Zahra (1/5): Terrible! - 1) The check-in is 1600 and not flexible. 2) The instruction is in Spanish, and we had a big struggle to enter the building. (The translation by google Translate did not show the entranse code correctly). 3) There was no towel in the room, except a very dirty one with several stains. When I asked for the towel, she brought it 12:05 PM. She knocked on the door and when we didn't answer because we were sleeping, she surprisingly opened the door and entered the room. Yes, in the middle of the night, and I was shocked. 4) we couldn't use the safe box since it was already lucked, and there was no code or key to open it. 5) There is a microwave but no plate in the room in case to use it. Only chicken stuff are some cups and a coffee maker. 6) Right now, a lot of constructions work in the nearby. So probably there is no chance to open the window during the day. 7) The instruction was full of dictation. "It is not allowed ", "It is important ", "Remember", ... .You don't feel welcome. 8) No responsibility accepeted and no oppology asked by the host because the issues.
