Meets all needs. - The place is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. 15-20 minute walk to the beach. 20-25 minute walk to the bus station or to the ferry going and coming from Italy and Greece. Anything like a bank, pharmacy or bakery are simply around the corner. Restaurants for any budget are also within 5-15 minute walk. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Also, stayed cool while going through a couple of heat waves reaching 106F. Our host was great answering all our concerns promptly. In our month stay the linens and towels were changed weekly. Highly recommended for long stays. Cash only. That was our only difficulty for long stays
