Tres pueden quexarse xq hay un futon.tenes cerca super, lugares para comer. Tranvia a media cuadra. Enchufes rotos q no dejaban usar la estufa electrica empotrada. Las almohadas super blandas e incomodas.

• Kordula (6/5): - Wohn-/Schlafzimmer war groß Ruhige Wohnung Zustand des Hauses: kalt, heruntergekommen (Treppenhaus, Flure) Fotos in der Beschreibung stimmen nicht mehr ( Licht über Küchenzeile fehlte, Grosser Duschkopf war nicht angeschlossen. Die Filterkaffeemaschine gab es nicht mehr. Beim Badezimmerschrank fehlen zwei Türen. Im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer lagen Badezimmermatten als Teppiche) Zustand der Wohnung insgesamt schlecht ( zugeklebte bzw. mit Panzertape festgeklebte Steckdosen, Schimmel an den Fensterdichtungen, dreckiger Badezimmerschrank, kaputte bzw. dreckige Ecken an der Dusche, dreckiges Gläser im Schrank)

Trūkst dvieļu pieejamība, īpaši ja dzīvo nedēļu un vairāk. Nekvalitatīvs remonts. Pretējā dzīvokļa suns nemitīgi rej kāpnēs, metās virsū garāmgājējiem un reiz pat iekoda kājā.

• Bianca-Katharina (10/5): - Tolle kleine und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, und auch das Bad war perfekt. Sehr angenehm und empfehlenswert.

• Willem (7/5): Als het fornuis gemaakt wordt en de badkamer meer aandacht krijgt is het top - Bed lag lekker Tram stopte naast de deur Met de portable radiator was het lekker warm (en die had je ook echt nodig) Vriendelijke Host Fornuis deed het niet badkamer kon schoner/is erg koud (stenen vloer) weinig stopcontacten rondom de tafel in de woonkamer borden in het keukenkastje waren niet schoon een buurvrouw had honden die begonnen te blaffen zodra er iemand op de gang thuiskwam

• Daniela (7/5): Zweckmäßig, aber einfach, abgewohnt mit einigen Mängeln. - Gute Lage zur ottakringer Brauerei, ruhig gelegen. Fenster zum Innenhof Leider funktionierte einiges nicht: beide Nachttischlampen, Heizung zwischen Fenstern (zum Glück gabs einen fahrbaren Heizkörper), TV, WLAN. Vermuten ein ganzer Stromkreis ausgefallen. Haben die Vermieterin kontaktiert, wir sollten am Sicherungsschrank einiges versuchen - haben wir dann gelassen. Eine eher kühle Wohnung, Boden eisig kalt. Im Bad keine Heizung, haben daher auf Dusche verzichtet. Haare am Boden und im Bett, Leider nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt. Bettgestell sieht nicht sehr vertrauenswürdig aus. Matzratze sehr weich & zur Mitte durchgelegen. Decken zum Glück warm genug.

• Miguel (5/5): Dirty - There's a couple of trams very close and a couple of groceries stores. Quite area. Is very dirty from the kitchenware to the bathroom toilet. There are spider webs everywhere and we even found an old towel behind the couch. The mattress is very uncomfortable given the use. The coffee machine is pointless because none of the 3 markets around sells the necessary capsules.

• Val (1/5): Rude host, insults, mistreats tourists, no speak english, only german, ugly, dirty place, very far - If you are in Vienna for a short time, and if you don't speak German, don't stay in this place, since is very far from the center, you will only be stressed since public transportation runs until a certain hour, which is not too late. Also Vienna is an expensive city. If you arrive by bus or train the location is very far and complicated to get to, and if you arrive by plane, it is super far from the airport, like more than an hour and you will have to take about three different transportations, which will only consume your time and money.The apartment is a cold room, the shower does not always heat well and the toilet does not work very well, plus the lid falls on your back every time you use it. The power outlets are on the wall in places where they look broken or detached. The building is old, dirty, noisy, and dark at night. Advice for tourists, if you don't speak German, don't stay in this place, because the hostess is very rude, she doesn't care about the guests, and she will tell you that she doesn't speak English and won't attend to your needs, since she will say is no her problem. Be careful not to give your phone number because the host is a very rude, aggressive person that is harassing us with messages and insults on the cell phone, we have the pics to prove it. It is not worth paying for a place that will only transform your trip into a nightmare, it is preferable to look for other options in booking, with patience you will find cheaper hotels or hostels in the center of Vienna with a better location, and better customer service, people that speak english and help tourists. We do not recommend this place and definitely, sad but we had a very unpleasant experience, we will never return. We thank booking for supporting us as clients and attending to our needs. When confirming the reservation we made a special request to have access to the room at 7 am since we came from a long trip and needed to rest, we have short time for visit Vienna.The host approved the request and that was why we paid and confirmed the reservation, which was not cheap, however, the day we arrived at the building in the morning, it was impossible to access the apartment, we had help from a cleaning-friendly person who did us the favor of letting us enter the building, and we explained that we had the reservation already paid with booking, we tried to call the hostess many times because she no brings for us a code to access the apartment, she did not answer the phone, until after trying so many times with the help of the cleaning person, that spoke with the host only in german, we obtained the code. But the same person explained to us that according to the host, it was impossible to access the apartment because there were already other guests there. We tried to talk to the hostess on the phone, but she was rude, and not friendly, she told us that she only speaks German and she didn't want to listen to anything else and ended the call. The neighbors are not friendly either, they have aggressive dogs. We were forced to leave the building, we were on the street, with our suitcases, very tired and cold with nowhere to go, because we do not speak German and it was our first time in Vienna. In desperation, we contacted Booking by phone and were assisted by a very kind person who attended to us and understood our situation, to whom we asked that we need a refund for the damages caused, for the mistreatment, for leaving us on the street. After so many hours, we finally entered the apartment completely exhausted so we missed the day. The location is very far from the center, which increases transportation costs and time, also very far from the airport, you will have to take about three different transportations, which will only consume your time and money.

• Violeta (8/5): Very good - Even not in the city center, the connections with the publuc transport in Vienna are great. So, the tram station is almost at the entrance of the building, which was great. Communication with the owner was great and friendly. The studio is confortable and well equiped for short and even for longer stays. The only remark is on the mattress on the bed which was too soft and it would be better if it is replaced by new one.
• Mihai-eugen (2/5): Bad choice - the room was ok, spacious. My experience at Ferien Stella, I leave it to you to conclude. It is that place I will never return to. The host communicates very hard in English, the location on google is two streets away and the entrance to the building gives you shivers and mold. Upon entering the apartment you are greeted by a strange smell, the toilet lid hits you in the back when you are with yourself, the kitchenette in the hall next to the bathroom.You can greet the neighbor from the room, although it was sunny outside, I didn't realize this, the room was cool and moldy in some places. The host cannot give you directions about what you can visit. We went for Easter and the host told us that the sights were closed, but surprisingly, they were all open.

• Katalin (4/5): Not recommended :( - Location is fine - we went to Vienna for a concert in the Stadthalle - which is close to the apartment. We went in December, and the room was VERY COLD. No possibility to turn up the heating, it was only 17-18 degrees inside while the host said it is set to 22 degrees - it is not true. There is a VERY BAD SMELL in the whole apartment, we still don't know if it was glue, anti-mold stuff or what. All of our clothes, hair, skin kept this bad smell until we got home, and I can still smell it after 4 days though we washed all of the clothes on a long program on 40C in the washing machine (including coats and everything), with extra detergent and fabric softener...

• Delia (3/5): Disappointing experience with this host - The location of the apartment is close to public transport. Wi-fi connection was also fast and reliable during our stay. The host's misleading information and attitude were really disappointing. When I make a booking to travel with a member of my family, I make sure I choose something with TWO rooms (I apply this filter on my search) - this detail is always specified in the property's description. And it was the case for this property - on booking, it says living room AND bedroom. Well, when we arrived, surprise! the apartment has only one room - in pictures, it looks like the property has two rooms, as well. Now, this may have been the host's mistake when they created their profile on booking, but it's still serious, and misleading and their attitude was the worst. I contacted the host about the situation - I didn't ask for anything other than to express my frustration with the misinformation and the fact that I paid for something I didn't receive. Well, if you can imagine, the host denied they mentioned that their property has TWO rooms (I have screenshots proving it). I also contacted booking to express my disappointment - because I'm using their platform very often and never got into this kind of situation. The next surprise was that the host "made us the favor" of allowing us to leave the apartment and cancel our reservation without paying the cancellation fee - we didn't ask for this. It was 6 PM at night and we didn't have another booking lined up, nor we wanted to go through booking another property for one night just because this host advertised their one-room apartment as a two-room one on booking. The host tried to lecture us via messages that it says clearly the apartment has 30m2, so this automatically means it has one room. Uhm, not at all, there are apartments of that size that have two rooms; plus, there are 2 rooms listed on booking. There's more. When we left, we couldn't open the key box to leave the keys, so we left them inside the apartment and immediately texted the host.
