• Marko (10/5): - This trip would probably be a disaster if there was no Jelena, team member we accidentally ran into while checking in. Flat we rented was left in complete chaos by previous guests who smoked inside. When Jelena saw us with a baby she said there is no way we stay in this flat, so she arranged for us another flat next door which was amazing!! Flats are spotless clean, again thanks to Jelena and her team!! They are close to University, river and in really quiet area which is baby friendly. We are already looking to book this place again for our stay in Vienna

• Ricardo (9/5): - Apartamento muy lindo, nuevo y moderno, en edificio y barrio muy seguro y tranquilo, con rápido acceso a zona de atracciones turísticas mediante linea D de tranvías. Muy recomendable. Como critica constructiva, si bien menciona que posee lavarropas, el mismo no se encuentra dentro del apartamento sino en una zona de uso común del edificio, de manera que cada vez que intentamos usarlo (al menos 5 veces), estaba en uso. Conclusión, nos fuimos al 5to día y no pudimos hacer uso del mismo.

• Lisa (10/5): Over all it was awesome and I recommend this Apartment - I liked pretty much everything about the property. It was clean, enough space, nice kitchen and big bathroom:) The only thing I didn’t like was the bed unfortunately. It was not very comfortable and the pillow was not okay.

• Olga (9/5): - Good apartments. The metro, shops, and cafés are nearby, and it’s close to the city center. There is plenty of space and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The price is also excellent. I highly recommend it.

• Karl (9/5): Excelente. - Buena ubicación con una parada de tranvía justo detrás del edificio que te lleva al centro. El apartamento es moderno, limpio y tiene una cocina bien equipada. El baño bonito con jabones que huelen bien. Todo me pareció fácil y cómodo. Lo único por lo que no le doy un 10 es por la cortina opaca de la ventana. Es pequeña y no cubre bien, sobre las 05,30 de la mañana me despertaba por la luz.

• Simona (9/5): BENE! - La struttura è perfetta praticamente appena ristrutturata , molto calda ed accogliente. In una posizione ottimale, distante dal caos del centro ma perfettamente collegata tramite metro e tram. Un po’ complicato da trovare inizialmente l’appartamento , privo di finestre apribili.
• José Antonio (10/5): Magnífico en todos los sentidos - 4-8 Diciembre, pleno invierno. Familia de matrimonio con dos hijos de 3 y 1 año. El apartamento perfectamente cálido (no tuvimos que tocar la temperatura ni nada). Todo limpio y nuevo. Cuna para el bebé y sofá cama confortable para la niña. La cama de matrimonio muy amplia y confortable. Ducha magnífica muy amplia también. Hay un tranvía (línea D, más fácil que el metro si vas con dos carritos como nosotros) que está a 5min del apartamento. Súper cómodo y rápido que te deja en el centro en 8min. Otra cosa muy buena para nosotros es que tiene un trasterillo en el hall de entrada y cabían perfectamente los dos carritos (así no los tienes en medio del estudio). Supermercado Billi a 4min a pie. No encontramos nada que no nos gustase. estaba todo súper! Sugerencia: podrían dejar alguna bolsa de basura extra.

• María Fernanda (4/5): - Good public transport connections, very well located. Comfortable bed, good shower. The apartment itself is modern, with air conditioning, a coffee machine, tea, dishwasher, and a small refrigerator. The apartment is extremely hot and also has no window for ventilation. The window it does have is blocked and cannot be opened. This information was not clear before renting. We were also given a key in very poor condition, and when we tried to enter it got stuck in the door. That night we called and wrote to them many times, but got no response. We didn’t know what to do. When they finally replied, they told us to leave it there, that the problem was actually with the lock, and that someone would fix it the next day. That’s what happened, but nobody gave us another key. When we asked for one, they sent us to look for it in a place where there was a bicycle and said there was a box with keys. It was dark and raining, and there was nothing there. I wrote to them again, and they said there was another one in another place. We went to check and didn’t find it either. In the end, during the 5/10 days we stayed, we had no key and always had to wait for someone else to enter the building. I believe these problems are easy to solve but show little empathy for the guest. We also mentioned that the television wasn’t working, but they didn’t say anything.

• Dominik (10/5): - Kurzer Aufenthalt in Wien zu zweit – das Apartment war perfekt dafür. Super Lage, schön eingerichtet und die Klimaanlage war bei der Hitze ein großer Vorteil. Ein- und Auschecken verlief problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
• marc (10/5): Super Wohnung un top Lage - Die Wohnung ist super. Praktische Lage, alles sehr sauber und eine gute Aufteilung. Ich würde die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder nehmen wenn ich Wien besuche. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief auch reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung.

• Sini (1/5): Studio, not separte bedroom! - It was quite new building It was a studio, not one bedroom appartement. Really dark room. It has only door with window, not separte window. First floor, people are walking behind the door. You can’t use the yard. It is not allowed to dry the laundry. It was little dirty. It wasn’t like they sayed on booking.com. Washing mashine is in another building. Sofa has only hard back, no coushings.

• Elijah (6/5): If you're gonna be out traveling the city all day, this room will be fine. - - You get a whole small apartment to yourself. With a kitchenette/hot plate fridge and sink. - The location itself was nice. You're not far from any of the main attractions of downtown. - the A/C worked well so cooling down the room helped with the heat of walking around downtown. 5-10 by car and 20-45 mins walking. - The "staff" was readily available to answer questions via WhatsApp and seemed friendly. - Detailed instructions on how to get keys and find you're room were provided. - It was a maze to get to the room. - To take your dog outside, you have to go back through said maze. There were doors with what looked to be green space outside, but we're told they were fire doors. - We're pretty sure our room hadn't been cleaned. There was long black hair all over the bed, bathroom, and floor (my wife doesn't have black hair) at one point we spilled water on the floor and use a towel to wipe it up and the towel came up filthy. - there was clumps of food and hair that had been pushed under the furniture (by furniture, I mean the couch with questionable stains across it) - all of the linens were white, and the comforter was stained. -No dedicated on-site parking for these rooms you will be warned not to park on the street because it's "free but not safe" - The hallway was very loud, especially the door right next to our room and the dogs across the hall.

• Tereza (7/5): Good - everything went without a problem, the only complication was parking. It would be much better if it was possible to park directly at the residence. we had to adapt the program to this, the garage is about 12 min. on foot. There was a musty smell in the bathroom. Unfortunately the drains were clogged and dirty in the drain there was hair and other debris. Otherwise everything was fine.
• Nadejda (10/5): Exceptional - Nice, cozy apartment. Has all the facilities you might need. Was easy to find. Has restaurants, cafes and markets around the block. The host is great, sent detailed information for an easy check in. The free parking offer is a big plus.

• Raphael (9/5): A comfortable and quiet option in a good location. - The apartment was very comfortable and ideally located between a U4 metro station and trams on the other side. It sits on top of a train station, but there is no noise or vibration whatsoever. The instructions do not inform of this option, so here's a hint: if you cross the internal courtyard through a pair of doors leading out into a little garden and playground, you reach an overpass with lifts and stairs on both sides. Close to the right, there's an elevator to Althanstraße with tram stops (immediately below) and a shortcut to the Billa supermarket. To enter from this side, you need your keys, so you cannot use it the very first time around. Also, from the courtyard, entrance 1 is closer to apartment 4o5 (where I stayed). The A/C is ceiling-mounted and worked well once I was able to turn it on (not obvious: see below). It's entirely sufficient to set the cooling temp at 25C (24C if someone likes it really cold). That's because the thermostat is close to the ceiling where the hotter air naturally gathers. A setting of 25C will result in 21C nearer at about 1m from the floor. The bed was very comfortable and big. The apartment was quiet. The apartment has relatively little daylight, but I knew about this and it was not a problem. The fridge is big and comfortable. More wall hangers (hall, bathroom) than usual 👍 I had some problems turning stuff on, so for the benefit of future guests... 1. Turning the A/C on: it's generally a small touch screen, BUT there's also a miniture physical power switch on the top edge, which isn't visible (especially if you're not very tall). You need to press that physical button to really turn the thing on. Following that, you need to change the operating mode to ❄ (and not the default fan!), and set the temperature at around 25C (trust me, not much lower). 2. Kitched counter lights: to turn those on, find the *middle* light strip. There's a small round button (again ;-)) hidden behind the bevelled light which operates those lights. Really hard to find. I wasn't able to find recycling options. The housekeeper informed me that they do not separate. That's probably not a comment against the host, it's just how it is.
• Artimovich (10/5): Please add to your PDF doc instructions how to check out) - Great cosy flat near the center of the city (3 mins by foot to tram and then 15 mins with beatuful views of Viena). Pretty challenging procedure of chiking in to the appartment, but instructions were clear. Very clean and equipped with all necessar staff. Convenient parking in 10 mins walk from the accomodation (don't miss beatiful waste burning plant nearby). The host returned money in short term for the parking lot. The staff of the accomodation was online 24 hours. Everything was great

Apartment itself is located in very quite new building complex. first evening and night on our arrival we had problem with AC and room temperature (too hot) but with great help of the staff we manage it

The apartment is in a good area, close to the metro, Spar supermarket, they pay for your parking if you come with the car. The instructions the host sent us were very clear. They really did everything well and are so kind! It’s a bit dark because the apartment is in the corner of the building and sometimes really hot in the room. However, that’s kinda fine too since you’re discovering Wenen most of the time and they have an airconditioning so in the end perfect again!

To get the key is a scavenger hunt To get to the room is a quest So you can smoke you need to open about 6 doors and take the elevator (you better quit smoking) The room have only one big window that serve as a door with opening in a courtyard / platform and in the morning you can hear people passing in front of your window (women heels , kids jumping ... etc) Parking is in an garage in about 1 km away +- that you pay and then send the recip via whatsapp to the owner, then he will refound that amount

The instructions on how to get to the apartment is clear but we have received too many messages from the host and we got lost in between them. Apartment has only one window which is oriented into public building space so we kept the curtains closed and the lights on all the time.

It was contactless check-in, but the owners were very responsive. Location is great, there is Billa just around the corner, there are Tram and U bahn stations nearby and the owners pay your parking place in the garage just couple of minutes away. We would recomend this appartment to anyone. When we come back to Wien, this will be our first choice.

Good location: you can pick up to the city center by tram, subway or by a walk (about 25-30 mins) it not critical but not enough daily light in a room. You need use the electricity all the time
