• Tommasina (8/5): Ottima posizione.Buon rapporto qualita' prezzo. - Posizione ottima per visitare la citta'. Supermercati, bar e ristoranti vicino casa. Host disponibile e gentile. Facilita' nel check in con codice fornito dal proprietario. Ci ha fatto lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out in una stanza accanto l'appartamento dandoci la possibilita' di sfruttare la giornata al massimo. Materassi molto scomodi. Consiglio vivamente di cambiarli, erano particolarmente morbidi.

• Igor Saminski (10/5): - Следует иметь ввиду, что парковка отсутствует. Мы парковались в 600 м от квартиры на подземном паркинге мэрии за 45 евро/сутки. Наверное можно было найти ближе, на улице, но было жалко тратить на это время
• ELİF (5/5): Bir gece kaldığımız için idare edebildik ama tesis kullanım açısından iyi değildi. Konumu merkeze yakındı - Konumu Tuvalet dairenin girişindeydi ve el yıkamak için lavabo yoktu. Elinizi yıkamak için 2 oda geçip banyoya gitmek zorunda kalıyorsunuz. Ayrıca banyoda çöp kutusu yoktu. Küvetin yarısını kaplayan ısıtıcı vardı. Uzun boylular için hiç konforlu değil. Ayrıca küvet iyi temizlenmemişti

• Michael (6/5): Overall this would be great if it could be cleaner. - I thought the location was good. Pretty close to the sights, but not in a noisy location. Grocery stores are nearby and so is public transportation. The host was nice and helpful. For 25 Euros extra he picked us up at the train station. The combo washer/dryer for clothes (you just put the clothes in and some soap and it washes AND dries them in about 3-4 hours), while small, is actually quite good and convenient. My wife said it wasn't clean. I somewhat agree. The towels didn't seem very clean and the host even told us that you could use literally "any soap" in the clothes washer such as dish soap. My wife said the dishes were literally NOT clean. As if someone maybe ran some water over them but left the egg or other food residue on the plates and then put them back in the cupboard.
• Irene (8/5): Un gros potentiel qui n’est pas suffisamment exploité - L’emplacement qui est exceptionnel, le calme, et le loueur réactif. L’absence de rideaux occultants ( les stores étaient très insuffisants). il aurait été agréable de trouver quelques pastilles pour le lave-vaisselle ainsi qu’ une ou deux doses pour le lave-linge.

• melissa (8/5): Alloggio Super Consigliato! - L'alloggio rispetta la descrizione e le foto presenti nel sito. Io e le mie amiche ci siamo trovate benissimo! L'appartamento è accogliente, ben riscaldato. Facile da raggiungere dall'aeroporto, inoltre è vicino al centro per cui si gira la città tranquillamente muovendosi a piedi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono ristoranti, supermercati, una farmacia. La metro e la fermata del tram sono a pochi passi. Alloggio SUPER CONSIGLIATO!!
• Stéphane (8/5): - L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre historique. Possibilité d'utiliser les transports en commun qui passent dans la rue. Petits commerces et supermarchés à proximité. L'équipement de la cuisine mériterait d'être complété et enrichi (absence de poêle, dessous de plat, torchon de vaisselle, spatule...).

• Igor (5/5): Good apartment terrible beds. - “The mattresses at the property are in very poor condition. They are overly soft, and you can feel the springs, which made them extremely uncomfortable. All members of our family experienced low-quality sleep as a result. The mattresses appear worn out and do not meet basic standards. We ended up leaving the property one day early because we could no longer sleep comfortably. While the property has an excellent location and is clean, the sleeping conditions were unacceptable. We asked for 1 night reimbursment and we were rejected.

• Alexander (8/5): - Super Lage mitten in Wien und ruhige Zimmer. WC hatte kein Waschbecken und man musste zum Händewaschen einmal quer durch die Wohnung laufen. Geschirrspülmittel oder Schwamm war nicht vorhanden.

• Marko (7/5): - Dolazak je prošao OK. Stan je na fenomenalnoj lokaciji bilo je jako toplo u stanu WC je imao jako neugodan miris tijekom cijelog vremena koje smo bili u apartmanu. Unutar kade se nalazi električni bojler. Bojao sam se svake kapljice vode koja je pala na bojler. Samo sam čekao da me ubije struja

• makris (10/5): - The appartment is close to the center in a quite and safe neighborhood. There are 2 market places at about 50metres so we could get everything we wanted. Finally, Alexander(the host) is friendly and willing all the time to help us if we need sth.

• Blanca (7/5): Ubicación excelente - La ubicación es excelente y el apartamento es cómodo para 4 personas, aunque una de las camas es de paso para el baño. No había ni gel de ducha ni champú. Tampoco utensilios para limpiar (servilletas, trapos...). Son cosas que yendo de viaje esperas que estén. La bañera es muy alta.

• Turhan ALAGÖZ (10/5): Konumu iyi, geniş ve rahat. - Şubat 2026 da 4 kişilik aile olarak 3 gece kaldık. Konumu çok iyi. Gezilecek yerlerin bir çoğuna yürüme mesafesinde. Önünde tramvay, az ileride de metro var. Hemen yanında 2 adet gıda üzerine herşeyi bulabileceğiniz market var. Mutfağında yeterli kap kacak var. Buzdolabı ve fırını var. Yemek konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. 2 adet oda ve 2 adet geniş çift kişilik yatak var. Yataklar rahattı. Her odada elektrikli kalorifer peteği var. Odalar çok sıcaktı. Yazın gelirseniz ayrıca her odada ayrı klimada var.Asansör bozuk diye yorumlar vardı. Ama biz oradayken çalışıyordu. Dairenin sahibinin iletişimi çok iyi. Anında cevap yazıp problemi çözüyor. Aslında sevmediğim bir durum yok. Sadece bir kanepe olsaydı daha iyi olurdu.

• Maria Christine (9/5): - Sehr zuvorkommendendet Vermieter. Trotzdem problematischer Anreise hat der Check-In noch super geklappt. Die Lage im Zentrum ist perfekt um Ausflüge in jede Richtung zu planen, da sowohl S als U Bahnen gut erreichbar sind. Gute Kaffees und Lokale in der Nähe. Wir hatten Regen und Schnee, doch da kann Wien nichts dafür und mit einer Museentour kann Wien wieder Punkten.

• María Antonieta (8/5): Ubicación ideal para conocer la ciudad. - El espacio es amplio, está bien didtribuido. La calefacción hace que se esté muy agusto. La cama del salón es grande y no es un sofá cama. El colchón de esa cama esta deformado, un cambio sería conveniente. No hay gel.

• Luka (10/5): Great apartment in Vienna - Amazing location, it was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was easy and instructions were shared in advance. Communication was excellent. The elevator is a little bit small and slow, but everything else is great.

Il a accepté que nous ayons un logement plus tôt que prévu, ce qui était très appréciable La localisation est parfaite : tout est à proximité et facilement accessible. Le logement était très propre, bien équipé et confortable.
