• Carsten (10/5): Großes Haus, gute Anbindung, tolle Gastgeber! - Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, geben hilfreiche Zusatzinformationen und machen sich bei der Gästebetreuung deutlich mehr Mühe als sie müssten. Ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen würde ich empfehlen.

• Piegsda (10/5): - Es war eine schöne Woche in Wien. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem vollkommen OK. Manche Dinge sind schon kaputt,aber ich denke die werden noch erledigt 😉

• Ingibjørg (4/5): This property needs a lot of TLC and fixing to be like the property that was listed at booking.com - God beds. There was only one bathroom in a house rented out for 10 people. No ventilation. So much humidity there (we later found a leaking sink there too). Because of the humidity the bathroom door was didficult to close and was disloving. The warm water tank was not properly installed and you could se it fixed with a tape and nitril gloves. There was a hole in the awning ouside and when we came water was pouring down on all the furniture. The house was clean on the surface, but all corners were dirty. The host at some time informed me that her husband and an engineer had to enter the property to look at something. Here we were 8 adults 6 of them young aldults with lots of valuable things with Us. I asked the landlord not to come as there was a delicate situation in the group after a cancellation of the concert. This request was not accepted by the landlord.

• Václav (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice large house in a quiet location, 20 minutes by car from the center of Vienna. It has 4 bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen, and a small yard with a grill. There is a nice natural swimming area (Hirschstetten) nearby, and in the surrounding area, there are playgrounds, climbing frames, swings, etc. The arrangement with the owners was absolutely trouble-free, and communication is possible in English. A total of 9 of us were accommodated there (2 families = 4 adults and 5 children) and we all really enjoyed it. I can only recommend it.

• Thurs (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location with a free parking and 50 meters from restaurant. The House is very comfy and fulfilled all our needs. Shower could be lil bit cleaner.
• David (6/5): Good location, good house but… dirty 😖 - The location is really good if you have a car, nice and quite area. The house is ideal for 9 people, we were 2 families. Basically the cleanliness. The calefactor with wood was full and dirty, the walls need a paint (there were some mosquitos dead on the walls and general dirty. The toilets were also dirty. It’s a shame because the house is quite good.
