• Julie (10/5): Mooi appartemt op een top locatie. - Zeer aangenaam verblijf op een top locatie. Alles was zeer netjes. Ruim verblijf en een uitgebreide keuken. Alles is aanwezig voor een aangename vakantie. Leuk pluspunt was het zonnige terras met uitzicht op de bergen.

• Anna Maria (10/5): - Sehr schöne Unterkunft direkt am Skilift. Die Zimmer waren schön und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war wirklich super. Generell is alles sehr hellhörig, waa für uns kein Problem war.

• Simone (10/5): Perfekt - Die Lage war einfach perfekt! Durch die Alpbachtal-Card konnte der Bus, der schräg gegenüber der Ferienwohnung gehalten hat, kostenlos genutzt werden. Viele Wanderwege waren direkt vor Ort. Auch Restaurants sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Im Winter hat man die Bergbahn und Lifte zum Skigebiet, sowie eine Skischule direkt vor Ort. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderschöne und große Terrasse. Aber auch die Balkone sind gemütlich gestaltet und lassen bei schlechtem Wetter einen Kaffee an der frischen Luft zu. In der Wohnung selbst war die große Regendusche nach den Wanderungen sehr entspannend. Die große und voll ausgestattete Küche, sowie der offene Essbereich laden zum Kochen und gemütlichen Tagesausklang ein. Das Sofa könnte etwas größer sein, was aber eine persönliche Meinung ist.

• J. Vasters (9/5): - Heerlijk huisje voor 2 personen. Onze hond was ook van harte Welkom. Vanuit het huisje kun je veel wandeltochten maken. De Alpbachercard biedt veel gratis extra mogelijkheden zoals gratis met de 4 gondels naar het Berg- of Mittelstation. De keuken was voorzien van heel veel kookgerei. Als tip wil ik de eigenaar nog even meegeven om een maatbeker en platte spatel te kopen. Dan is het helemaal perfect.
• Claudia (10/5): Tolle Lage, hübsches Appartment, liebevoll und gut ausgestattet - Gute Lage, alles sauber, bequeme Betten, tolle Ausstattung, genügend Platz für Kleidung etc. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft bedingungslos weiter!
• Birgir Fannar (9/5): - Very cozy cabin. You can hear the neighbours above loudly, when they walk around or talk. Not great noise suppression between floors. Thankfully, our neighbours did not stay up late but this could be an issue depending on what neighours you get.

• raquel (7/5): Lugar cómodo y acogedor. Poca zona común si no estás en el apartamento al que corresponde la terraza de la foto. - Limpio y funcional, tenía de todo lo necesario. El encargado de darnos las llaves muy simpático y servicial. Poca luz y sin vistas.Es un bajo al lado de la carretera. La terraza la pudimos usar pero porque no había nadie en el apartamento al que corresponde, no estaba “montada” con cojines ni nada. Como íbamos con niñas echamos de menos alguna zona para jugar.
• En (10/5): Beautiful Austrian home, very tastefully furnished - This place is so cosy! It is such a sweet cottage which is so tastefully furnished. You can just stand and admire all the effort taken to doll up a cabinet in the washroom, or even just admire the matching emblem on the kitchen dishcloths and bath towels. It was that level of meticulous detail. The bath had bath salts! It had a large fridge and modern oven and super well equipped with everything. I stayed at 7 places in Austria and this stands at #1. Such a beautiful place set in a quiet beautiful town. Host also checked in with us via messaging and is super!

We recommend! - Excellent location, nice flat with all necessary stuff, a big bonus is special Card, that allows you to use dozens of benefits. Friendly host and magnificent views from your living room & kitchen. No issues to stay with dog. Because it's a wood house, we heard quite loudly neighbours on 2nd floor, so soundproof could be possibly better

• Emily (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location for winter sports! - Great location, very clean, fully equipped kitchen for cooking, incredible views and Simon was a great host. We came for skiing and was a less than 5 min walk to the bottom of the gondola and a really great ski resort.

• Matthew (9/5): Modern well equipped apartment, great location for summer walks - Very modern and well equipped interior, but built in the Alpbach tradition. Access to great walks from the apartment - Faulbaumgartenalm approx 3 hours out and back recommended (closed Monday & Tuesday when we were there). Immediate response from owner when heating needed adjustment. Nothing significant - a little road noise at the front of the apartment, but quiet overnight
