• Hayduk (6/5): - Super Lage, Öffis um die Ecke Wir haben ein Apartment mit einem Schlafzimmer gebucht, mit voll ausgestatteter Küchenzeile und bekommen haben wir ein Zimmer mit ein paar Tellern, Tassen, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und kleinem Kühlschrank.Das alles im Schrank. Kein Herd, keine Spüle. Kein Geschirrtuch, keine Lappen. Wir waren enttäuscht. Die Kommunikation per Mail war auch nicht die beste.

• Mariateresa (7/5): - La posizione era eccellente, tutto super raggiungibile a piedi. La camera anche molto carina, ottima per due persone e pulizie discrete. Purtroppo penso che per il prezzo che aveva c’erano un paio di servizi carenti. Il Wifi non arrivava alla camera, infatti c’era un ripetitore, che nemmeno quest’ultimo prendeva linea, quindi non ho potuto utilizzarlo. Il secondo materasso (il letto era composto da due materassi singoli) era un po’ sfondato rispetto l’altro lettino. Per il resto tutto ok.

• PASCAL (8/5): - La chambre était propre et très bien située pour visiter à pied le centre historique. Le tram et le métro sont à 5 minutes à pieds du logement pour visiter les lieux plus excentrés. Il y avait une bouilloire et une cafetière à dosettes mais je ne savais pas qu'il fallait prévoir les sachets de thé et les dosettes de café.

• German (4/5): Bien, pero no mucho. - Lo mejor el anfitrión. Comunicación continua, por lo que fue muy sencillo llegar al alojamiento y ante cualquier duda durante la estancia, la respuesta es ágil. La habitación en si no está mal, reformada y con buena estética. La ubicación es buena, pues se puede visitar TODO el centro andando, sin necesidad de transporte público. Además, hay una estación de metro a escasos 3 minutos andando, así que esto genial. Las instalaciones son una auténtica pena. Ya había leído otras opiniones pero el ruido de las tuberías es totalmente exagerado. La habitación no es un apartamento (es una habitación normal con una cafetera y una nevera,..). Las zonas comunes del Edificio, sobre todo por la noche, dan un poco de miedo, muy oscuras, antiguas, y el ascensor también muy antiguo. No es de extrañar dada la antigüedad del edificio, pero es importante conocer esta info antes de reservar.

• Mikhail (9/5): Поставьте нормальный обеденный стол вместо комода. - Отличное месторасположение, достопримечательности в пешей доступности. В квартире чисто, тепло, все достаточно новое. Заселение достаточно простое. В целом квартирой остались довольны. Слабое освещение в комнате и ванной ( установлены старые слабые диодные лампочки). Нет губки для мытья посуды. Кофеварка работает только с кофейными пакетиками, не с капсулами.

• Rohan (5/5): - The apartment is comfortable and clean. The apartment itself was fine, but the check-in process was very disappointing. Initially, I was told that the check-in instructions would be sent one day before arrival. When I followed up, I was then told I would receive them at check-in time. In reality, they were only sent about 26 minutes before check-in. This inconsistent and last-minute communication caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty while traveling. When you are on the way, especially in bad weather, you really need clear information in advance. Better planning and honest communication would greatly improve the experience.

No es apartamento, es habitación con baño, solo tiene microondas, frigobar y jarra eléctrica dentro de un mueble, si usas una taza o cubierto, hay que lavarlo en el baño. Hacía muchísimo frío en el apartamento. El edificio está muy desmejorado, incluyendo el ascensor.

Everything was really clean and the host was the friendliest and really helpful answering our every question. Honestly a 10/10 experience.

• Maia (8/5): Clean and exactly what we were looking for - very clean property, easy to find and enter, and a wonderful and responsive host. The apartment was a bit noisy due to thin walls, wasn’t a massive issue as we are deep sleepers, other than that it was perfect.
• Lynne (10/5): Delightful convenience - Very good location train and tram easy to use got a seven day pass about 23 euros got a uber from the airport which was a lot cheaper you can get a train though but to be honest was a bit tied to think things through little supermarket just round the corner ,facing the front door turn left take the first right then it’s at the end of that street about 5 mins away ,facing the front door again turn right then left and shops and train also about 4 minutes away,two shops selling bakery items and coffee filled rolls and a few street takeaways as well as a few restaurants so all very handy Nothing

• Linda (8/5): Comfortable stay, despite defunctions and misinformation - The beds were very good. The mattress was firm and the pillows just fine. Bathroom with underfloor heating was clean and nice. To us, it was a plus to have a couch and a salon table and a bit more room compared to a normal hotel room. The entrance is a bit spooky if you arrive in the evening or at night. There's no light in the hall and a creaking lift door. Also, the information send to us by mail to gain access to our room wasn't up to date, so we needed to phone the organization to guide us through the building. Furthermore, the airco didn't work and the hot plate was nowhere to be found (luckily we didn't need it, but it's misguiding to included a hot plate as part of the facilities if it isn't there).

Self checkin kapı girişinde olan kutular da ve alt tarafı mazgallarla dolu. Kutuna yanlış bir hamle yaparsanız oda kartı aşağı sonsuzluğa düşüyor ve Rez yandığını söylediler bize ve bu durum da oldukça stresli. Self checkin olması başlı başına çok zor

La ducha a veces olía un poco mal y si duermes con muchas almohadas no había extras, no se podía regular la temperatura de la habitación y no había fregadero
