• Deborah (10/5): - Alles sauber, gute Lage - paar Minuten von der UBahn und dem Kurpark entfernt. Küche hatte alles was man braucht und die Aussicht war auch schön :-) Das Gebäude ist gleich neben 2 Baustellen - am WE war es schön ruhig aber unter der Woche kann es laut werden, auch im 9. Stock. Dafür kann die Wohnung natürlich nichts, ich wollte es nur erwähnen.
• Lisa (9/5): - Ausstattung war top, die Lage war super - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Baustelle direkt daneben ist leider ziemlich laut ab 7uhr - 18uhr, aber sie wird ja nicht ewig dauern.

• Wolfgang (10/5): Eine perfekte Unterkunft in gehobener Kategorie! - Diese Unterkunft war in jeder Beziehung absolut perfekt. Groß, gut eingerichtet, praktisch ausgestattet. Gute Beleuchtung (auch im Bad). Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Schöne Aussicht. Dank der schalldichten Fenster war selbst die Baustelle gegenüber fast nicht zu hören (Rohbau dürfte bald abgeschlossen sein). Schlüsselübergabe und Garagenplatz waren in einer E-Mail hervorragend dokumentiert. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem gehobenen und sehr gepflegten Hochhaus (tagsüber mit Concierge). Zur U-Bahn sind es 2 min. zu Fuss, in 15 Minuten ist man am Stephansdom! Nichts

• Ricarda01 (10/5): Ein besonders schönes Appartement, dass in Erinnerung bleibt - Tolle Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (U1 Oberlaa Station) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist super schön eingerichtet. Der Ausblick aus dem 9. Stock war fabelhaft. Alles sauber. Die Wohnung strahlt eine Harmonie aus. Würde sofort einziehen...für immer! 😜🤣

• Calin (10/5): Un apartament frumos, curat, cald și bine utilat. Locație excelentă. - Locația, curățenia în apartament, ușurința accesului, apropierea de intrarea la metroul U1 și de Therme Poate șantierul din apropiere. Aș fi putut purta cu ușurință o conversație cu macaragiul, deși apartamentul se afla la etajul 9 :) Dar aceasta e o situație temporară și nu e vina proprietarului, care de altfel este o persoană foarte amabilă și dornică să ajute în caz de nevoie.

The host was very communicative and friendly. If you are looking for accommodation that is strategically located close to the subway, city ring road, and swimming pool complex, then this is the right place for you....

Totul este la superlativ: locatia aproape de metrou, garajul un mare plus, apartamentul amenajat cu mult gust si utilat cu toate cele necesare. Comunicarea cu gazda foarte bună. Vom reveni cu drag si anul viitor!

Bucătăria utilata cu cele necesare. Micul dejun pe terasa este foarte relaxant. Patul cu saltea comoda. Vom reveni cu drag in curând.

• ADR-service (9/5): Na przystaniek na jedną noc lub weekend w Wiedniu. - 15 minut do centrum metrem, 5 minut do stacji metra, w pobliżu termy wiedeńskie, spojojna okolica, parking podziemny w cenie. W sumie idealnie na weekendowe zwiedzanie stolicy. Temperatura na zewnątrz była 36 st.C. Bez klimatyzacji ciężko. W chłodniejsze dni pewno nie ma to znaczenia, duży balkon i rolety dają radę.

• Luiza (10/5): 4. Alles war top – stilvoll, sauber und sehr komfortabel. Ich komme gerne wieder! - ⸻ Mir hat die Wohnung wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Der Apartment selbst war sehr schön , das Design war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders gut fand ich die große Badezimmer mit dem großen Spiegel. Auch der Balkon war riesig – alles war sehr schön und angenehm!

There is everything you need, including an iron and a first aid kit, which came in handy for me. Convenient check-in and check-out. There is a balcony and large spacious windows. Nearby is a nice park for walking dogs and there is also a pastry shop nearby. In general, I liked everything. It would be great if you could add some cosmetics such as shower gel, lotion (not just shampoo). These are trifles, of course, but it would be nice 😊

Good for a couple or single traveler. Also helpful that a parking space is available, we had to travel to Western Hungary twice which is less than an hour away Would have been nice to have restaurants in walking distance, there is a good cafe and a small shop close by, but no restaurants

• Sofia (4/5): If you are minimally sensitive to sunlight, this is not the place for you. - Easy self-check in, great views of the park, reasonably equipped. Mattress was too soft, pillows too thin and curtains didn’t make the room dark enough to sleep once the sun came up.

The location is also perfect, a bit outside of the big city and there’s a big park nearby. Would definitely book again. -

• Ioana-sofia (10/5): Excellent! - It was an excellent location, safe and peaceful, very close to the subway. In about 17-20 minutes we were in the center of Viena. The apartment was very well-equipped, with enough space to put the luggage, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom super clean with a hairdryer, soap, body lotion and shower gel. We felt like home because we had also coffee and tee at our disposal. Maybe a toaster would be also useful. With an other trip to Viena we will try to return in this same location.

• Silviu (10/5): A quiet place with a lot of green around - The apartment is in a new building, with it's own parking space in the underground garage. It has everything you need to feel like home. The area around the building is with a lot of greenery. The park around is just beautiful for a walk in the evening with the children. Everything was fine, maybe a sink in the small WC would be helpful.
• Nataliia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is really nice, well-furnished and clean. We're on a roadtrip, so the comfortable beds were a bliss! The balcony is great for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city centre. By the way, the connection is very convenient – 15-20 minutes by U-Bahn, and you're there. Be aware that you have to get off the train at Reumannplatz and get on another one (the same platform) to continue your journey to the city centre. A really good choice for a stay in Vienna - whether you're travelling by car or not. Highly recommended. The main entrance door didn't work, so we had to wait for someone to let us in. There have been mentions of this very issue in other reviews, so it may help to alter the self check-in process, which in theory seems convenient and well explained in the instructions. Other than that – a great place all around.
• Szilvia (10/5): Exceptional - Spotlessly clean and modern apartment next to a park and a swimming pool with the view to a park. Balcony with a table & chairs. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things, extra bonus for the tea, coffee cups, sugar, salt, olive oil and balsamic vinegar for the guests. The underground parking was very convenient. Tgere is a well-equipped gym underground tgat wr were abke to use! Check-in and check-out without the host but very easy. A few minutes walking is the subway station, and it takes approx.15 minutes with the subway to downtown. The district is in the outer skirts of Vienna, it's a village with restaurants offering traditional Austrian dishes. Would be great to have some recommendations for supermarkets, restaurants, petrol stations in the district and hints about metro (where, type of tickets, operating hours).

• Vladimir (10/5): Beautiful apartment on the outskirts of Vienna. - I give this apartment 20 out of 10 points. I travel often and have changed many hotels and apartments through Airbnb and booking.com. Now I had to exchange 2 apartments in Vienna with my family in a short time, and this one was only an emergency solution, but in the end it was much better. If I had known about the host and his approach earlier, I would not have looked for anything else in Vienna. The first one was in the center, new, modern, gray, austere, minimalistic, a little depressing, like many apartments that are being built today. This apartment and the entire design of TABA Tower is excellently designed. This is what a modern project of the future should look like and support the good in you for reasonable money. A nearby subway stop and garage (in price) is a great combination. Parking in Vienna is expensive (4€/h). Therefore, it is better to use the local city transport. The apartment looks as if it was lent to you by a good friend who is not currently staying there for a short time. (That's how we should all behave.) Everything was full of details, carefully selected, the apartment was equipped with everything you need for a 2-3 day stay. Coffee, Nespresso machine, combined oven and microwave, tea, salt, sugar, salad bowl, quality knives, books to read, lots of space to store your things, towels, active Netflix account,... simply amazing. My wife and I like to watch planes, and the view of Schwechat Airport was an another advantage for us. Unfortunately, this experience marked me and increased my demandingness. For me, the host Klaus is a guarantee of quality accommodation. I wish him to have only such guests who will treat his flat with care. For longer stays, someone might be bothered by the lack of a washing machine + dryer and the possibility to throw out the garbage.
• Tsvetomira (10/5): Exceptional - Brand new appartment, fully furnished with everything you need. The location is just few minutes from U1 subway Station. The underground parking is perfect for people who travel by car. The host is responding very quickly to all questions and is very kind. Nothing, everything was perfect.
• Dmirii (9/5): Superb - Almost a brand-new apartment, fully equipped with modern furniture and kitchen devices. That says almost everything. A subway station is a 5 minutes walk distance and takes you to the city center in 20 minutes. There is no microwave oven in the kitchen. There is a wind sensor relay in the electrical box, and it clicks very loud. On a windy night, it irritates me a lot.

The view was great Place was very clean The space was well used in the apartment. Quiet and well noise isolated Not having keys to the garbage room meant that we had to pile up the garbage in the apartment. Extra towels would have been very welcome, especially for a longer stay. Washing machine and drier would also have been an important addiition, for longer stays.

Klaus was very kind and responsive and prepared very detailed info for self check in which was very convenient. Subway station was very close, and its not that far from the city as it looks on the map. Will definitely be back when visiting Vienna in the future!

• Valentina (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very nicely furnished, with a full equipped kitchen. We slept very well, the position is very quiet and there were no noises from other apartments. The Kurkonditorei Oberlaa at 3 min walking from the apartment offers very good breakfasts, we ate there almost every morning. The apartment is best suited for 2 persons, however we were 4 and it was ok, because there is a lot of space were one can store the luggages, and it is possible to eat in 4 if necessary. The metro is very convenient, in 15min one reaches both the upper Belvedere Museum and Stephan Platz. Klaus, the owner of the apartments, was very kind and answered rapidly to all our messages. Two minor points: there are no supermarkets in the close vicinity of the apartments. There is a Billa at about 15min walk (or 5 min from the metro stop Neulaa). A couple of times it would have been helpful to have two sets of keys, in particular the chip to use the lift.

• Vanessa (10/5): Best in VIENNA! - This flat left us speechless! It’s located in new built building TABA right next to Kurpark Oberla, eventhough it’s pretty far from the centre of Vienna, we could not complain. Ubahn station Oberlaa is around 3 mins away and it takes only 15 mins to the centre right to the Stephanplatz because of the direct U1 line. Apartment by itself is looking amazing, we felt just as cosy as home ❤️ everything was clean and neat. Parking in garage free of charge via mobile app! Animals are welcomed and you can really feel it! Klaus the host was really sweet and always ready to help, looking forward coming back! 11/10 -
