• Yilmaz (8/5): Keyifli, güvenli - Konum çok iyi, her yere yürüme mesafesi, market, cafe, ana caddeye, nehre, tarühi mekanlara yakın.. çok nezih bir bölgede. 2 kızımızla 4 kişilik aile için konforlu bir ev oldu. Yatak ve çekyat yatak gayet rahat, mutfak da iyiydi, yorumlara göre acaba mı diyordum ama ev genel olarak çok temizdi Tuvalette lavabo olsa iyi olurdu, onun haricinde her şey gayet iyiydi. Bir de sadece buraya özel değil ama 3te girip 10da çıkmak çok saçma.

Will be back again. - Location to city centre, quiet neighbourhood, clean and spacious, linen and basic supplies like coffee, salt & pepper, shower gela and shampoo were available. The board under dishwasher needs to be repaired, the heated towel rock in bathroom wasn’t working and the letter doesn’t switch off when boiled. Minor issues needing attention.

• Cynthia (9/5): Séjour fabuleux, au coeur de Vienne. Emplacement idéal et bel appartement en face d'un parc. - Nous avons grandement apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement, au coeur de Vienne, ce qui nous a permis de visiter la ville et les musées sans transport et de faire les courses au pied de l'appartement. Un très beau séjour. Quelques difficultés à récupérer les clés pour entrer dans l'appartement (gachette de la porte principale dysfonctionnante et clé abimée pour ouvrir manuellement) mais une très grande réactivité de l'hôte pour nous aider et tout est rentré dans l'ordre en 40 minutes. Peut-être prévenir que les 2 lits sont dans la même pièce. Pas idéal pour un couple avec 2 adolescents qui n'ont pas les mêmes rythmes de sommeil...

• Maria (6/5): - Ubicación céntrica, fácil acceso desde cualquier parte. La atención de los dueños, muy amable y rapidos. La cama es grande y estupenda. Los baños son pequeños. Tiene dos, 1 aseo solo con WC y es incomodísimo,super alto, el 2 baño con ducha, la puerta se cierra sola, muy pequeño en general y nada nuevo. Incómodo y mal distribuido. Lo peor del piso. El sofá cama muy incómodo, almohadas casi de papel.

• Raza (1/5): Bad - The size of the room is big The air conditioning is suboptimal. . It is a portable unit with large exhaust pipe which is routed to outside through the window. There is no proper outlet in window for exhaust. Instead the window is open halfway and held in place by "strings". This obviously resulted in the air conditioning being ineffective as the room temperature was the same as outside temperature due to the open window which could not be closed due the exhaust pipe. To make things worse the exhaust pipe kept on falling back into the room blowing all the warm air back into the room. There was nothing holding the exhaust pipe in place. It was completely free. I have never seen such a pathetic way to deal with the exhaust pipe. The open window is also a hazard specially if u have small kids as they can easily climb up. The washing machine did not work. We contacted the property and they sent someone to fix it while we were away. That person started the washing machine but it did not drain the water. Therefore our clothes were soaking wet and we had to hand wring them to make them dry. We paid over 630 euro for just 2 nites. We could have easily chosen a cheaper apartment but we thought we were paying for the air conditioning and other amenities which were obviously not upto standard We contacted the property with no resolution
• Inayatullah (3/5): Bad property with misleading description and bad host. - Except of location nothing at all. Property is advertised as Two bedrooms apartment which is false and misleading. It is kind of studio apartment, one bedroom with two double beds adjacent to kitchen in which one dirty sofa-bed is placed. Do not book if you are 4 adults traveling together unless you are willing to sleep in one bedroom. Toilet was very small with no ventilation system, you have to keep the window open for ventilation all the time. Bathroom was also not in good shape,kind of so so. Host was very irresponsive, I contacted her to clarify the matter and she responded the next day by saying that she was overloaded and that’s it. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERY.
• Patricia (3/5): Location was good but very disappointed in owner's refusal to fix our issues or partially refund. - The owner's mother met us with the keys and another gentleman showed us the apartment. The location was very good with walking to the cathedral. They advertise free parking and there was no free parking. Again, NO FREE PARKING as advertised. We got lucky because it was the weekend and we found an open spot a few blocks away to park for free. We were in constant contact with the owner who got pissed at us for a) being a few minutes late to meet his mom because we struggled to find parking on the street b) we contacted him because the tv didn't work and he didn't help solve the problem at all and we wanted to watch EuroCup matches c) we rented the apartment specifically for the washer because we arrived with no clean clothes and it was broken with no mention at all about that fact. The owner said "just close it harder" but there was no handle and we had no confidence we could even open it again if we did get it open. The owner refused to communicate with us after we had a few issues and should have given us a partial refund for the tv and the washer not working. The door handle and the door seal was not even on the washer.

• Mira (7/5): Overall the location and the apartment was 8/10, but the bathroom needs updating. - The location was amazing. It was a 15-mins walk from the train station and a 15mins walk to the closest Xmas market. The rooms were spacious and loved the big windows to give you access to the main square. There was no hot water, and the bathroom could do with re-modelling. It could do with more clear signs of the apartment as this was rather confusing for those that are 1st time visitors to Vienna and speak very little German.

• Cara (9/5): Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone! - Amazing, light spacem lovely bar and park nearby. Amazing location, really near the centre but quiet at night. Hosts were lovely over message. Bed were exceptionally comfy and the area was lovely and clean Coffee machines water/ tap water was dirty Shower had inconsistent temperature and was a little slippy

• Aliya (8/5): Great location, safe and big spacious room with air conditioning. - Location, comfort, easiness of receiving keys, Wi-Fi, AC (even though it is portable), tv, quiet, but safe area. The building has secure outside door that only opens with a key, which added to the safety. The design of the apartment, especially the bathroom. It is located in the entrance (separate door for the toilet to the right with no sink, separate door on the left for sink and shower.. hence a bit inconvenient) However the kitchen was a convenience, so was the iron and ironing board. Room was spacious with plenty of room to walk around.

Central to the city so was able to walk to the Cathedral on the first day. The property was opposite a park and the children were able to relax in the park in the evening Nothing really
• Anonymous (10/5): Loved it and will return. - Great location. Within easy walking distance to everything and close to transit, but a quiet area to return to after a busy day sightseeing. Simple set up, plenty of room for us (family 2 adults, 3 children). We all found the beds quite comfortable. Host was very responsive. Will stay here again. Could use a few more smaller spoons in the cutlery drawer. Other than that, it was great.

• Jayson (5/5): Response from the owner takes time. - Large room. However one of the bed is in the kitchen. toilet shower is falling apart. No hot water in the apartment and the customer response took overnight till the next afternoon before the issue was address. nevertheless the circuit breaker keeps on tripping and we have to reset it every now and then.
