• Nadja (7/5): Für eine Nacht prima, tolle Lage, aber leider nicht für (Zigarettengestank innen) - Zentral, Parkplätze vor der Türe, einfacher Check in mit Schlüsselbox, schnelle Kommunikation über WhatsApp NICHT FÜR FAMILIEN GEEIGNET - das ganze Appartement stinkt furchtbar nach Rauch. Das ist leider richtig ekelhaft - alle unsere Sachen haben 2 Tage später noch gestunken. Für Raucher ein ideales Appartement, aber nicht für Familien mit Kindern. Gebucht waren 5 Personen - Betten waren für 3 gerichtet, haben dann selbst noch die Couch aufgebettet. Außerdem gab es kein warmes Wasser nach der Ankunft. (Wurde aber bald danach gerichtet) Auch den wäscheständer auf der Terrasse konnten wir leider nicht nutzen, weil er voll beladen mit Bettwäsche war
• Gjylmezi (10/5): - Kam pasur një eksperiencë shumë të këndshme gjatë qëndrimit në këtë apartament. Apartamenti ishte shumë i pastër dhe i mirëmbajtur, me çdo gjë të rregulluar deri në detaje. Ambienti është modern, i gjerë dhe i ndriçuar mirë, gjë që e bën shumë komod për të jetuar. Pajisjet e shtëpisë ishin të gjitha funksionale dhe të reja (kuzhina e kompletuar, kondicioneri, lavatriçja, interneti i shpejtë). Zona ku ndodhet është shumë e qetë dhe e sigurt, por njëkohësisht pranë dyqaneve, transportit dhe vendeve kryesore që duhen për përditshmërinë. Pronari ishte shumë korrekt, i komunikueshëm dhe gjithmonë i gatshëm të ndihmojë nëse duhej diçka. Në përgjithësi, ky apartament është një zgjedhje fantastike për këdo që kërkon rehati, pastërti dhe një vend të këndshëm për të qëndruar. E rekomandoj plotësisht!

Ptr familii, dacă intenționează sa gătească, e un frigider extrem de generos. Este cel mai mare pe care l-am întâlnit pana acum la o cazare. Distanta pana la plaja este aproximativ 1 km. În prezentare se menționează 500m. Bucătăria și baia nu aveau aerisire direct în exterior. Aerisirea se făcea prin ventilator (baie), hota (bucatarie), dormitor.

• Mak (3/5): The host can make this so much better with a 50 euro investment and just a little care about his guests! - We will expand on the "location" but on the positive side the apartment really is close to the city centre. The view is quite nice (but this also comes with an asteriks) and the internet was really good. unfortunately, this apartment ranks among the most disappointing stays we’ve had. This review is meant not as an attack, but as honest feedback for future guests and constructive advice for the host on what to improve. Cleanliness The biggest problem is hygiene. Upon arrival, the bathroom had a chewing gum stuck to the side of the shower, visible dirt, sand, hair, and shampoo stains. The bidet contained sand and orange residue. Almosf everything had stains on it of some sort and it was clear the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. We washed it (the shower) with boiling hot water and detergent for dishes. The kitchen was also in poor condition, cupboards and cabinets looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, the fridge still had traces of previous food, and the floors, when wiped, turned the cloth orange and brown. Dishes all had to be rewashed, yet many still had visible marks. The cookware was in the worst shape, every pot and pan had burnt-on residue, and in one pot there appeared to be burnt-in mold. The AC doesnt work very well. Communication When we informed the host about the cleanliness, replies stopped unless the question was convenient to answer. We even requested cleaning supplies so we could fix the situation ourselves. The host agreed, but never followed up. Facilities and maintenance Shower curtain should be replaced becuase it is too dirty and stained. The shower leaks on all sides, so floors are wet everytime you take a shower. Toilet flush is extremely stiff, like pressing a sharp metal pin into concrete. Bedroom light doesn’t work. Only three glasses, all mismatched. Almost everything makes noise — sinks, doors, water pipes, AC. AC takes nearly three hours to cool the living area and there is no AC in the bedroom, making sleeping uncomfortable in warm weather. Not enough hand soap, and what was there seemed diluted. Environment Yes, there is a sea view, but it also overlooks a large stretch of underdeveloped housing.

The location was also good however we had to travel ti the beach by car, the beach was not far but comparing to our previous location (Ksamil) it was quite ugly and we decided to find something else few kilometres to the north, I would appreciate some more kitchen equipment especially knife was missing. • Guest (6/5): Appartement spacieux et bien situé mais équipements, personnel et électricité laissent à désirer. - Nous avons apprécié la superficie de l’appartement qui était un appartement spacieux. La cuisine ouverte était aussi un plus et le balcon vue sur la ville également. Les lumières ne fonctionnaient presque pas dès notre arrivée : salle de bain, chambre et cuisine, seule la lumière du salon marchait parfaitement. Un petit prix aurait pu nous être proposé pour ce désagrément hors on a payé le même prix que prévu. De plus il n’y avait quasiment aucun équipement dans la cuisine (torchon propre, sopalin…) et aussi avait que 1 seul rouleau de papier toilettes pour 2. Et en dernier, nous entendions un coq chanter du matin au soir ce qui a quand même pas mal perturbé notre sommeil.

• Malika (10/5): Un très bon appartement avec un emplacement parfait. - L'appartement est très propre, avec plusieurs lits très confortables. L'emplacement est excellent, loin du bruit mais à une dizaine de minutes à pieds du centre ville (une quinzaine de la plage) avec de nombreux commerces à proximité donc nous n'avons pas du utiliser notre voiture pour nous déplacer. Rien, tout était très bien.

The shower stall is leaking. There isn’t rug to prevent constant puddles in the bathroom. There are ants crawling out from under the cracks on the balcony.
• roko04 (3/5): Disappointing stay in SMAG apartments - Only two good things about this apartment are a good view from the balcony and a good location. The kitchenware was dirty, and there were damaged Teflon pans, very unhealthy. On our last day, the stove just stopped working. The AC unit was working, but it didn't actually cool the apartment, it didn't blow cold air. It was connected to a bottle on the balcony and the bottle kept getting full every few hours, and if we didn't empty it, the balcony would fill with water dripping from the bottle. The toilet was broken when we arrived so we couldn't flush. We had to use a bucket of water to flush the toilet. The owner told us that the plumber will come the same day we arrived to fix the toilet, and he never showed up. The owner contacted us again one day before we left that the plumber may be able to come that day, but that was way too late. The towels had some orange dots on them, so I suppose they weren't very clean. The lady who welcomed us didn't speak a word of English, she only spoke Italian. Only English word she knew was "money". Not a great stay.

• Novembre (8/5): Good and easy stay - Good position, nice apartment, new building. Air conditioning for both cold winter and hot summer is a good point. Cookwares and kitchen tools to be better implemented, especially for long staying. Not very easy to get where the apartment is, as no civic number provided. As we came from Italy we did not have access to mobile data, then we had to look for a pubblic wifi to get in touch with host and meet him personally for the keys.

• Nils (10/5): Great stay in Vlorë - The apartment was newly renovated with plenty of space and a balcony. Great location close to the city center, beach and just above a supermarket. Host was very nice. Elevator to the apartment was a tight fit for our group with bags.

But it was unclean — long black hairs were scattered here and there, and there was noticeable dirt on the kitchen floor and food remnants on the cutlery. Additionally, the shower drain was blocked, causing the water to pool around my feet within 20 seconds and leaving me standing in several inches of water after a brief three-minute shower.

Bathroom not cleaned ,unequipped kitchen, old frying pan needs to be replaced, no cooking pots, each cup is from a different couple, not knife to cut something was one but brocken. The air conditioning does not work properly, not feeling like it was colder.

• Christina (8/5): It was a pleasure to stay here! - It a great cozy light apartment, full equipped. It has enough space for two or even three people. Strong wifi. The one of the most important things in an apartment is the presence of a full-fledged shower, where the cabin is closed with doors. The apartment was clean, with airco, there were few blankets and clean towels for each guest. We also met people who lived in the building who are friendly. The entrance to the building and the building itself are very clean and pleasant. It’s located 8-10 minutes walk to the sea ​​embankment Lungo Mare and Bulevard, where you can find shops and restaurants and coffee shops. Nearby the building you can park your car or can use parking near the gas station, the price per night was about 200 Lek. It's very nice to deal with the owners :) Despite everything, the apartment lacked a bit of the kitchen equipment. It would be great if owner buys a kettle and a few more pots.

He was so friendly, helpful and every time available by the phone. Everything about the apartment was exceptional. It was new, clean, stylish with excellent service. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment has a kitchen, which is a very big +. Also the tv is a smart tv (with Netflix, Spotify, satelite channels), which you barely see in Albania. Wifi was also very fast. Just a few steps from the city center, boulevard and Lungomare promenade. Quite easy to reach Lungomare promenade and beach by foot.

The owner was very friendly and accommodating- we had to check in late due to car issues and he had no problem with it. There were ants around the floor in the kitchen. Parking was on the street outside and there was not very much space later in the evening. There was no shower curtain/door so water went allover the bathroom floor during showers.

• Katerina (1/5): 0/0 would not recommend - Only the view. everything was dirty I would review it with 0 stars if there was such an option. The apartment was dirty and all dusty. The bathroom was the most dirty of all. There was no warm water, when we messaged the host he immediately brought the mechanic. After hours the problem was fixed. The host and the mechanic were both perverts. There wasnt any kind of soap or anything that we could use to clean anything at all and there were not enough paper toilets. The towels didnt seem freshly clean nor the bedsheets also the air condition was not keeping warm at all. I would never recommend. Very bad
• Sara (5/5): Passable - The apartment is spacious and relatively modern, AC in not located directly in the main bedroom but in the living room. It is very close to the city centre and the sea side. There are few things that we didn't like: 1. being on the last floor, you could hear all night the noise of the water filling the typical Albanian water tank that is usually located at the top of buildings 2. there is a balcony however when you look out from it you see: a dump, a number of chicken coops (with roosters which start making noise at 5am), and chained dogs on top of buildings 3. they didn't allow us to pay in Lek

• Olgica (9/5): Superb - Nice apartment with a nice view. Close to the center and the beach. Sometimes in the bedroom you could hear water running from the roof as well as chickens from the neighborhood.
