Vi vil aldrig anbefale stedet til venner og familie Forresten så lugtede opvaskemaskinen fælt og forpestede hele lejligheden da vi åbnede den.7
• Harald (6/5): Overall we were happy, apart from the cooling not really working. - Great location, convenient to the U3 subway. Also very nice to have the rooftop pool (albeit unheated), a shared larger terrace, and the view over the city from the high floor. There is a good supermarket inside the building, as well as three restaurants. The apartment is advertised as air-conditioned, which we specifically looked for as it gets very hot in the summer these days), but it does not actually have proper air-condition. There is supposedly a modern central cooling system for the building, which unfortunately did not have any noticeable impact in the summer heat (it may need to be serviced or the settings adjusted by a professional). A mobile AC unit was provided, but these units create a lot of noise and need a window to be open, plus a unit only cools one room so you need to have all the bedroom doors open to have some sort of circulation/ cooling effect throughout. Due to the very heavy traffic outside, when opening a window there was also a lot of street noise day and night, plus dust coming inside (but with closed windows it is nicely quiet). The second bedroom does not have an outside window (the room’s “windows” go to the living room as well as the first bedroom). The bedrooms are tiny and do not have a lot of storage. There is no microwave and no broom/ vacuum cleaner provided (which would have been helpful for the odd interim clean up).

• Jo (5/5): An unfortunate stay, not entirely the fault of Sky 9 - Our apartment was changed last minute due to an unexpected problem. Sky 9 were prompt in relocating us. Unfortunately the location was not what we had chosen nor planned for. It was in an area that was less connected to the city, particularly as the subway line was down. This meant a bus and subway and a longer commute every day. This property was not particularly clean. The second bedroom was small and had no door.

• Shauna (3/5): Disappointing stay, not what we expected. - The apartment had enough beds and was near a supermarket. Otherwise it was not what we were expecting. The apartment we were meant to stay in was damaged and we were moved two days before arrival. The apartment was not ready when we arrived and had not been cleaned. We spent two hours trying to access the apartment before housekeeping arrived and cleaned it so that we could enter, despite arriving after the check in time. The bedrooms were small and hot, and despite the overall building listing air conditioning as a feature, I was informed this does not apply to individual apartments. The apartment we stayed in was clearly originally a one bed and the room had been split in two, therefore there is no window in the second room, only a perspex screen at the top of the wall separating the two rooms. The bathroom is in two halves, a tiny room with a toilet with barely room to stand, and a second room on the other side of the apartment with a shower, sink and washing machine. The apartment was incredibly hot (26.5 degrees at night) and while we were told a fan would be brought to us, it never arrived. I would not recommend staying here or dealing with this company.

The pool was marvelous and the shop nearby was a big bonus while there was an air conditioning panel, I don't think there was air-conditioning. There were no instructions for the TV and indeed little instructions for anything in the apartment.
• Krassy (9/5): Great Find - Location of the building is very convenient to public transportation. Grocery store and a restaurant on the ground floor of the building, and a bakery (5 mins walk) make the stay carefree. View from the balcony and the rooftop terrace are wonderful. Pool is clean, but we did not use, due to weather. Linen are clean and of good quality. All kitchen utensils, plates, cups, and glasses are adequately supplied. Refrigerator is of good size for a larger group. Wash machine in apartment. The layout of the apartment is a bit odd: one of the bedrooms has no window to the outside and it is a bit small for a double bed; no separation of bathroom and toilet. The couch is not a pull out/sleeper couch, so it is not very comfortable for sleeping. The wash machine is not washer/dryer combo, so clothes need to be air dried on a folding rack. Regardless of these minor inconveniences, the apartment is perfect for a family with young kids or for two couples.
• Daniela (1/5): Scam please learn from my family’s mistake - N/A Would avoid Company is lying. Apartment did not have an elevator, did not have a restaurant. This property seems to show two buildings. Apartment was not smoke free. I said we can’t stay here due to family’s health issues. Company sent a cleaning lady with fabreeze. I declined. They offered us a place in a small town outside of Vienna. I asked if a refund was possible instead of having to move my family on a daily basis 15 km to Vienna and back. Customer representative agreed and told me he would send me an official cancellation and refund will be initiated asap. A day later, I got an email from their office saying refund has not been accepted. They also said they offered an air cleaning machine to us. Not true. I would love for them to show me the proof of that offer. Would avoid any any cost. Especially with families.

• Ksumoa (10/5): Amazing and fantastic, Vienna is an fabulous place with lots to do - Loved the location! The apartment itself was comfortable, very clean!! Spacious with ample storage and if you to self-cater everything was available. It is perfect for having dinners evening. Fabulous views from the balcony. The pictures of the property do not lie and are truthful. Nothing really! Only addition I would add is wifi in the property, this wasn’t available. However, the reception for mobile data worked well.

We booked with Sky9 Appartments, 6 months in advance as a family group with separate 2 rooms to accommodate everyone to celebrate Christmas together. However when we arrived Sky9 booked our 2 rooms in separate locations which were 5 Kilometres apart which really took away the family togetherness for Christmas. When we called Sky9 to discuss this the answer was sorry we are fully booked and there is nothing we can do. Even though we booked 6 months in advance. It is important to note Sky9 is not one build or property, however multiple locations which they should communicate in their advertising so people understand. If you book 2 rooms at one address then you expect the 2 rooms to be at that address. Plus all of this was only communicated to us on the day we arrived when we were standing outside the building with our bags which meant we had no options. If we had of known this when we booked 6 months in advance, we would have booked elsewhere. Then we had to follow Sky9 up for 3 weeks to get our security deposits back and needed to call booking.com to get involved, which is something you just don’t need when your travelling at Christmas

• Eberhard (7/5): Great stuff, but room for improvement. - The location is near U3 Kardinal-Nagl Platz. The floor heating is superb, the water pressure is great (as is usual in Vienna). The washing machine from Haier is functional and highly practical when travelling with kids. Laminate flooring is practical for kids, because can easily be cleaned. The handle of the living room door fell out, when I touched it.; I think the shower base is leaking, where a brown color appeared on the floor around it within a few hours. The water cooker is dangerous, as it has no base. The clothes horse is good to have, but cannot be stabilized well. Trash bins are in the backyard, with an adjacent door that was often open. I think you the rat poison or traps on the floor of the corridor would be unnecessary, if this door could be easily closed.

I had no internet all during my stay . I Sent 3 emails and made 2 phone inquiry calls with no feedback or even a reply with the status

• Slaveya (10/5): Overall the place was perfect for us - It was very stylish and comfortable. Very warm and cozy. If you use public transport the metro is 2 min away by foot and has a direct line to main square.

• Emma (8/5): Worth a stay 👍👍👍 - Placed in a nice area, I felt safe as a solo traveller. Right next to a Billa Supermarket and Italian restaurant. Many other food places in the area too. The apartment is amazing. Very comfortable. Bath, and walk in shower. Big screen tvs in both rooms. The best thing for me was the view. You can not beat that view. Its AMAZING. You can sit on the balcony with an extra fleece that is provided in the storage room. You have the view from the bedroom too. No need to watch TV when you have that. Cleaning lady and member of staff very polite. One of the best apartments I've stayed in. Very quiet and I felt very safe. There is noise when you open the balcony doors but this really isn't an issue it stops when you close them. I loved it. Thank you Better range of coffees for machine, although this can be purchased. Strange urine smell coming from bathroom, it did go after a little while. As a solo traveller and anxious on using public transport abroad, I had a 30 min walk to the train station so its not really walking distance to the main parts of the city. However, it would only take a few mins on the train. When I finally got into the building a lovely lady from another apartment helped me with the lift key pad. Just press 29 and one of the lifts will open. You have to pay €150 damage deposit prior to your stay so make sure you have this available. Tv in living room : there is no samsung remote you have to use the cable remote provided. I couldn't get netflix on there. Bedroom TV was better.

The parking garage was not well marked at all in terms of how to get out and then get into the correct building. There weren't many signs at all, making it difficult to get out.

• James (8/5): A nicely-located apartment - Our apartment was clean, modern and bright. The bed and settee were both comfortable, and there was ample storage space. Everything, including the bathroom, was of a high specification. The location was also excellent - within three minutes walk of a U-Bahn station, from where you could be in the centre of town within 10 minutes. The WiFi worked well. The lack of some basic kitchen items was disappointing. For example, the lack of mugs, a draining rack and stirring utensils. It was also a bit disappointing that we weren't told the address of the property until shortly before our stay commenced. Finally, we were asked to pay a 'damage deposit' of 150 Euros two days before our stay; this is not something that we expected and have been asked at other properties.
• Thamer (3/5): It was ok and enjoy the stay except for the 2 point mentioned above - Clean There was no elevator, and apartment was in the 3rd floor so I carried my 2x 30 kg bags, also the apartment has no balcony as they mentioned in the picture and facilities.

• Robert (9/5): Superb - Nice location, great views (!), well equipped, nice and modern, fantastic pool on the roof with great view. AC would be a good idea. The current ventilation does not work super well. On very hot days / this may be an issue.
• Manu (10/5): Awesome. - It was very spacious with all the amenities. Property was very clean. You could have provided 1. Dryer 2. Soap for washing machine.

• Esther (4/5): Not the money worth - Clean nearby metro Indoor bedroom without windows and fresh air No climat control Too much noise of the highway. It is not possible to open the windows. But you have to because of nooit climat control Mobile airco not useable because there was no suction availability of the warm air. Very Very dirty windows Door in the bedroom was broken and could not totally close (so noise of the highway). Just one tag to go to the pool area. No area to park bicycles. We parked them outside. One was stolen. This all did not make the money worth
• Bostjan (9/5): Nice apartment, good location an public transport connections - Great way of unlicking the door from a distance during ariivel, from there on, you have your own key. We were there for a concert and it was a very good location with fine connectiont to Ernst H stadium and airport and generally good, when using public transport. Beds were comfortable, there are stores and something to eat very close. It was laso easy to find. It will be easier when aircondition will be in the apartments, but ventilators in every room help. We didn´t spend a lot of time in the apartment, so it was OK and I could sleep with windows open, since the street neearby is very quiet during the night.

• Petar (8/5): Very good - The apartment is newly decorated, everything was clean and tidy. There is a public paid parking 500m from the apartment, costing 7 euros per day (3 euros per hour), and there is also a supermarket nearby. The check-in and check-out went smoothly without any issues. The apartment is located in an older building with an unrenewed staircase. There is no air conditioning, only 2 fans. If you sleep with the window open, the noise from the street traffic can be bothersome. The pool is not available for all apartments.

• Kornelija (8/5): Very good - Pool and apartments are amazing, but the STAFF WHO ASKS TO TAKE GARBAGE BAG WITH YOURSELF are insane.
• Venelin (6/5): Visit Vienna - The Place was good and clean! The location was good. There was a supermarket and place for breakfast, 2 min away form the subway. The pull that was a vision on the picture was actually a public pull it wasn't part of the place.

• Amin (1/5): Bad - Nothing Air conditioning was out of order the host appeared an aware of it yet they did not responded to attend to solve the problem upon notification, the following day they told me the tech. Checked it and need to order parts and host offered me another appointment which has not air condition at all , the weather was so hot my family and I felt uncomfortable to stay , I informed the office that I am leaving the place to the hotel and asked them to cancel my remaining three nights , so far I did not receive a refund which they promised that they will look into it
• Stanislav (9/5): Superb - Modern atmosphere of unique living community in Vienna was welcoming, complete with a playground for kids. The rooftop pool offered stunning views and an outdoor area for dinner. My room on the 28th floor provided an amazing view of Vienna. The location was convenient. It would have been helpful to have a short manual or instructions to understand how to use cooking furniture in the room properly. It took some trial and error to figure out the settings and functions. Having a brief guide would have made the experience smoother. Additionally, I found the absence of a microwave in the room to be a slight inconvenience. Having a microwave would have been convenient for reheating leftovers or quickly preparing simple meals. It's a small detail, but one that I feel would have enhanced the overall comfort of the accommodation.

• Axel (2/5): Misleading information - Very nice and clean apartment with a good view, however the negatives vastly outweigh the positive I can not tolerate when a property misleads in it's description 1. There is no air conditioning even though they state everywhere in this website that there is. In this very hot months that was reason we chose the property, because it states about having it when it doesn't. At night it was so hot that we couldn't sleep, and opening the windows swarmed us with insects. Even though I tried calling them, there was never a solution offered. Not being able to sleep because of that ruined our vacation. 2. The location given on this website is not the one where the actual property is located. So all our route planning was for nothing and we ended up having to pay a taxi to bring us there. The top of the cherry was receiving an email trying to buy a good review out of us by offering us 5€ to give them a good review. That is extremely inappropriate Reading other reviews I can see we were not the only customers in deception.
• Shannon (8/5): Lovely comfortable trip to Vienna - The property looked exactly like the pictures, the beds were super comfortable, plenty of room to spread out, we always had hot water. Everything worked well and they were accommodating.  It was a little warmer than we expected, because there’s not air-conditioning. But they brought us a fan which helped.

• Tarek (1/5): Bad - The view was very nice and was a high floor. The apartment was spacious. The place was not very clean, the TV was on the floor!. It was very hot and the AC was not working. They said they were supposed to be in the table, and it was not.
• Graham (6/5): A bit misleading... - The apartment itself was newly renovated and beautiful inside. Linen clean and bed comfortable. Check in was smooth. This listing in my opinion is misleading as the photos show a gorgeous roof-top swimming pool on the roof and a modern building with a huge stunning lobby with hotel facilities. The address is revealed after you book, and then you discover the apartment is in an entirely different, much older apartment block. The entrance and staircases, walls, and doors to our apartment building was a bit grungy and smelt of tenants cooking when we arrived, and three flights of stairs with suitcases were tricky. The apartment carpet was unfortunately not vacuumed and dirty with hairs. The shower is a very tight fit, and water leaks onto floor when showering. The actual older buildings/apartment blocks are exceptionally beautiful in Vienna, so I can't fault that. All ours needed was a good coat of paint, high pressure cleaning of stairs and sanding and varnishing of doors and wooden architraves in lobby and common areas. Our apartment itself was modern with high quality finishes and tastefully furnished. The linen and towels were good and amenities adequate.

• Anonymous (9/5): 5 nights was $1000, not cheap but cheaper than an old city hotel. Nice TV. - location was great; 3 blocks from the subway into the Old City. New, modern apartment building. Well furnished with washer. Host company was receiptive. Kitchen could be better stocked; suggestions left for hosts, who I am sure will fix the issue.

Parking nearby for 6 euros per day, free parking at the house on weekends Shower walk in - water pours out and there is nothing to wipe it with. No towel rails, nowhere to hang them, especially when wet

• Christopher (6/5): Nice and clean and well positioned for a stay in Vienna. - Overall we enjoyed our stay. The apartment is also well kept and clean, and provided most of the things you would need on your stay. The location is great, right next to a subway station allowing quick access to the more central areas. Feels more like it should be a two person apartment and we were a little cramped for space with 3. Listing says it has two beds but one should really be listed as a sofa bed ( as it replaces the sofa while in use ). The bathroom is a little on the small side too. Otherwise it is pretty much as listed if you are familiar with using booking.com. Each room type has slightly different offerings from the main listing so make sure you take the time to read everything properly ! Response times to emails could be improved. Also the email on check-out promoting a "we’ll automatically refund 5 Euros back to your credit card and donate another 5 Euros to doctors without borders when receiving a review that is above our current review score" did not sit well with me ( is this not influencing/paying for review scores ) ?
