• dayaratne (8/5): Great stay .All are very friendly and helpful. - Very close the Rajparop BTS. There is a road renovation in front of the hotel and it is bit difficult to come to the hotel with luggage. There is not an electric kettle for the room . It is very essential to the room .

• Mohan (8/5): - 1. Clean linen in the room 2. Clean room 3. Leaving water bottles and soap/shampoo in a plastic bag hung the door handle when the Do Disturb sign is placed. 1. The facility itself was good but the dirty linen were placed on the hallway. It smelled bad when walking pass by the 5-6 feet high dump. These dirty linens shouldn't be in the walking paths of the residents' rooms. 2. Inconvenience and discomfort were caused by the road construction which narrowed the pedestrian walkway and ultimately caused inconvenience. 3. Couldn't find English speaking staff at day time when the Manager sleeps after the towhole night shift.

• Jashiell (8/5): Great for group stay! - It is near by the BTS train station and 7-Eleven. It is also a 7 minute walk to the pratunam market. Their staff helped us to use their laundry machines at the lobby 👍 There is an ongoing road work in front of the apartment 😔

• win (7/5): - Location though main road in the front is under big construction No amenities in the room The worst is the plugs in the room did not work for charger. I told the reception guy . He came and checked. And give us a smile. Nothing changed. No one in the guest house cannt speak english

• William (10/5): Very good value, and a very good location - For my needs, this hotel was perfect for a short stay. Partly because I had meetings there were close by. But also due to the fact that the hotel is easily accessible from the airport. Just a quick walk from the Airport Rail Link (Ratchaprarop station). The hotel itself is old school. Simple, spartan. Not a lot of (any?) English spoken. I was communicating in Thai. There's a small park just to the north that is loaded with monitor lizards if you're looking for some exposure to nature in the middle of the city. It's a nice place to get some exercise.

• steven (4/5): seek alternatives - friendly hotel staff the room was old and in need of a refresh. patches on walls ceiling that had not been repainted over. the constant noise/vibrations from the 24 hour major road works outside. broken table and chairs (table top not attached, chairs both chair backs were missing). tiny pokey room. asked for double bed, there were only two singles.

It is very near to Pratunam market and other markets. Iron is provided upon request. Free coffee and ovaltine everyday. They don’t have closet and hangers for clothes. Everything can be heard from outside

The building is a bit old, but that's not a problem for me. What's important is cleanliness, hot shower, WiFi, air conditioning. That’s why l stay longer

• Jasper (6/5): Prima start voor backpackers - Goedkoop hotel op een goede locatie. Aardig personeel dat ook te vertrouwen was om spullen bij achter te laten. Er zaten kieren in het raamkozijn waardoor je alles hoorde van buiten. Dit was vooral een probleem bij onweer. Daar was niet in te slapen.

But very difficult to find the place at night time as road constructions are on going in front of the property and the number in the address of the property is not displaying to see. No kettle in the room to prepair tea/coffee.

• Jessica Mae (10/5): Comfortable stay, exactly as expected. - Overall, our stay at the hotel was very good. The place looks exactly like the pictures online, so there were no surprises upon arrival. We were provided with bottled water and toiletries every day, which was a thoughtful touch. The air conditioning worked really well and kept the room cool, and the bed was soft and very comfortable, making it easy to rest after a long day. The staff were attentive and made sure we had what we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for comfort and convenience. They have 2 cutesy cats in the lobby too! You can have your laundry as well and elevator is working. The japanese restaurant near the entrance is superb! 711 is about 15 steps away only.

• Ranapriya (10/5): Rajparop Place hotel - The place was clean. Very peaceful. The staff was kind. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the morning. Free drinking water bottles every day. Very good value for money Bit difficult to find the place. Maybe a bigger board or sign outside would help

• Christine (5/5): Okay if you are on a tight budget and won't stay long in your room. - It was cheap. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. A coin laundry is available onsite. It was quite a walk to Rajaprarop station especially if you're hauling luggage. The place is rundown and depressing. The staff try hard to keep it clean but there's only so much they could do with the aging property. Lots of bugs in the room.

• Ei (7/5): Good - Price is cheap and near with shopping zone. But the water basin and water heater don't work and although I told about that they didn't take action.
• Iswana (5/5): Affordable accommodation to sleep - Location is acceptable within walking distance to Pratunam Market and near to 7Eleven. They provide bottle water and soap bar everyday. We asked for an iron and it was provided. Staff do not speak English but were accommodating. There is a lift and a pantry for coffee and hot water. Window is too thin and we hear the traffic noise constantly. To make it worse, there is a road construction going on in front of the hotel and they work all night. It was hard to sleep on the first night. The door lock is a bit flimsy but surprisingly it was safe despite the front door was not lock over the night to allow guest to come in and out.
