• Ratkai (10/5): Kiváló - Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés, a Szállásadó segítőkész. Az ágy nagyon kényelmes volt. Esetleg egy mikro jó lett volna.
• Bischhausen & Brunner (3/5): schöne Stadt, aber kein Aufenthalt mehr in diesem Appartment - gute Lage (zu Fuss jedoch langer Weg bis ins Zentrum) ruhige Wohnung Pool Wohnung war nicht sauber (Fussel im Lavabo, Wand mit grossen Flecken, Stoffbettgestell voller Flecken...). Bei Ankunft erstmal Staub gesaugt. Gastgeber informiert, wird dies der Reinigungsfirma mittelein, ansonsten kein Entgegenkommen. Küche haben wir nicht genutzt, da auch dort Dreck war. Betten sehr unbequem, eine Matratze lag falsch herum Pauschalpreis für Hund 70 Euro --> bei Kurzaufenhalt teurer als im Hotel
• Mauro (8/5): - La posizione comoda e ben servita dai mezzi di trasporto. Non parcheggiare davanti a casa perché si prende la multa con la sosta superiore alle 3 ore.
• Katarzyna (3/5): - Apartament jest ok, okolica ładna. Winda w bloku była nieczynna. Jeden z dwóch palników w kuchni w ogóle nie działał. Apartament wyposażony jest w automatyczne rolety, niestety w dostepnych pilotach baterie były wyczerpane, więc przez cały dzień nie można było otworzyć rolet (w mieszkaniu bylo ciemno i nie można bylo wyjść na taras). Personel oferował przyniesienie baterii następnego dnia, co było dla nas niedopuszczalne. Finalnie zaoferowali refund jeśli kupimy baterie sami, na co sie zgodziliśmy. Niestety 18 dni po opuszczeniu apartamentu nadal nie otrzymaliśmy uzgodnionej kwoty, a zarządca przestał odpisywać na nasze wiadomości. Bardzo nieprofesjonalne podejście.

Vraiment un logement À FUIR !!! - Literie et canapé TRES inconfortables. On sent tous les ressorts du lit, le "canapé" une horreur. Et quelle saleté ! La tête de lit beurk ! N'ouvrez pas le canapé vous allez vous faire peur avec ce qui est stocké à l'intérieur ! - Évier de la salle de bain bouché pendant 5 jours malgré nos nombreux demandes de réparation !!!!!!! - Une seule plaque de cuisson sur 2 fonctionne ! - Porte de machine à laver cassée ! Impossible à ouvrir ! Séchoir rouillé ! On paye pourtant pour ce service ? - L'ensemble des murs de pièces est sale avec même du chewing-gum de collė ! Les rideaux sont tachés. - Pas un meuble ne tient ! Tout bouge. Tout est prêt à casser. - La télé ne fonctionne pas. - Personnel ? Quel personnel ? Incapable de répondre à nos questions et demandes ! Seulement nous contacter pour payer le parking ! Ou pour nous donner l'ordre de partir à l'heure le dernier jour sous peine de payer un supplément !!!!!! - Et Booking qui ne répond pas ....bref ...franchement louez ailleurs !!!!! - Je mets 1 car je ne peux pas mettre 0. - Dommage que je ne puisse publier que 4 photos ...

• Dóra (8/5): for two people ok, for four, it is too small. - nice and clean, newly refurbished. water did not go down in shower on first day, we had to clean it a bit. Electric curtain did not close, we needed to shut down electricity to make it work. Bed in the living room is too short. Pool was too cold, not heated but we did not know.
• Vlad (5/5): nice city, good location, money-making apartment - location was nice for us, underground parking is ok, building looks and feels new it looks like people lived on the walls. they were destroyed. A fresh painting could change the place. It looks much bigger in the pictures than in reality. There is a big stain on the couch like someone wet themselves. It has some basic stuff in it but you do need to bring everything with you. Basic coffee machine that does not keep the coffee hot. You pay per day for parking (parking opens with the apartment key) and also per day if you bring a pet which is a bit stupid because they only clean when you leave. They charge as in a hotel but with none of the benefits. The TV is antique, sound doesn’t work, the firetv stick is just bad and works so slow you better watch on laptop. The host doesn’t want to be disturbed and you only communicate by messages, you pay for out of schedule issues and calls. The whole place is set up 100% for profits and not for guests. If you stay after 11 am at checkout they warn you several times you will be fined, a ton of useless rules and the most impersonal stay ever. The photos are from when we got in the apartment
