Acceso por un largo pasillo poco iluminado falto de limpieza y falta de desagües pluvial y de de la condensación del AC. Queda en un primer piso al q se accede por escaleras estrechas y sin pasamanos. Falta horno microondas.
• Leiva (10/5): UN DEPTO CON EXCELENTE CALIDAD/PRECIO - La ubicacion, perfecta para lo que necesitabamos. La atencion y predisposcion de Cristina, una genia! Es nuestro lugar de descanso en Cordoba
• Maggie (8/5): Cute apartment - It is a very cute apartment, but could use a few updates. The bed was comfortable. It is very quiet, and is far from the road which helps. It is well located, only a short 10 min walk to the centre. The restaurant beside has good food (but nor great coffee). I would have rated it better except we had cold showers. We were told to let the water run, but after 10 minutes, it was still cold. On both mornings. Also, because our bus broke down, we were late for check-in and were charged 15,000 pesos. This is not listed in the hotel's policies.

• Aaron (9/5): A nice place to relax after walking the sites.Comforting. - Great location, walkable to all locations of interest. Nice old/classic building apartment, super quiet as away from the street, a balcony/terrace to chill on, good airflow etc with windows/doors that can be opened. Netflix etc. Nice bed/ bedroom. If u are looking for a change from modern style apartments and want something more 'classic' (which I was) but still comfortable, clean and with modern attributes then this apartment is it.
• Miguel Angel (9/5): Apartamento agradable, edificio despintado. - Los ambientes del apartamento estaban ordenados y pintados. Los colores y la decoración de los espacios son agradables. Contar con espacio parking es una gran ventaja. Falta mantenimiento en instalaciones de griferías y funcionamiento de llave de paso para corte de agua ante un imprevisto, el picaporte de baño estaba suelto y se desprende. Falta de mantenimiento en fachada edilicia, también tiene aspecto de abandono en los espacios de uso común.

• Isobel (8/5): Beautiful historic apartment, wonderful terrace. - Great apartment, beautiful terrace and really pretty. In a good location in Cordoba, and a really friendly and responsive host. We stayed for a while so a few more kitchen amenities like bigger plates & bowls would have been helpful but nothing major!
• Elisa (9/5): Stylish, comfortable apartment close to the center of Cordoba; great for couples and solo travellers - The apartment is hosted in an old, renovated building with a lot of character (stylishly vintage). Everything was clean and tidy, and the landlady handed me over the keys in person -it was very easy to communicate with her-. The apartment has 2 air-con units , which were a blessing in the late-summer heat of Cordoba. There is also a lovely patio balcony outside to chill out in the evening. Plenty of supermarkets and stores in the neighbourhood, and the center is at less than 15 minutes walk.
