• Roman (10/5): - Отдельная локация. Хозяин разрешил запарковать мою машину во дворе дома. Квартира имела абсолютно ВСЕ. Посуда, кофемашина, чайник, стиральная машина, микроволновка и куча других кухонных мелочей. Мебель в комнате просто супер. За углом электричка, за другим углом трамвай, в шаговой доступности супермаркет. Тихая улица, хороший ремонт. Вообщем все понравилось. Ничего.

• TOMAŽ (7/5): Bilo je solidno, čeprav bi za ta denar pričakoval več, ker 110 evrov na noč ni malo. - Lokacija je bila dobra. Plačati sem moral parkirnino 10 evrov na noč, čeprav sem imel avto na zasebnem parkirišču od gostitelja.
• Alice (8/5): We had a great time - It was a lovely airy flat with plenty of space for the two of us. The location was perfect for us and so close to the tram. Some of the furniture was not to my taste but was functional and comfortable.
• Wojtek (10/5): Wypad do miasta - Obiekt położony niedaleko końcowej stacji metra. Apartament znajduje się w rejonie niskiej zabudowy, dzięki temu jest cisza. Bardzo miły i pomocny gospodarz. Na wyposażeniu komplet naczyń, kawa, herbata, ekspres do kawy, pralka. W pokoju ciepło. Na powitanie czekała drobna niespodzianka. Brakowało mi szafy z wieszakami, do której można by było przełożyć ubrania z walizek.
• Jitka (10/5): - Skvělá komunikace s paní majitelkou. Ubytování na dobrém místě. Klidná oblast, ale v dobré vzdálenosti od metra. Ubytování velmi příjemné, kuchyň vybavená včetně kávovaru.
• Rajeev (9/5): A lovely, spacious and comfortable apartment. Will stay again. - The apartment is located in a very peaceful residential area. Public transport is available at your door step, so are the grocery supermarkets eg Spar. The host welcomed us in person. Getting into Vienna city center by the local tram was very comfortable. Local tram station is just a 5 minutes walk. The power points were a little far away from the bedside.

• Dragana (10/5): Exceptional - It was an excellent choice for our family with young kids. Comfortable, in a qiet area, well-connected with the city center. Very kind house owners. They generesly offered their garden to our kids to play.

He responded quickly to our questions during our stay. The accommodation was as expected in the photos and description. I have nothing to comment on.

• Tomaz (9/5): Is it worth it? Would I book again? Yes, no hesitation. - We had a pleasant stay as a family of five (2 adults, 3 small children). The 60m² apartment is roomy and has all the necessary appliances. There was nothing significant to complain about since we were out for most of the day anyway. However, the wireless internet is useless as there is little to no signal. I had to use my mobile data and hotspot to connect all our devices to the internet. The owner and his family, who live in the same building, are very nice. The location of the apartment is also good, about 500 meters from the U6 Bahn, which takes you to the city center. Upsides: Good location Private parking available for 5 EUR/day Roomy apartment with all the appliances, dishes, and towels needed Good price for Vienna Very friendly owner Owner will let your kids play in his backyard with plenty of toys there Downsides: Towels had a strange smell Weak or no Wi-Fi signal, so you will need to use mobile data
• Galina (10/5): The hosts provide excellent hospitality and care about guest. We are very happy. - Julie, the hostess, is absolutely great. She allowed us to arrive earlier and provided with all necessary facilities and information. Appartment is big and convinient, the kitchen is very well equipped; the number of towels was more than sufficient. The oven is good, the fridge is vast and quiet. The environment is quiet, so we were not disturbed during the day and night with a street noise. Mattraces are comfortable. As complement the wellcome bottle of good wine was supplied. We would recommend to hang blackout curtains or maintain blinds in the bedroom, so that the sun would not light up the room in the morning. At the moment there are tulle curtains in the bedroom. If guests stay in Vienna for a short period of time they have to take into consideration that it takes 40-50 minures to get to the city center on the city transport
• Andrijana (9/5): Superb - The flat is clean, comfortable with lot of space. Host is at your service, always kind. Several things should be added like floor mop or glasses for water, and bigger cups. But everything else is there.

• Mae (8/5): So far so good! - It was clean and spacious, has everything you need plus the price was good! Its also very convenient, as the public transportation was close. The location is quite far from the center, its kind of tiring to go back and forth or especially on a tiring day. If you want to seize your trip, maybe book in the center but if you dont mind it then this is really a good accommodation

• Vojtěch (9/5): Very feasible accomodation at the Vienna suburb - The host, Chenfu, is a very nice man. The communication with him was fast and pleasant, and we awaited our arrival. He was very kind and helpful, told us directions into the city. The apartment is a separate unit next to a family living, very well equipped and quiet at night. We used the parking in the yard, it was very easy. Location is close to a start of U-Bahn, so it is quite easy to get to the center, and at the same time this place is reachable by car.
• Karl (10/5): Top address - The hosts are very nice and helpful. The apartment is in top condition and comfortably furnished. There is no damage, everything is very well maintained and clean. The kitchen is well equipped. Interesting for longer stays: washing machine, clothes horse and iron are available. The house is located in the south of Vienna, right on the border with Vösendorf. The location is very quiet, no traffic noise in our apartment facing the inner courtyard. The main highlight for us was the parking available in the inner courtyard (for a small fee). Restaurants and supermarket nearby, also easily accessible on foot. The Shopping City Süd is practically around the corner. Public transport connections (Badnerbahn, subway) to the center are also nearby, but we didn't use them. We will definitely come back! ------------------

Location from the property and tram station and shop just a little too far specially after spent a day walking sight seeing around the city

• Neeti (10/5): Perfect stay in Vienna - The stay was perfect in this budget. We stayed for 4 nights and realized why its rarely available. The apartment was clean and have all the amenities. Host were very nice and friendly. They provided the milk for our daughter as well because all the supermarkets were closed that day. Both tram and metro were at walking distance. This was value for money stay.

• Aleksandra (10/5): Exceptional - Good place to stay when you are traveling by car - private parking. Clean and quite. Close to the Bahn, ca. 5 min walk or 10-15 min from the U6. Around 40 min to get to the City Center of Wien either Bahn or U6.Very comfortable bed. Very nice owner who can explain everything and speaks English. We had great time.
• Nina (10/5): Comfortable stay in a spacious apartment that offered everything we needed - The owner of apartment Vienna 23 is the nicest and friendliest host. He welcomed us with a big smile, even though we were running a bit late, he explained everything in great detail, offered their parking for free, and also took care of our wellbeing. The apartment is very well equipped, there wasn't a single thing missing. The location was good for us because we were having a festival in the nearby area so it was perfect. The thing we liked the most was the extremely comfortable and fluffy bed. The host was so so so nice, we wouldn't hesitate to come back again. On the weekend the owner and his family were having a small gathering of friends and family for a birthday celebration and they even offered us to join. It is really the nicest thing to meet people who are so kind and warm. The apartment is extremely peaceful, quiet, and bright and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would recommend it 100% to anyone.

• Patrycja (9/5): Superb - The host was super nice, the flat was equipped into all necessary things and more. you could find toiletries, tea, coffee, spices. bed was big and comfy. It was a bit far away from the center but once you figure out how to reach it, it shouldn’t take more than 30-40 min.

• Josipa (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very welcoming and generous. Apartment was clean, it has everything you need and it is very comfortable. We parked in the yard. Apartment is on the edge of the town so you need approximately 30-40 minutes (with U-bahn) to get to the center. It wasn't a problem for us, it was great because we investigated a lot of things along the way. I recommend this host and accomodation very much! :) If you like to be very close to the center or some attractions, think about it.
• Camelia (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was very good and met our expectations. Though it was not a problem for us, it might be useful for others to know when booking, that the owner and his family live on the premises and is discreet, yet very friendly and helpful. I personally dislike any kind of artificial air fresheners - so the room odor was not something to be crazy about. Fresh flowers along with windows wide-opened would have had a much better impact to refresh the room.
