• Julia (7/5): - Buena ubicación, Rooftop con piscina y un departamento pequeño con un lindo balcón terraza No se describe claramente que el area de dormitorio está integrada al resto del departamento, separada parcialmente por un biombo. Los pocos elementos de cocina existentes en mal estado/inutilizables

• Susan (7/5): Sadly Apartment did not meet expectations - View was nice. Rooftop pool was great. Bedding was good. Shower and bathrooms nice. Towels lovely. Good hot water except last day no water at all prior to checkout. Good location. Check-in was easy and lobby personnel were helpful. 5th floor overlooking a very very noisy street. All night long, motorcycles , trucks, constant loud traffic. Windows had very poor noise insulation. If you are a light sleeper, this is definitely not for you. Had kitchen but no salt, no pepper, no basic amenities, sadly lacking. One worn out dish towel. Dish detergent was out after 2 days. .Toaster did not work, had to hold lever down, should be removed. No water, had to hunt for it, in a closet. Coffee pod machine with 1 pod left. Tried it was so old it was disgusting and undrinkable, should of been removed. King bed was large but not comfortable for me. All pressure points felt. My husband was not bothered. Floor looked clean but had a dusty film, felt on feet. Lounger was broken, lying in corner of balcony. Balcony door did not lock, was broken. Safe had no instructions so could not be used. Had to wear a wrist band for security. Very tacky considering it was a condo. Day of checkout no water at all from 9 am to 11am checkout. This apartment could be much improved with a few considerations. For the price you expect more. Host responded quickly but was not helpful about items reported, ie balcony door lock broken, broken lounger and safe not usable. Host relayed owner said instructions for safe were there, but they were not. Thank goodness we only booked for 3 nights. Also inside the main door handle fell right off. My husband had to refit and tighten the set screw with a kitchen knife. Lastly, lists toiletries supplied. Hand soap and toilet paper only.
• Julio (4/5): Clean rooms great staff but to much noise in the room - No water pressure in shower if any. You can’t sleep at all because of the “Super” loud noise due to all day and night traffic. The electric outlets wouldn’t work also it burn my wife’s 200 dollar hair straighter. Book charge us 540 dollars and we get here and the land lord wouldn’t let us in because we had to pay there an other 540 to a different account he said booking was a holding only. hope they refund us like she said. Paying 540 dollars on booking and paying again 540 at hotel to get in the room on a different account. Landlord said booking would refund us can’t get costumer. No water pressure in shower. Super load nose due traffic night and day can’t sleep

• Florent (8/5): Perfect for a short stay in Cancun - The view is stunning Check in was easy Host and personnel in the building very friendly and helpful Good location in front of playa tortugas : direct ferry to Isla mujeres, convenience store as well as public bus stops across the street. Good restaurants nearby. Quiet neighbourhood. 2 toilets Cleanness could be improved and the flat could benefit from a bit of paint here and there. Flat is not soundproof so one hears every car going by

• Reka (10/5): We had a stunning vacation there, we would love to go back one day and stay at the same place! - Our host was very nice, helpful and carrying! The apartment is beautiful, and very spacious. The location is amazing! The beach is right there, just across the street. There is also a supermarket, souvenir shops, bars, just few minutes walk from the apartment, right at the beach. Plus, the ferry boat to Isla Mujeres departs also from there, so once again, the lokation is amazing! There is also a gas station, like 15 minutes walk, there you can also buy food and drinks. I would definietly recommend this apartment, I hope one day we can go back :)
