• Anonymous (9/5): Superb - I was sick so i had to leave early but the owner gave me full refund back. They provide coffee and water for free too. The staffs are super friendly, kind and always ready to help. The rooms are spacious and clean too. They clean the room and change the towel once every two days. It is very close to the bus stop but it is not close to MRT and BTS. It is okay if you can take the bus but it isn't if you can't as it is a little bit far from the center and in rush hour you can't call any taxi. Traffic jam in bkk is crazy during rush hour if you travel by bus n car.

Clean room anytime you needed. Everything brand new and clean The location to downtown isn’t the best. Need a taxi ride to get anywhere so spending $ constantly on Grab to either get food or a ride to Train station.

• K (9/5): Great - Stayed in bigger room with queen bed, it was good size room, comfortable, with nice view of the neighborhood. Excellent value. Good neighborhood, not touristy , but with everything you need, local food, coffee shops, a big mall is 20 min walk. The hosts were very kind and helped with everything I needed, like laundry and early check in, and even gave me a ride to a train station! The lighting in the room is a hospital style white light. A table lamp or other a small light would be nice.

• Luisa (9/5): very nice :) - was very quiet and a 7-eleven was nearby. the rooms were clean und there were also 2 balconies. you also get a little fridge, which is nice. maybe a table to sit together an eat would be nice, but there a desks in the room so if you wanted to you could move the chairs and eat together. it was a bit far from the city center, which we didn’t know before. driving took 30 min most of the time to get anywhere. but if you don’t mind and want a room without a lot of noise then it’s perfect.
• Birte (9/5): Comfortable and convenient - It was clean. Close to the buses and a center with restaurants. Pretty authentic neighborhood. Perfect for me. For a person first time visiting Bangkok it’s not an ideal location. Far from the river. But by bus it’s not too far from the shopping districts. It was near a school with blaring loudspeakers. Lots of screeching cats and howling dogs and squawking birds. Planes and helicopters overhead.

Nice local area surrounding the hotel an hour walk from sukhomvit. Lamp in room with mirror in room would be appreciated and would make room even better.

Coffee is available all day for free. Rooms are almost new, everything works great, towels changed daily, free water provided in abundance. The Location, far away from MRT and Skytrain, very high traffic area!

The owner, Peter, was very kind and offered to help with the cold water and anything else I needed. He even offered me some of his family’s bbq food. Also, the road outside has some delicious street food, kind aunties and two 7 elevens nearby.

• Martijn (9/5): Authentic Bangkok neighbourhoods. Great host, new property. - Very new, very clean, and the staff and service is amazing. Stayed for 18 nights. Laundry service is excellent. The room is simple, but with a good bed, hot shower and fridge. And A/C of course. The neighborhood is authentic Bangkok I guess, residential with a school nearby. Peter is very helpful and speaks perfect English. At first it seemed a bit out of the way, but I really enjoyed walking to the busier areas while passing local streets with street stalls and local shops. It still feels very safe, even after dark.

• Erogg98 (8/5): Good option for good money - The host was amazingly kind and friendly. He waited for me to come late at night, and was ready to help with anything. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. I was also offered free laundry service every three days. There was Wi-Fi, AC, kettle, plates, cups and cutlery (amazingly convenient for delivery and take-out), and a small fridge with free water in the room. The view of the city was nice. The location is OK, not too close to tourist attractions (I chose for other purposes), but everything is accessible by ridiculously cheap buses. Also, as it's not located in a tourist area, you'll be able to see how locals live. Otherwise, the area felt quite safe and friendly. And of course, the price is very affordable. There was no storage space in my room at all. If you are not bothered to take your stuff out of the suitcase, you'll be fine. The bed is not too comfy, and the bedding felt kind of cheap. The room in general is not too big. At times, there was no hot water. I suspect, the hot water comes from the buckets heated by the sun on the roof or something like that. So, expect to wash with cold water on some days (I didn't mind it at all, considering Bangkok's hot weather).

• Nurmo (10/5): Highly recommend - The room itself was pretty basic/standard, but the host was super accommodating and helped me numerous times: stored most of my things while I went to Pattaya for a couple days, also dropped me off at the bus stop when it was pouring rain one morning and I couldn't get a taxi to pick me up to head to the bus terminal. Also allowed me to switch rooms w/o hesitation and even did my laundry for me for free :D The location is not quite central, but I knew this going in.
