• S. (1/5): - Erst am Anreisetag und erst spät am Abend wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir die Wohnung nicht beziehen könnten. Uns wurde eine minderwertige Alternative in einer Seitengasse angeboten. Einfach nur ein Reinfall.

Bardzo ubogie wyposażenie apartamentu, BRAK papieru toaletowego, żadnych urządzeń do przyrządzenia śniadania jak toster, kawiarka czy expres, podrapana patelnia. Szklanki i sztućce nie umyte, widać ślady palców wcześniejszych klientów co mnie obrzydzało. Brud w apartamencie, nie był posprzątany, włosy na łóżkach, podłodze, kanapie, meblach, niby czystych ręcznikach, brudne ściany. I do tego wszystkiego brak pościeli (tylko w sypialni był komplet), spiąć w salonie trzeba się liczyć z kołdrą pod którą spało już zapewne sporo osób (bez powleczki) . Prześcieradło było na łóżku ale ze sztucznego, plastikowego materiału. Absolutny dramat. Najgorszy nocleg w Albanii.

Haben extra nochmal gefragt ob es sich um die Wohnung auf dem Bild mit: Grill, Schaukel und direktem Meer Blick handelt. Haben dann eine nur mit geringem Blick auf das Wasser erhalten. Uns wurde versprochen dass wir nach drei Tagen die Wohnung wechseln dürfen. Das hat nicht geklappt. Mussten bar zahlen !! 470€. Wer hat das schon einfach so im Geldbeutel?! Mussten dann zum Atm. Abends verlangt dieser extrem hohe Gebühren. W-lan ging nicht. Klo Türe war nicht abschließbar und ging immer von alleine auf! Regen Dusche war kaputt! Bett nicht bequem ! Nur eine kleine Pfanne und ein Riesen Topf. Kleinster Schöpfer der Welt. Gläser schmutzig. Kei. Geschirrtuch. Nur eine Rolle Klopapier für eine Woche. Auf dem Balkon kein Grill wie auf den Bildern. Keine Wäscheleine. Ich könnte so weiter machen , aber glaube das reicht:)

• Diego (1/5): - La vue et le calme relatif On demande de payer en cash (je me pose la question si c'est éthique vis à a vis de booking) Du coup si vous avec amené du cash il risque de partir pour payer la location, au lieu de profiter de la vie dans la vie. Cela vous fait retirer sur place, ce qui engendre des frais très importants... Le mobilier est très encombrant... Et sale L'équipement de la cuisine est incomplet... Même pas une cafetière! Ni presse agrumes, ni théière, ni grille pain... Matelas d'appui très durs, impossible de dormir dessus. Machine à laver qui ne prend pas le savon. Rideaux extérieurs qui se coincent et se bloquent. Un entrée à l'immeuble très moyenne, toujours ouverte, ça pue à l'extérieur. Le tout, très insuffisant pour être 'luxury' On a pas eu internet de tout notre séjour (8 jours) et le propriétaire cherchait à nous rendre responsables de cela... Et il n'a jamais réglé le problème. On a du partir plus tôt car le propriétaire a pourri l'ambiance et les échanges, caché derrière le téléphone. Aucun geste commercial pour tout le désagrément provoqué . Une honte! Appartement a éviter absolument A rayer de booking ! (Je ne suis pas le seul à client a faire ces remarques) Seuls point positifs: de vue de la ville de sur la mer superbes, clichés de soleil à se délecter, y a la plage en bas (mais pas top), bien desservi en termes de commerces, restaus et pour se balader. Pratique pour sortir de Vlore Un énorme déception que j'espère vous l'épargner avec ce texte, car in se sent arnaqués et en insécurité, car on ne sait pas avec qui on traite et ils prennent mal les réclamations. On est parti un jour plus tôt a cause de ça.... A force l'imaginaire se déclenche.... En plus a la fin du séjour ils ont voulu encaisser sur la carte, alors qu'on avez déjà payé en espèces! Cela laisse penser qu'il s'agit d'une arnaque plus que d'une location luxury. Conseil d'ami: évitez le Ma seul très mauvaise expérience sur Booking

• Gerhard (9/5): Super schöner Aufenthalt - Die Lage der Wohnung war super. Allerdings wurde uns erst eine andere ohne Meerblick angeboten. Die Wohnung war aber dennoch nicht die aus dem Prospekt. Diese hatte kompletten Meerblick, während unsere nur seitlich den Blick auf das Meer zuließ. Die Gastgeber haben Barzahlung erwartet, ohne hierfür entsprechend eine Quittung vorbereitet zu haben. Auf die Barzahlung waren wir nicht vorbereitet, weil die Kreditkarte hinterlegt war, Wir hatten damit einen nicht unerheblichen Aufwand um das Bargeld zu besorgen und haben selbst massiv darauf gedrungen, eine entsprechende Quittierung der Zahlung zu erhalten.

The Apartement was also really dirty and it was loud because there were construction work (even on Sunday morning). We tried to contact our host but he ignored us the whole time. It was a very bad experience. On the next day we got a notification from booking.com that the host cancelled our reservation. But we stayed there and payed the fully price (in cash). Stay away from this apartment!

• Aleksei (4/5): Disappointing - The apartment is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the bay. Self-check-in was convenient with a keycard left under the doormat. The host was generally communicative and responsive. We had to wait an hour and a half for the host to arrive in person to discuss check-in and payment. The host informed us only upon arrival that bicycles are not allowed in the apartment—this rule was not mentioned in the listing. We were told to leave our bikes in a dark, unsecured basement garage with no lighting or lock, which is not acceptable, especially for guests attending a world-class cycling event like the Giro d’Italia. The booking was non-refundable under all circumstances, so we were not allowed to cancel and leave despite the issues. At one point, the host made a threatening remark, saying that if we “started behaving like animals,” he would bring more people to “deal with us.” The apartment was not very clean, and the building itself looked quite rundown. The basement garage was particularly dark and unsettling.

• Maryna (6/5): It's been good. - I liked the flat itself. Clean, cosy. Modern equipment and furniture. I didn't like the fact that I booked a completely different flat. With a different view. When I arrived, I was told it was occupied. The pictures of the flat were all mixed up in the bookings.

The wifi was fast and reliable, the bed was very comfortable, and the host was extremely helpful. It was nice to have the beach just in front of the apartment building, and even though it wasn't a very well-kept beach, it was still nice to have access to it right from the building. Just a couple things to note that took away from the charm of the apartment. The building itself was a bit ominous, and it seemed like most of the apartments in it were empty. The kitchen was a bit cumbersome to cook in.

Given the stunning views, modern amenities, and prime location, I felt like I got so much more than what I paid for. The management kindly allowed me to change the dates of my stay when a problem with my car prevented me from travelling on the day of my reservation. The apartment was spacious. Free garage parking located under the building. In winter, the wall units did not keep the living room warm. The staff said I should keep it turned up to 30, which it was already set on when I turned it on. A friend has since told me this type of unit should never be turned up past 28 to function properly. The beds were lacking any duvets. When I asked, I was given a blanket. I didn’t find the decor to be luxurious, especially the battered looking old front door. Common areas of the building were dirty and unattractive. Lacking any rugs on the floors, even with socks on they were ice cold underfoot. Kitchen surfaces and light fixtures were in need of a thorough cleaning, although bathrooms were spotless.

I booked the appartment for 92€ and thinking of the full sea view yet the appartment practically didnt have a sea view, was in old building, felt unsafe even the building and halls were super dirty and full of spiders. The appartment was cheaply redone and not finished. The walls were dirty as they didnt paint them for ages, bathroom and fridge was not cleaned properly. Really horrible experience. I booked it based on review 8.0 but when I read the bad ones I totally can agree and had the same feeling. Crazy expensive based on what you are getting. We stayed in amazing places for 30€ so this was definitely a miss. The photos are not what really is.

The apartment was cozy and well-decorated, with a stunning view from the balcony. Everything was very clean, and the host was friendly and helpful. The fast WiFi was great too.
