- Sandra (9/5): Emplacement idéal pour cet appartement de charme - Excellent emplacement au centre ville, dans la zone piétonne, ce qui permet d’accéder partout à pieds. Très calme, on peut dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Appartement avec beaucoup de charme décoré avec goût. Très grandes chambres avec literie très agréable. Grande pièce ouverte qui fait salle à manger et salon. De grandes fenêtres apportent beaucoup de clarté. Cuisine bien équipée. Tout le nécessaire est fourni. Suffisamment de rangements à disposition. Indications très claires pour y accéder. Place de parking difficilement accessible à cause des horaires très restreints de la rue piétonne (2 accès journaliers: 6-8h et 18-20h). Prévoir un budget supplémentaire si stationnement dans la rue extérieure à la zone piétonne.

- Mary (9/5): Comfortable, convenient and charming. - Big apartment, lovely rooms, convenient location! Parking on arrival is a bit tricky. The kitchen appliances could be better.

- Anke (9/5): - Dass man im Vorhinein so viele Informationen zu lesen und viel auszufüllen hatte. Allerdings war die Gastgeberin dann am Telefon sehr höflich und geduldig mit ihren Erklärungen. Ich hätte im Vorhinein die Emails mehr beachten müssen. Das nächste Mal weiß ich dann, dass es für einige Unterkünfte mehr Informationen im Vorhinein braucht. Die Unterkunft selbst war wunderbar.

- alles in allem empfehlenswert, aber abgesehen von der Lage zu teuer Der Parkplatz ist nur zu bestimmten Zeiten erreichbar, da der Boller in der Zufahrt zur Fußgängerzone hoch geht. Dies schränkt die Flexibilität ziemlich ein.

- Martin (9/5): - Perfekte Lage Parkplatz aufgrund der Einfahrzeiten in die Fußgängerzone nicht ganz so perfekt, jedoch kann in der Nähe geparkt werden.

L'appartamento è grande e pulito. I serramenti sono un po' vecchi. Il fatto che l'accesso con le auto sia proprio bloccato in alcuni orari è abbastanza scomodo (ci sono le colonnine a scomparsa che bloccano l'accesso al centro)

- Joanne (7/5): Good - The location was great. Close to the city centre and easy to walk to the lake and shops/cafes. The apartment has an old world charm and was very large. The beds were very comfortable. The towels were very nice. It was quiet at night. Nice views out the windows. The management tried their best to accommodate the mishaps. I think unfortunately the management team was having a tough week. The childrens beds were not made when we arrived and we had to call to have the bedding supplied. There was a mix up with the keys and unfortunately 6 people from another apartment came into ours at midnight believing it was their apartment. Confusing and frightening!
I think the apartment would benefit from a few things - 1) supply enough dish washing liquid, dish washing tablets, sponges and bench spray, toilet paper etc so that people can keep the apartment clean while they are there. 2) a deep clean - remove all the old kitchen food (e.g., old spices that are out of date, bottles with no sauce), clean all the windows and scrub the mold from the wall pipe from the bathroom. I appreciate it is a lot of work to keep old apartments dust free and clean but it these things were addressed then it would go from a good place to an amazing place.
- Kirill (10/5): Exceptional - All good. In the kitchen we have found everything that can be needed for a comfortable weekend stay from oil to coffee in capsules. I can only suggest to expand description: point to the upper floor (without elevator); explain how close apartment to restaurants, old town, lift to the mountain and shops (incl.supermarket); provide more details how to use free parking (we did not understand when and how we can enter pedestrian zone without penalty); clearly state in description that there is one toilet room and one bathroom without toilet inside. Plus someone may find dust, but it would be crazy, as overall apartment is very clean.
