• Ioan Gal (10/5): A fost o oază de liniște pe perioada Eurovisionului. - Un apartament foarte spațios, localizat într-o zonă bună a Vienei, foarte bine conectată la mijloacele de transport în comun și echipat cu tot ce trebuie.

• Michaela (8/5): - Ubytování bylo příjemné, přesně takové, jaké jsme očekávali. Snadný vstup do apartmánu pomocí kódu. Skvělé bylo to, že nám bylo zajištěno i parkování pro 2 auta. Nicméně večer i o víkendu se dalo parkovat na ulici bez problémů a zdarma. V blízkosti byl obchod, restaurace, MHD prakticky hned před domem. Apartmán je v domě přímo na rušné ulici, takže byly slyšet tramvaje, ale člověk si zvykl a ruch tolik nevnímal. Obývací pokoj/kuchyň byla směrována do vnitrobloku, kde se v noci spínalo světlo, takže to první noc při spaní rušilo, ale také jsme si zvykli. Doporučila bych dovybavit kuchyň, bylo tam na můj vkus málo nádobí a kuchyňského náčiní. Ale i přes tyto drobné "výtky" si nám v ubytování líbilo.
• Beata (9/5): - Wszystko zgodnie z opisem, czysto i przyjemnie. Apartament duży, w mieszkaniu cicho, jest wszystko, co potrzebne. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, właściciel bardzo pomocny. Dobre miejsce, jeśli chodzi o komunikację- blisko do tramwaju.

• Anastasiia (9/5): Гарне помешкання, чисто, затишно та зручне розташування, рекомендуємо! - Гарна площа квартири для великої родини, наявність пральної машини та посудомийної машини (і засоби до неї). Зручно, що була ванна, для дітей це було комфортно. Зручні ліжка. Швидкий зворотній звʼязок із власником по будь-яких питаннях. Хотілось би мати більшу кількість подушок для такої кількості людей.

• Justyna (3/5): - Obiekt położony na uboczu. Dojechaliśmy późno więc trudno było znaleźć jakiś sklep w okolicy. Apartament był bardzo słabo posprzątany, a w toalecie ewidentnie ktoś palił. Zapach papierosów był bardzo silny w pomieszczeniach, głównie w toalecie.

• Annette (8/5): - Straßenbahn vor der Haustür, es war bei geschlossenen Fenstern ruhig, es war ruhig im gesamten Haus, es war alles in allem in Ordnung. Mikrowelle war defekt, ein Rolladen in einem der Schlafzimmer war defekt und funktionsunfähig, im GästeWc war der Boden nur mäßig sauber.
• Raluca Maria (8/5): Decent for the price - It was spacious. There are some markets here and there is a 5-6 minutes walk tot the tram. The host responded pretty quickly to the requests. Overall it was okay. But keep in mind it is not that close to the center, so take into consideration the 30 minutes trip to the center where are all the sightseeing places. We had trouble with the wifi, it didn't work much on the first day, then it kind of worked (sometimes it did, sometimes not). I would rate the cleanliness 6/10, it could have been much cleaner. Also the photos were a little deceiving as the bathroom was separated into 2 different rooms: a room which had a sink, bathing tub and shower, and another very small room which had just a toilet. Also it was really cold when we entered the apartament, but we figured out how to turn on the heating (it could be nice if it would be warm inside beforehand).

• Julia (9/5): - Die Wohnung war groß, wir hatten zu viert mehr als genug Platz. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgestattet. Es gibt vor der Tür verschiedene Haltestellen, von denen wir zuverlässig und recht schnell zu unseren Zielen kamen. Da wir uns die meiste Zeit selbst versorgt haben, waren auch die Supermärkte in der direkten Umgebung von Vorteil.

Çok yakında marketler var hangisini isterseniz hofer lidl tedy vb hangisini ararsanız. Yakında benzin istasyonu araç yıkama istasyonu gibi seçeneklerde var bunlar benim için iyi oldu. Ev sahibi otopark konusunda çok güzel yardımcı oldu . Biz 2 aile kaldik ve gayet memnun ayrıldık 😇 Hıçbirşey 🙂

• Dino (10/5): - Apartment was clean, modern and very comfortable. Location was excellent, close to public transport and shops. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was clear and fast. The place was quiet and well equipped, perfect for a short city stay. Everything was fine. No major issues during the stay.

• Aikunim (9/5): Очень остались довольны выбором. - Апартаменты очень приятные и комфортные, есть все необходимое для приятного пребывания. Рядом жд станция, большой супермаркет Billa, чуть дальше Interspar. Запах в подъезде не очень приятный, но в апартаментах он не слышен.
• Bárbara (10/5): Adorámos o apartamento. Tinha todos os utensílios necessários, era espaçoso, confortável e quente. - Espaço era ótimo! Muito espaçoso, confortável e quente. Não é não gostar, apenas ficava um pouco longe do centro, mas já sabíamos isso quando fizemos a reserva.

• Amra (10/5): Odličan boravak! - Apartman je stvarno velik i prostran. U njemu ćete pronaći 90% stvari koje imate i u svojoj kući, od mašine za veš/suđe, do najsitnijih pomagala u kuhinji. Jedino što bih mogla istaknuto je slaba količina tople vode, ali ne znam koliko je to do vlasnika.. da li je zgrada u pitanju?!

• Isa (10/5): Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Schöne Apartments. Buchen wir gerne wieder ! - Wir hatten 2 Apartments für insgesamt 11 Personen gebucht. Die Unterkunft ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln super gut zu erreichen. Zum Schottentor/Innenstadt sind es nur 25min mit der Straßenbahn. Die Apartments sind sehr schön eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die einzelnen Zimmer und Küchen sind sehr großzügig geschnitten. Der große Esstisch war für uns ideal. Restaurants, Bäcker und Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ganz easy und immer zeitnah.

There’s a big dining table what is really cool for our family of 5 . The tram station is in 2 min walk from the apartment . The supermarket is right downstairs. I’ve forgotten to confirm that we need a parking slot for our car but the host (Hallo and Dank, Andrea 🙂) managed to provide the parking for us on a shot notice upon arrival. Everything was great!

• Michael (9/5): - Wir verbrachten eine Woche zu dritt in dieser sehr geräumigen Wohnung. Sitzplätze und Geschirr sind für 6 Personen vorhanden, so dass wir sehr bequem auch einen Gast aus Wien in die Wohnung zum Abendessen einladen konnten. Die Lage ist gut an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden, dafür darf man nicht erwarten, dass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Bei geschlossenem Fenster hatte ich aber keine Probleme mit einem guten Schlaf.

• Sonja (9/5): - Komunikacija s vlasnicima objekta, stvarno su se potrudili dati nam sve informacije u vezi s parkiranjem, jer smo bili sa dva automobila. Apartman je bio uredan, dobro opremljen, ugodan. Druga soba je dosta manja, kao i krevet u toj sobi. Bilo nas je šestero, četvero odraslih i dvoje djece (2 obitelji), pa smo nas troje spavali u tom manjem krevetu, jer nije bilo druge mogućnosti. Kauč u dnevnom boravku je bio premalen.

• Natalia Odesky (8/5): - דירה גדולה ומאובזרת טוב, מתאימה למשפחה. המטבח מאובזר ומתאים לבישולים. אינטרנט טוב וחזק. דירה נקייה, בעלי הדירה זמינים מאוד. מיקום טוב מבחינת תחבורה ציבורית, ישנו סופרמרקט קרוב מאוד לבית. הייתה אפשרות חנייה לרכב קטן קרוב לבית, מכיוון ששכרנו suv, היינו צריכים לחנות קצת רחוק, תחנה אחת בחשמלית מהדירה, יחד עם זאת החנייה הייתה בחינם עם כרטיס שבעלי הדירה סידרו לנו. אני לא בן אדם של ערים גדולות, לכן לא רגילה לישון ולשמוע תחבורה ציבורית מחוץ לחלון, לאחרים במשפחה זה לא הפריע.
