clean, kitchen had a cosy hang out area. The bathroom needed some fixing. The water in the sink wasn't going away. There was no sink cap and everything was floating which didn't look nice. The hair dryer wasn't working and bathroom seat was uncomfortable. Kitchen needed maybe few more towels also for cleaning. The bedroom was upstairs and the flat had old high stairs. In case you go with someone old, it might be less comfortable for them to climb those stairs. Otherwise, stairs weren't problem.
