- Manukyan (3/5): - The apartment itself was generally clean, but there were several issues. The lamp in the bedroom was not working, and the living room was quite cold because the heater there did not function properly. However, the biggest problem was the customer support. We had booked this apartment back in the summer, but just a few days before our visit, the reservation was canceled. When we tried to rebook, the price was higher than what we had originally reserved. We contacted with them and agreed to book again, with the promise that the difference between the first payment (which was declined) and the second payment would be refunded. After our stay, we were told the refund would be processed, but until now we are still waiting. Our emails are being ignored, and there has been no response. This is not about the money itself, but about the extremely poor customer support and lack of professionalism. Promises were made and not kept, and communication completely stopped.

- Sowon (8/5): - 공간이 넓어 좋았고 축구게임기도 있어 아이들이 놀기에 좋았음. 중앙역과 버스 정류장에서 조금 거리가 있어 접근성이 아주 좋지는 않았음. 도착 시간이 예정보다 일러서 짐을 미리 갖다놓을 수 있는지 문의했으나 답변이 늦었음. 엘리베이터가 없어 무거운 짐을 들고 올라가기가 다소 불편했음. 전기포터가 있기는 했지만 지저분해서 사용할 수가 없었음.

La posizione molto comoda per raggiungere il centro, con fermate di autobus e un supermercato a due passi. Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento Top 16 e abbiamo prenotato per 4 adulti. Nella descrizione dell'alloggio c'era scritto che era dotato di una camera con letto matrimoniale e un divano letto, ma purtroppo quest'ultimo era un divano con penisola che, per quanto spazioso, non era idoneo per due persone adulte. L'abbiamo segnalato ma purtroppo non c'era disponibilità per cambiare appartamento. È un peccato perché la struttura è molto carina, la cucina - volendola usare - è ben attrezzata, ma bisognerebbe specificare che è idonea per tre adulti, o al massimo per una famiglia con due bambini (piccoli). Il punteggio basso quindi non è per l'appartamento in sé, quanto per il fatto che non sia idoneo per il pernottamento di 4 adulti.
- Briana (9/5): 4 nights stay - The apartment was close to the city center (20 min walk) and the rooms were really clean and spacious. I liked that there were many restaurants, supermarkets and caffes around and the wifi and heating worked really well. Also, the host was helpful and prompt and we overall had a really great stay. The door was a bit hard to unlock ( apartment top 16)

Únicamente nos respondieron para decirnos que NO podíamos dejar las maletas el último dia. El primer día les enviamos un correo diciendo que creíamos que la cama no tenía sabana bajera, y preguntamos si había manera de poner la plataforma netflix. No obtuvimos respuesta. No nos gusta que no haya nadie al otro lado. Mal equipado. Había una cazuela enorme ( para un apartamento pequeño) y no había ningún cazo pequeño. Tampoco había hervidor de agua: Para hacer una infusión hay que utilizar una cazuela enorme. Es absurdo

- Stavros (8/5): - Ευρύχωρο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα ακόμη και αν δεν ταξιδεύετε παρέα, σχετικά κοντά σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς, με τα πόδια οχι και πολύ κοντα στο κέντρο αλλα περπατιέται. Ο καναπές κρεβάτι, λόγω του στρώματος και της χωρητικότητας(αρκετά στενός), τα μαξιλάρια και τα 4 τα οποία μας παρείχαν θέλουν σίγουρα αλλαγή και επίσης η τηλεόραση δεν είναι smart TV όπως αναγράφεται!

- Tommy (6/5): Top floor apartment with no elevator. - Apartment was clean. Staff was good with communication. No elevator access. Very challenging to move up that many flights of stairs, especially after a long day of walking through the city or with heavy luggage. Would be impossible for someone with limited mobility to climb. Should clearly state that apartment is on the top floor without elevator access. No service for the entire 5 days stay. No replacement of towels or cleaning by staff during our stay. This seems to be a growing trend to offer less service and increase the price. Years ago you would have service daily or every other day, depending on where you stayed, now they don’t even bother to come at all.

- FRANCK (8/5): Très bon séjour - L'emplacement, le calme du quartier, l'espace de l'appartement, les commerces PENNY et transports bus 13A, tram 1 à côté. La literie et la propreté de l'appartement. La disponibilité du propriétaire. Pas de télécommande pour la TV de la chambre, pas de piles dans le thermostat du chauffage que j'ai acheté moi même pour avoir du chauffage. Un micro onde serait un plus.
- EvanMarrewijk (7/5): Perfecte plek om het mooie Wenen te ontdekken - Door de sleutels in een sleutelkastje kan je altijd naar binnen en hoef je niet te wachten om iemand te treffen. Het is een overzichtelijke entree en de uitleg is erg duidelijk. In het appartement is alles aanwezig. Je kan er koken, al hebben wij dat niet gedaan. Het appartement is rustig en we hebben geen overlast ervaren. Er is geen airco aanwezig, dus het kan er wel warm zijn. Er is wel een ventilator die voor wat verkoeling kan zorgen. In de keuken hangt soms een nare geur. Ik heb niet kunnen achterhalen waar het vandaan komt. Het appartement is ook wat warm en donker, maar met een lampje is dat laatste zo opgelost.

- Kirsti (3/5): Wir machten das Beste draus - Wien lohnt sich und das Wetter spielte hervorragend mit. - Die Beschreibung des Appartments stimmt nicht - als wir buchten stand in der Beschreibung 2 Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer, also ein zusätzliches Wohnzimmer - das war neben der Lage auch der entscheidende Buchungsgrund. Auf Nachfrage diesbezüglich wurde nicht reagiert. Wir haben etwas in der Wohnung vergessen und erhielten darauf auch keine Antwort. Insgesamt schon sehr ärgerlich.

Está como a 25 minutos caminando de los lugares de interés y tiene varios supermercados, restaurantes y transporte público cerca. No había suficiente jabón para las lavadoras de ropa y platos (solo para un ciclo), siendo que estuvimos 3 días.

- Emma (5/5): Deficiente - ubicacion y buenas instalaciones Estuvimos durante dos días: El primero no tuvimos ninguna complicación pero al segundo día después de estar toda la mañana fuera y necesitar cargar los móviles y descansar un poco al llegar al apartamento no había luz ni electricidad. Miramos de arreglarlo subiendo y bajando los plomos, y seguía sin funcionar. Estuvimos llamando y no obtuvimos respuesta hasta horas y no fue hasta las 9-10 de la noche que nos cambiaron la habitación al ver que no podiamos arreglar el problema. Quiero recalcar el frio que hace en Vienna más en pleno invierno y que la comida que compramos al final la tuvimos que tirar porque no pudimos cocinar , ademas de la mala atencion que nos dieron para solucionar el problema entre la espera y el intentar nosotras mismas arreglar el problema ( porque nadie vino a ayudar )

Appartamento completo di tutto, proprietaria disponibilissima. Unica pecca, la mancanza di ascensore ma quella certamente non dipende dall host. Consigliatissimo Nulla

- Tetyana (8/5): - The apartment was spacious, beautiful and clean. We enjoyed staying there. The apartment is not suitable for 6 people, as the sofa is designed for 1 person, not 2. Additionally, the key safe was problematic—it didn’t function properly, and retrieving the keys at both check-in and check-out took around 30 minutes because we couldn’t open the safe. Rather than providing instructions like “Be careful when entering the code,” it would be more effective to replace the safe with a more reliable one. The lock is quite basic, similar to those on suitcases, but it is evidently in need of replacement.
- Ines (5/5): Anfitrionas nefastas - La ubicación y el tamaño No tenía microondas, no tenía tijeras, no tenía pastillas para el lavavajillas, el colchón del dormitorio principal esta lleno de pelotillas que se notan a través de la sábana, la calefacción estaba topada, la luz del salón es muy escasa, el folleto con la información de actividades y restaurantes en la ciudad está 2 veces en alemán y ninguna en inglés o español por lo que los inquilinos de habla no germana no pueden hacer uso de esa información. También quiero mencionar que después de NO dejarnos hacer el check-in 1h antes (el piso estaba vacío y podrían habernos dejando entrar un poco antes) se equivocaron de apartamento (eso quiero pensar) y nos hicieron perder casi 1h más, haciéndonos perder el último pase de la visita que teníamos programado para ese día.

- Kti811 (10/5): - L'emplacement est super ! L'appartement est spacieux, très bien équipé et propre. Les lits sont confortables. Nous étions dans une rue très calme Rien, tout était très bien. Nous n'avons pas croisé le propriétaire mais le process pour récupérer les clés est très bien fait

- Annemieke (9/5): Mooi, ruim appartement. - Mooi ruim appartement. Wasmachine en vaatwasser aanwezig. Er is geen lift aanwezig, wat lastig kan zijn met zware koffers. De wijk is niet heel levendig. Van de andere kant ben je ook zo in het centrum.
