• Tullini (6/5): - I letti sono comodi e c'è spazio per 5/6 persone. Il riscaldamento è funzionante. Posizione ottima, vicino ai mezzi, ad un supermercato e qualche ristorante, a due passi dal Prater. La disponibilità del gestore. L' angolo cottura essenziale, poco pulito e poco fornito di piatti/tovaglie /stoviglie per le persone presenti. Da ripensare e ristrutturare i servizi igienici (non abbiamo usato la doccia era indecente, con lo scarico collegato all'acquaio della cucina).

• Jolanta (9/5): We liked it - Loved the quarter - it gave me the sense of safety. Its not crowded, its close to the Innerstadt - very walkable, it has an artist vibe, and i found it very charming, with orthodox jewish culture live. The property is vast, high ceilings, old building, nice staircase. I think the flat needs a little mire care.

No recomendaría a nadie ir allí no cumple con las condiciones de higiene y salubridad. Además intentamos ponernos en contacto con ellos para resolverlo y no responden

• Nam (3/5): The room look different than the pictures. - The location is not too bad everything is just in 20 minutes by subway, but not recommended to walk to old town especially in cold weather. Check in and out time was pretty flexible and liked the service. The cleanliness was extremely poor. There were unidentified stains on the bedding, and it also had an unpleasant smell. The shower room was especially shocking. There was an old shower curtain, a strange wooden board with no hooks leaning inside, and I even saw insects.

• Lalie (6/5): Bon appart bien situé et meublé, mais qui a des défauts: la salle de bain et le retour de la caution - Bon emplacement, on peut facilement accéder au centre ville à pied. Les lits étaient confortables et les pièces grandes malgré que nous soyons 9. La salle de bain n'est pas une pièce à part entière (il y a juste une petite paroi, qui ne vas même pas jusqu'au plafond, qui la sépare de la cuisine), et il y a beaucoup de moisissures. Le ménage au sol n'était pas fait à notre arrivée. Les propriétaires ont mis 1mois à nous rendre la caution (initialement ils disaient la redonner au bout d'une semaine) et ce, uniquement parce que je les ai relancé de nombreuses fois.

• Alessia (10/5): Il soggiorno é stato molto piacevole! - La posizione era ottima, l’appartamento era molto grande e dotato di tutto il necessario. Lo staff del check in é stato molto gentile. Per il prezzo é decisamente un affare! Forse la cucina era un pochino sporca, ma in generale funzionava tutto!

• Iuliana (3/5): Dezamăgită - Locația este apropiată de mijloacele de transport în comun. Mizerie în sensul că nu s-au luat păianjenii de pe pereți, mobilier murdar si vechi. Nu am găsit obiecte elementare pentru un apartament pus spre închiriere: săpun la baie, rola de hârtie la bucătărie, hârtie igienică. Cu toate ca este aragaz, oricum foarte murdar nu aveai posibilitatea sa fierbi nici măcar un ou, deoarece nu exista niciun recipient, tigaie, oală. Din imagini de cand am rezervat nu aveam mari așteptări, dar in halul ala de murdar nu ma așteptam. Dezamăgitor!

• Giuseppe (3/5): Avete molto da lavorare ripeto inabilito dalla sporchizia. - Vicina a diverse metro - attrazioni e a pochi metri da lidl e penny La casa si presenta molto trascurata e sporca, ragni in diversi punti dell appartamento, doccia che non scendeva bene l acqua, lavabo staccato dal muro….p.s parlo dell appartamento terzo piano interno 14; poi il personale non si è fatto proprio sentire durante il soggiorno, solamente un sms dove mi dice come accedere all appartamento e per qualsiasi cosa sarebbe stato a disposizione, ho provato a contattarli poiché la password del Wi-Fi non era corretta da quell ricevuta, non ho avuto nessuna risposta.
• Magdalena (7/5): Na krótki wypad świetne miejsce, blisko do centrum na nogach, gospodarz bardzo fajny. Trzeba się liczyć z tym aby być ci - było dużo miejsca więc jak na 8 osób super się mieszkało no niestety nie było czysto;(
• Natália (3/5): Toto fakt nie - Ubytovanie je kúsok od metra, ale to je jedine. Najviac má zarazila kúpeľňa: smrad neskutočný až sa to nedalo vydržať, a ta sprcha????????????? Sama pleseň, tak nechutná že by som tam ani nevkročila dobrovoľne, bola som tam jednu noc cize dalo sa to vydržať ale dlhšie ostať to si neviem predstaviť. Pomer cena a kvalita sedí ale aj táto fráza má svoje hranice a nikdy by nemala byt sprcha cela plesniva ani keby to stojí 1€. Matrace veľmi zle, nie všetky ale z 5 posteli sa dalo spat normálne na 2. Veľmi nepohodlne a nekvalitne matrace. Miesto má veľký potenciál ale treba renováciu alebo aspoň kupelku vymeniť. Ďalšia vec bolo nám povedané pri prevziati kľúčov že po hlavný dverách doprava, prišli sme tam a tam boli dve dvere bez označenia (na kľúči sme mali číslo ale to nepomohlo keďže pred dverami nebolo nič) ako sme mali vedieť ktoré dvere sa pýtam? Takze sme išli otvoriť prvé, dvere sme otvorili a ani sme nevkročili a vidím že sú tam veci a že to nie je izba ktorú som si bookla. Hneď sme odišli a zamkli. Skúsili sme teda tie druhé dvere, to už bolo naša booknute izba. Ako je možné že som sa dostala s našim kľúčom do iného apartmánu??????????? Išli sme spat s pocitom že niekto cudzí má kľúče od našich dverí keďže zanikne tam pravdepodobne rovnaký. TOTO TREBA VYMENIŤ, nechcem si ani predstaviť čo by sa stalo keby niekto je v tom druhom apartmáne a my si tam otvoríme. Neodporúčam a radšej by som si pripoisťovaní za hocičo iné
• Rosa Maria (5/5): barato pero cutre - Era barato, viena es una ciudad cara y dentro lo qye cabe no estaba tan lejos del centro, aunque si que tienes que andar bastante. Te piden una fianza de 100 o 200 euros al llegar, en efectivo, a mi me la devolvieron por transferencia Estaba muy sucio, tanto el horno, como camas, encontré unos calcetines sucios en un cajón, y los calefactores estaba roto en una de las habitaciones no llegando el calor y hacia bastante frío. Tiene cocina de gas pero no utensilios, y el microondas como lo uses mucho dejaba de funcionar y tenías que esperar a que se enfriara

• Calabon (1/5): - The worst experience we had in vienna.the apartment was not the same shown online . Old and dirty. Linen with stains spiderweb everywhere, dust, kitchens utensils are untouchable. Kitchen and toilet attached to each other with just one light. Never again. Please if you're travelling with kids avoid this apartment.

El wiffi no iba bien y se desconectaba constantemente, hay dos mini peldaños, uno y en el baño y otro en la entrada al salón que si no lo sabes puedes tropezar, a unos 20 min andando del centro. Eché en falta tostadora.

It was hot to sleep, fan would be great. It was also loud in the mornings when people took out the trash because the trash cans are behind the windows. It was also too bright to sleep so thicker curtains would be great.

• Peña Eguren (1/5): Mejor quédate en tu casa - Nada Había comida putrefacta en el microondas dejada por los huéspedes anteriores, todo lleno de polvo y sucio, el edificio en ruinas y muy sucio todo. La ducha no tenía apenas luz y se salía todo el agua porque estaba tupida, todos los platos llenos de aceite, la vitro funcionaba a duras penas… En definitiva la estancia no está para quedarse tantas personas como camas había. Las camas se hundían porque el tapiflex estaba roto y tenían pelos y solo dejaron un rollo de papel higiénico para 6 personas.

• Mustafa (10/5): Some Special points about this Apartment - We arrived, we entered and this Apartment blew our mind and surprised us in a great way. For the reasonable price, it really exceeded our expectations. We were 5 people but there were beds and other facilities for 10 people in separate rooms. Too much space, a very good kitchen, well equipped. The WC and the shower bathroom were separated, which is a good thing when many people want to use them simultaneously. Both sides of the apartment have windows and as a result the fresh air circulates throughout the whole apartment. Perfect location, you have the City center on one side and the Donau Insel on the other, Walking a few minutes. The lady who gave me the keys was really friendly and caring. We really liked everything about this Apartment and I would really recommend any group of more than 2 people. Nothing, Zero

• Suhail (1/5): I want a refund please! I am scared from staying at the place. - Absolutely nothing! It was a nightmare of an accommodation. It smelt like sewer throughout the whole place. The floors were hazardous and crackly. Everything! Floors, toilets ! The floors, wood floors were lifting they were crackly. They were broken Tiles outside. The place was moldy! We were constantly sneezing and coughing!
• Erica (2/5): Not a good place to stay. - Location close to the Prater Park and underground. The landlord wanted a 100 euro refundable deposit for damages. The room was cluttered with unnecessary furniture, the air conditioning was broken, the shower was filthy (I ended up trying to clean the mold coated soap tray myself so we could use it). The dishes in the cupboard were dirty, and when I went to wash them, there was no dishwashing liquid. There was no electric kettle. The hallways had old furniture and an old mattress in them. Felt like a fire trap.

The ask for deposit first before giving the key, but then changed it to self check in. It was nice overall. We were 4 students and stayed 2 nights. The location is great. They can arrange the furniture better and fix the floor.

• Jasmin (5/5): Passable - Location The apartment really needs a major renovation. The bathroom is smelly, I think it comes out from the drainage. The owner of this apartment should hire a proper cleaner, disinfect the whole apartment! The cutleries kept in the kitchen is disgustingly dirty. Why did they keep those dirty cutleries without even washing 🤮 size of the apartment is good though, fits 4 people. Bed is ok but already broken. Owner needs to check this apartment, it can still be fixed.
