The apartment was equipped to a 5-star standard – absolutely beautiful, spacious, and clean, with a washing machine, and nothing was missing. The owners were very caring and helpful. My brother and I will definitely come back again. Thank you to the owners for everything.
- Jan (5/5): Dejte si dobrý pozor, který apartmán si objednáváte, protože neodpovídá poloze na mapě! - Velikost apartmánu odpovídala popisu, byla v něm fungující sprcha a klimatizace Poloha apartmánu je přímo nad opravnou aut, což znamená velký hluk hned po ránu. Výhled není na moře, ale do ulice a není ani v první řadě u pláže. Matrace v postelích byly tvrdé jako kámen, v kuchyni bylo jen málo kuchyňského vybavení. O ručníky jsme si museli říct a dojít si pro ně na recepci. Poloha apartmánu neodpovídá poloze na mapě v rámci rezervace, stejně jako fotky. Ty jsou ze všech apartmánu dohromady, protože je součásti společnosti, která má více apartmánu v nabídce po celém městě a tak se může stát, že dostanete apartmán jinde, než čekáte.

Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend – besonders bei Sonnenuntergang. Man wacht mit dem Klang des Meeres auf und fühlt sofort Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig, aber trotzdem nah an Restaurants, Strand und allem, was man braucht. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Erholung, Schönheit und eine besondere Atmosphäre suchen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

- Barbara (8/5): - We had a very positive experience overall. The service deserves special mention first. The staff spoke excellent English, communication via WhatsApp was quick and smooth, and they were consistently helpful and kind. They also helped us by recommending a company for airport transport, which made things easier for us. Our original apartment was not available upon arrival, which was initially disappointing and stressful. However, the team handled the situation very well. They offered us a much larger apartment as compensation, helped us with our luggage by car, and even welcomed us with coffee. In the end, they were also flexible with our check-out, which we really appreciated. The apartment itself was in a perfect location, right by the beach and next to a promenade full of restaurants. There was also a market in the building, so everything was very convenient. The apartment was spacious, very comfortable, and very clean. The large terrace with a sunbed was a great bonus. Despite the initial inconvenience, our stay turned out to be very enjoyable. Vlora is a fantastic destination for a holiday, with something for everyone. Shower 🙈

The staff was incredibly helpful, allowing me to check-in early and leave my bags with them when convenient. Markets are next door. Nearby restaurants are incredibly affordable and clean. - Hoxha (1/5): Not good - The location was good as it has a lot of amenities around. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this apartment. Firstly, they required us to pick up the keys from a different location, which is something we have never experienced at any hotel around the world. Secondly, the staff did not greet us with a simple "hi," and we felt very unwelcome from the start. On top of that, they asked us for 50 lek upon arrival. It was 20 lek more than what we were supposed to pay, and while we thought 20 lek wouldn’t be a big deal, they insisted on the 50 lek, making us uncomfortable as we didn't have Albanian lek with us and had to scramble to find some. The apartment itself had numerous issues. The TV didn't come with instructions on how to turn it on, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t working at all. Overall, it was a very frustrating stay, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I loved that there was a grocery store and fresh produce stands just outside the building. I loved it that the bus stop was very close. I loved it that the sea was literally less than a block away from the building. I loved all the bars with croissants in the morning! The all white bedroom was nice. Loved the ice cream just downstairs! When I checked in the management helped me move my things by car from the precious apt. I would appreciate the kitchen being better supplied with utensils and pots that weren't old. Also the furniture in the living room could be updated and the colors were not coordinated. I extended my stay two weeks after my booking expired...and dealt directly with the management...they keep changing the prices on me.

Some of the fixings and facilities are a little old and falling apart. Also, no AC in bedroom areas, only in the living room. This meant it got very hot at night. The window between the bedrooms with no curtain also meant the light in the other room would keep you awake.

The agency called us immediately, providing all the necessary information. It was exceptional service, with the apartment ready in less than 30 minutes. A lady from the agency even offered us coffee and showed us around the apartment, including a parking spot. The location was fantastic, just about 100 meters from the sea. The apartment was fully equipped, incredibly clean, and the agency's hospitality was excellent. We highly recommend staying here!

- Yuliia (10/5): Totally recommend, would stay again 😊 - Clean spacious apartment with a perfect location (1 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, close to the city center). The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with anything you need :) There is a car service and a car wash on the ground floor under apartment, which can be very noisy during working hours. Electricity went out several times a month, but this is not a problem of a specific apartment, but of the whole city.

Apartment didn't have any hangers for towels and it bed was uncomfortable. Linen were broken. Would be nice to have something for cleaning aas well.

Sea view from the balcony is great!! No double bed. It's 2 single beds pushed together. Location on booking is not correct for the apartment with the blue kitchen! It is located about 750 meter down on lungo mare. Close to big scoop restaurant. It is close to the beach, which is nice in summer. From the time we told them we arrived in vlore until we arrived at the apartment took 1.15 minutes. They picked us up which was cool. They took us by car to their reception to pay. After that we dropped off a staff member in another part of vlore and drove to the apartment which took 35 minutes (because of heavy traffic). We could have walked to the apartment in 10 minutes from their reception. It would have been better if they told us that the location was different.

View of the beach and beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Restaurants and clubs nearby. Staff responded quickly and efficiently to my needs. I stayed over a month and it was more pleasant than most places I have lived Traffic was congested at times, but not a problem with a bicycle. Shopping selection wasn't as good as in cities with big hypermarkets like carrefour, Auchan, etc No Aldi or Lidl.
- Neil (10/5): Exceptional - The staff are amazing! We didn't get to the place until 10.30 because of a late trip and they were still waiting for us! The apartment has the most amazing sea view and is really clean. It has everything you could need for a stay and is really close to the shops/restaurants and the city is about 10 minutes' walk too. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. :) Nothing!
