• Olga (10/5): a very quiet cosy apartment which I can highly recommend, especially if you are 3 or 4 people - a very nice cosy apartment. with everything you may need. 2 separate bedrooms. comfy beds. well equipped kitchen. nice location. VERY QUIET! I needed to stay in this part of Vienna, for me the area was perfect. but even for tourists - you can reach all major destinations by bus/tram/metro. a charming park is across the street for a nice walk. Billa supermarket in 3 min walk distance. a curtain in the shower would help if you have a heavy suitcase, please remember it's on the 2nd floor without an elevator and the stairs are quite steep. however, this is not a drawback. just a warning for those who can find 3 flights of stairs challenging

• Andrea (9/5): Perfekte Unterkunft für Stadturlaub mit Hund - Da wir als Familie mit Hund unterwegs waren, war es für uns ideal, dass die Wohnung mehrere Schlafzimmer hat und direkt am Augarten liegt. So waren wir in der Nähe der Innenstadt und netter Restaurants und konnten trotzdem mit dem Hund gut spazieren gehen. Perfekt! Essbereich und Küche sind relativ dunkel. Ist aber eigentlich nicht schlimm, wenn man sowieso fast den ganzen Tag in der Stadt unterwegs ist.

• Natacha (10/5): - El apartamento es amplio, cómodo y acogedor. Tiene todos los elementos necesarios para garantizar una excelente estadía. Cocina super equipada, secador de cabello, lavarropas. La ubicación es muy cómoda para llegar al centro histórico. Tiene disponible una cochera privada a 2 cuadras muy conveniente. Nos manejamos en auto, pero si no quieres lidiar con el tránsito, es mejor tomar el metro. Giselle e Ingo fueron muy amables y atentos, sin dudas volveremos a elegir Casa Nostra para una próxima visita a Viena. 100% recomendable!! -

• Georgii (10/5): Perfect place for a family stay - Its very spacious and cozy. All facilities are new and beds are supercomfy. I especially appreciate that the kitchen was packed: from glasses to coffee and tea. The area is quiet and nice, there is a 10 minute walk to the metro, but bus stop is literally behind the corner. The park nearby is cool with old ww2 towers.
• Christiane (10/5): Große Wohnung für Gruppe gut geeignet - Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, U-Bahn-Station Friedensbrücke ist in der Nähe; Supermarkt, Restaurants, Bäckerei und Drogerie ist ums Eck. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen im Erdgeschoss und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war freundlich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war hervorragend: Spülmittel, Putzlappen, Tee, Gewürze, Küchenutensilien, Spiele, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher; es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Die Wohnung hat 2 große Schlafzimmer und ein kleines Zimmer mit gemütlicher Schlafcouch. Die Zimmer sind ausgestattet mit Schränken und Schreibtischen, und die Betten waren hervorragend. Die Wohnung war sauber, und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Aus diesem Grund können wir die Wohnung empfehlen. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und hat kein Tageslicht im kleinen Zimmer, in der Küche und im Essbereich, aber die vielen Vorteile der Wohnung gleichen dieses Manko aus.

• osnat (9/5): מאוד נהנו מהדירה, מהמרחים, פחות מהמיקום, אבל לקחנו את זה בחשבון - החדרים גדולים, המטבח יחסית מאובזר, פינת אוכל נחמדה, המארחים מאוד נחמדים, המקום נקי מאוד, הדירה בקומת קרקע, אין צורך לעלות מדרגות. המיטות היו נוחות וגם הכריות נוחות, יש מספר סופרמרקט מאוד קרובים לדירה המיקום מעט רחוק מהמרכז, הדירה בנויה כך שאין כמעט חלל מרכזי לשבת כמשפחה, חדר הרחצה בנוי בצורה מוזרה, כך שהמקלחת והשירותים מחוברים. כפי שכתבו לפני, אין מספיק טבליות למדיח כלים, אנחנו הבאנו איתנו עוד טבליות. המטבח קצת קטן, אבל אנחנו הסתדרנו

• Eva (7/5): - La cama era cómoda aunque se nos hizo raro no tener sábanas ( entiendo que es costumbre allí solo.usat edredón. El baño está separado de la zona de ducha y facilita su uso.La zona en la que está ubicado era silenciosa y bastante bien comunicada El portal y las escaleras son bastante viejas y necesitan adecentarse. El apartamento necesita un repaso en cuanto a pintura. No estaría de más un microondas o algo para calentar la leche del desayuno (lo tuvimos que hacer en una cazuela grande) y la zona no es reseñable.

• Tеtiana (10/5): - Чистенько і нічого зайвого. Достатньо рушників (по 2 на кожного), 2 спальні віддалені одна від одної через кухню(нам здалося це достатньо зручним). На ліжках зручні матраци. На кухні також все є: холодильник, кавоварка з кавою та цукром, тостер, посуд. Поряд є зручна транспортна розвʼязка, але і пішки до центру близько 30 хвилин.
• Alyaa (8/5): Satisfactory - The host is nice, very helpful. i arrived earlier than expected time, and she who initially allow us to leave our luggage while the cleaning lady finishes her work, allowed us to check in earlier as the cleaning lady finishes her work already. the apartment is spacious enough for our family, 3 rooms, with 2 rooms with queen bed, and another room with sofa bed that turned into queen sized bed- comfortable enough. the apartment is fairly clean. the kitchen well equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, and cooking utensils. washing machine is there, with drying rack. 1 toilet & 1 bathroom. location is nice, near augarten park- suitable for my family, and has multiple halal restaurant (i am muslim family), and near multiple bas/ tram stations. nothing that i really did not like. only points for improvement, i would suggest that you put fabric/ plastic divider in the bathroom as the water spills during bathe as there was no door dividing the bathroom & toilet. i would suggest to put a fan (even a small/ portable one would suffice) in each bedroom as it can be a bit stuffy upon returning to the room in the evening, and while waiting for ac to function
• Daniel (10/5): Great hun for big families - Perfect for a big family. Rooms well separated and can't hear others at night. Comfy beds, 3 bathrooms which is fantastic. Close to bus and trams. Park just opposite with two playgrounds also a big plus. Everything was fantastic and very quiet too, would definitely recommend and stay here again. Nothing to dislike.

• Nastassia (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is clean and well-equipped. There is also a playground in the park right next to the apartment. Gisella’s restaurant recommendations in the neighborhood were also spot on. Since we were traveling with a kid the distance to the center was not really walkable for us (though you might enjoy the nice walk through the park in warm weather). Anyway, the city center is just 10-15 min away by public transport (there is a bus stop right in front the apartment, and a tram stop just in a few minutes walk).

• Tiggus (8/5): Nice spacious apartment close to a big park - This is like a normal furnished apartment in a residential building. It is spacious and convenient with kids. The host was helpful (awaited us with the keys, helped us get settled) and friendly Well equipped and everything was working well. Location in a quiet street close to a big park. It didn't bother us, but for info: there are stairs to be climbed (no lift, but host helped with the luggage). Just a personal taste, but we like it where there is a special touch in the building and/or decoration. Here, it looked like a standard homestay.
• Andrew (9/5): Lovely quiet flat, not too far from City Centre - A nice flat in a gracious old building in a very quiet area, right beside the Augarten Park. About a ten-minute walk to the nearest Underground, which might put some people off - tram and bus are a bit closer but less convenient. A pleasant 25-minute walk takes you right into the City Centre. Good local shops and restaurants five minutes away. We particularly loved the quietness and respectability of the area. We initially booked as four people and later added two more. The flat was perfectly comfortable but a little cramped with six. Would have been really nice with four.

Since it was our first time in Vienna, property owner was super nice, explained everything to us and showed us where to eat, what to see and which metro/tram lines to take. Also, there is a parking garage nearby, able to reserve. 3rd floor with no elevator. It wasn’t problem for us, but for someone else might be.
