• Ivan (8/5): - In general, the place is quite good with the reasonable price. Quiet side street, but the tram and metro stations are nearby, as well as various shops and places to eat. The apartment itself is of good size and was clean and tidy. The knives were dull. The bed was a bit squeaky. The blind on the roof window was not really a blind but more of a net.

• Christine (4/5): Sehr gemischter Eindruck und auf jeden Fall zu teuer bezahlt bei dieser Leistung! - Wir wurden kurzfristig umgebucht, weil das Apartment nicht fertig gereinigt werden konnte. Das Ersatzapartment war ebenfalls nicht fertig und wir mussten das Bett selbst beziehen. Erst nach dem Abendessen war dann jemand in unserem Raum und hat nachgearbeitet. Am nächsten Tag sollten wir dann das größere Rooftopapartment bekommen, konnten es aber zunächst nicht öffnen. Die mitgeteilten Codes waren falsch und es kostete mich mehrere Telefonate und über 1,5 Stunden um Zutritt zu bekommen. Die Wohnung roch immer noch unangenehm . Wir haben entschieden im kleineren Ersatzapartment zu bleiben. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir einen Anruf, dass wir unsere Ersatzwohnung möglichst zeitnah räumen sollen. Wieder brauchten wir viel Zeit, den Sachverhalt zu klären. Die Kommunikation mit der Servicezentrale ist kompliziert und man hat immer einen anderen Mitarbeiter am Telefon. Leider waren einige auch nicht mit den Schlüsselcodes vertraut. Der Aufzugsbereich und der Boden vor der Wohnung war verdreckt. Abfall lag herum und wurde nicht beseitigt. Die Erstzwohnung war jedoch sauber und gut ausgestattet.

• Theo (1/5): Worst Stay Ever - Serious Issues at Rooftop Apartments mit großer Terrass - Unclear and Confusing Check-In Instructions The check-in process was hindered by inadequate guidance. Guests were required to use an external application called “Arbio” to access the apartment, yet the instructions for operating this app and completing the check-in were insufficiently explained. This resulted in delays and unnecessary complications during arrival. Electricity Shortage Issues Persistent electricity disruptions occurred within the apartment throughout the stay. Despite reporting these issues to the host, no effective follow-up or resolution was provided. Although a replacement was eventually offered, this was only after multiple substantial requests. Feedback from other guests indicates that such electricity problems are recurring, pointing to systemic issues within the property. Lack of Basic Hygiene Amenities The apartment was not stocked with essential hygiene products such as shampoo and body wash. Guests were required to procure these items independently, which is inconvenient and unacceptable for a property of this standard. Due to persistent problems and insufficient amenities, spending money to stay at Rooftop Apartments mit großer Terrasse cannot be advised, and potential renters should consider alternative accommodations.

B. Schrank oder banale Haushaltsschere).

Das Fenster in der Dusche ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, eine Schiebetür für die Dusche gab es nicht (mehr). Die Verdunkelung am schrägen Dachfenster schloss nur zu 85 Prozent.

• Orlando (10/5): - Es war ein großes Dachgeschoss -Zimmer mit einer Kochnische, einem großen Esstisch und einem gemütlichen Sessel. Die Wohnung hatte direkten Zugang zur privaten Dachterrasse, mit einem traumhaften Rundumblick über Wien. Clou des Badezimmers: das große Fenster in der Dusche, von dem aus man ebenfalls über die Dächer der Stadt schauen konnte. Es war sehr ruhig, so dass ich im bequemen Bett gut schlafen konnte. Außerdem war die Wohnung sehr sauber. Das große VELUX Fenster sollte eine Möglichkeit zur Verdunkelung haben.

• Frauke (9/5): Ich war sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft - Die Lage war perfekt, in der Nähe der Wohnung meiner Tochter Einige Einrichtungsgegenstände waren schon ein wenig abgenutzt (Lampe am Bett hat sich allein nicht mehr gehalten), aber im Großen und Ganzen gibt es nichts zu beklagen

• Stefan (7/5): - Die sehr große Dachterrasse, Aufzug. Sehr gute Klimaanlage. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit der Vermietungsverwaltung. Einfache Ausstattung in Bezug auf Küche und Möblierung. Für die sehr einfachen Terrassenmöbel gab es keine Auflagen. Kein Geschirrspüler und sehr, sehr wenig Steckdosen zum Laden diverser Geräte. Schlechte bis keine Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten. Keine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder/E-Bike. Parkmöglichkeit für Auto nur im öffentlichen Raum (Straße ist Wiener Kurzparkzone und entsprechend teuer oder eben Parkhäuser im Umfeld)....Hinweis: Das liegt selbstverständlich nicht im Einflussbereich des Vermieters.

• Klaus (8/5): - Tolle Dachterrasse... Einfaches Einchecken... angenehme Größe für zwei Personen. Kleinigkeiten: Warum nur ein Küchenhandtuch? Schneidemesser müssten gewechselt und um ein Brotmesser ergänzt werden. Terrasse hat VORRICHTUNG für Sonnenschirm, aber keinen Schirm...

There are plenty of shops to buy groceries and whatever you need. It is situated in a quiet area. It would be great if there was a blind on the sloped window. The light woke me up at 4:30am!!

• Laurel (1/5): Beware of this apartment - Rooftop deck, keyless Beware: owner charged me twice for stay. Contacted me right before stay about not getting payment. Gave me a link to pay on ARBIO which was the only way I could get entry codes. After paying I realized BOOKING had paid days before. Owner does not respond to messages or answer phone. Internet for a couple of hours was dial up speed. The rest of the two might stay we had no internet.
• Noel (1/5): It's a kind a magic... Host cleans the apartment without electricity! Nikola Tesla would be jealous! - Well-connected to the city center. The CEO tried to blackmail me after I informed that there was no electricity and no heating in the apartment. It was December, freezing cold in the morning, I got sick and left the place rather then staying for 8 more nights. He must have noticed I was telling the truth, as he partially refunded me in the end. Partially! Other issues : pretend they are working on week-ends (this all happened on a Friday) and then ghost me (you’re joking 😃), in advance they sent 5 entry codes for the building for me to try (seriously ? 😃), advertised with a terrace but the terrace is locked (no way ! 😃), there is a reception in another district but the only thing you see are lockers around the door (are you kidding me ? 😃). No wonder I thought it was all a scam. So many red flags. They said next time they will happily provide me with a heated apartment and lighting- Sorry, but never again for me. Otherwise the location is good.
• Vanessa (3/5): GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. - You might think my rating look contradicted, and no you must read this through before you make the reservation. Overall, we love the accommodation . It looks exactly the same as you see in the pictures. The flat is quite spacious, modern and cozy. The site is close to the train station and you can find supermarkets around the area. It’s very convenient during the time we stay there. Negative thoughts about the property? Nothing so far. However, reserving this flat has got butterflies in my stomach up to now. Why? ‼️Because I never got my deposit back up to this very moment which has already been almost a month since I checked out on Dec. 16 8:30am.‼️(it’s now Jan. 12) The flat sent me a link and asked me to fill out the form they created which also asked you to provide your credit card numbers. I didn’t feel comfortable giving out the credit card info outside of Booking.com app, but they sent this only a couple of days before our stay and I was already in Salzburg, what could I possibly do then?! It says you can’t check in without filling the form out so I felt forced to do that. Once I completed the form, my bank sent a notice saying my credit card got deducted for 0.1 euro. Then I saw €250 the next day we checked in. I checked again and again with the landlord, they assured me the deposit WILL BE RETURNED as soon as they make sure nothing is wrecked after we check out. I couldn’t do nothing but to believe in that. Btw, I’ve travelled to a lot of countries and this was the largest amount of deposit I’ve ever paid. After we checked out, as I flew back home, I checked with my bank, they said this payment is confirmed to be requested by the landlord. I don’t know where all that ‘it takes 5-7days to process the refund’ blah blah blah is from.
• Theodor (10/5): Exceptional - I really liked the fact that this year I received a code to enter my room, and I didn't have to go to the reception, which is in another location. This was my second time coming back to these apartments. The view is wonderful, and I love the amount of natural light present in the apartments. I really appreciate the organization of the space. I will probably return next year as well. The standout feature of these apartments is the rooftop terrace, and I would love to see it equipped with an electric smokeless grill. none
• Laki_22 (9/5): Superb - The location is great, it has good connections with the centar either by train or metro, which are both nearby. The apartment is easy to access it has number pad with code to enter which makes it really easy and accessible. It has an awsome views on city and the shower is special treat of this apartment. The apartment was a little cold, since the ac unit that is used for heating isn't sufficient enough, but the weather was really cold outside so it was a little bit expected.

• Erika (9/5): We loved it, overall everything was great. Short note, that there are way too many emails sent. We met another person at - Wonderful apartment at the centre, next to the beautiful castle. We loved it and felt like at home :) It was shocking to get a notification just couple hours before coming that we were relocated to another apartment. Thankfully the apartment was even at the better place, looked stunning. Appreciate owners for making sure we feel comfortable! Office that we were supposed to take the keys from was at the different place, but it was not a big problem as our taxi was covered by the owner. Wishing the best, I see the hard work that the owner does to make sure guests feel welcomed, but I would suggest to work on the communication to have as less misunderstandings as possible! But we learn and grow on the way, right? ;) Good luck!

• Jorma (9/5): Well equipped modern apartment with a magnificent view over Vienna - The view from the rooftop terrace is magnificent! We also liked the location outside of the city centre yet well connected by public transport. Like so many have already commented, picking up the keys from an office that is fairly far away isn't optimal. Be aware of the opening hours of the office.
• Leo (10/5): Wonderful, stylish location in a multicultural neighbourhood - - Very stylish, modern apartment - Rooftop terrace with amazing view on the city - Despite being a rooftop apartment, it can be cooled down just fine using the aircon (visited in July with 30+ C temperatures outside) - Even the elevator has a window with a view :) - Good public transportation links to the Vienna city center (Ottakring U-bahn station nearby, also several nearby streetcar stops) - the door that opens up to the terrace is quite heavy to open and closes automatically every time. Not easy if you have your hands full. Would be nice if there were some kind of mechanism to keep it open while the terrace is being used. - not a fault of the property of course, but - although there are many parking spots - there is no easy way to pay for parking in the street. We ended up putting the car in the nearby underground parking garage in the Wattgasse (21 eur/day)
