• Hasan (10/5): - Das Appartement war sehr schön und sauber, die Lage super mit Meerblick. Supermarkt und Restaurants direkt ums Eck. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich, wie auch alle anderen Leute die man begegnet ist. Vertrauenswürdige , gastfreundliche Menschen. Es gibt viele schöne Strände in der Umgebung zu entdecken.

Guest was very friendly, flexible and always responded on time. Short walk from the beach. Description correspond reality Has everything you need for a short break and it’s clean. Everything in working condition. Close to beach, restaurants, shops. Great location

• J (1/5): Horrible hospitality ever. - Nothing I've experienced the worst hospitality ever in my life from these hosts. 1. The host became rude when we asked for some missing items. There were several missing items in the house described in the list, such as dishwashing soap, an iron, and a hair dryer. I asked for just a soap because I usually use dishes and clean them. Then the host replied, "Are you here on vacation or to clean the apartment? ... it is not a spotless church. Most of the guests use plastic plates and throw them away ... find a definition of 'vacation in a dictionary". (see the screenshots). Then he insisted there was dishwashing soap in the cabinet and told me to check the cabinet before I asked, which I never found. I sent him proof as he requested, and then after I sent it, he ignored my messages. What is so wrong about asking a soap? isn't it my freedom to use plastic plates or not? if you want your guests to use plastic plates then say it beforehand. He also got upset because I asked for more toilet tissue, saying "One toilet tissue is enough for even a four-member family". Then why do you mention you provide 'free toiletries'? He said, "you got a discount for this house (which I never asked for) and you should not expect this to be a hotel." His rude and twisty attitude completely ruined my experience in Vlore. Who can enjoy the holiday after being treated like this? 2. For check-in, we waited in the strong sun for 10 minutes, although I texted him that we arrived in Vlore around 30 minutes in advance, then he said "Oh sorry for the short wait" - is this an apology? 3. When we were checking out, his mom somehow was very mad (Idk why?) and started cleaning madly and throwing things on the floor. 4. false information about 'soundproof', 'mosquito net'. Soundproof is horrible, partly because it is an old building and it is near to the street where cars are passing.
• Linda (10/5): Really a lovely experience. - It’s a very comfortable apartment to be in, and has a lovely view of the sea from the terrace. There’s a large supermarket a very short walk away. It’s easy to feel at home. There’s nothing not to like; it would be nice if there were just a couple of staples when you arrive — maybe salt, pepper, a little oil & vinegar, sugar.

• David (5/5): Has potential but lacking attention - The location is great, the view is very good, AC worked good for living room but not for bedroom , and overall the apartment has potential. Host friendly...will even show you his policeman's badge without you asking. The refrigerator was totally non functional, I tried to open the gas valve for the stove but couldn't, but given everything else, I will assume there was no gas for the stove. Many little things in disrepair like bathroom door doesn't close, shower door loose and doesn't seal, the electric kettle fell completely apart so that was unavailable to help make coffee, no bar soap, only a teaspoon or two of detergent, just 1/10 of a toilet paper roll, drier rack broken, no small spoons for coffee...... Things like this that just need someone to pay more attention.
• Kemal (8/5): All in all we have wery nice and calm week in Apartment on the beach, just as we expect it to be - Location of apartment is very good, only street is between apartment and sea, and nearest beach is just 150 meters from it, so there is no need to use car at all. Place is nice and clean and host is online for any additional wish. Also nearby are store and down street there are many restorants and coffe shops so it is very nice place to stay and enjoy in vacation without vorries where and what to eat, only problem is to decide. There was small problem with toilet, every time it was needed few flushing but I guess that this is by design. This actually is not a problem but is only thing what I can remember that bother me a little, and this happened to all my family members

• Sajmir (10/5): A perfect place to stay 👌 - I did like the apartment a lot that was very comfortable ,very clean , managed very well by Mr Eduard which every single day he needed to make sure by calling me that if there was everything ok and if we needed anything ,very easily to get to the Beach ⛱ fantastic location. I strongly recommend this apartment anyone want to visit Lungomare beach,Kalaja e Kanines,National Museum of Independence Tebeu,Justin his Gordan,or many many other's in Vlora this one is one the best especially for families 👪 .I only can say thank you so much for your worm welcome to the gentleman Mr Eduard and I to see you again in the future. • Dana (10/5): Great value for money stay, clean, close to everything and amazing hosts! - The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It's pet friendly and the terrace is closed and has nets which was perfect for my cat as it provided safety. The location is really good just a few steps from lungomare and it's near to a shop, a lot of coffee places and restaurants. The hosts were really friendly providing tips for the trip and also responded fast to our questions and even helped with the bags when leaving. All in all I highly recommend the place and the hosts. It's great value for money!

Beds were soooo confi, we took great rest! Homemade raki mmmmm delicious! Hope see you again next year! Washing machine could be improved as well as fridge
