• NATAŠA (10/5): - Sve je bilo odlično od uputstva za ulaz do smeštaja. Ima sve što treba da ima. I peglu i kafemašinu i krpe i toalet papir više i dodatne jastuke i you tube... Sve je bilo savršeno. Hvala još jednom domaćinu.

• Walter (3/5): - Der Schlüssel war im falschen Schlüsselfach hinterlegt. Musste im strömenden Regen 10 verschiedene Schlüsselfächer durchsuchen. Die Fotos des Zimmers täuschen. Sehr abgenutzte Möbel, kaputte Rollläden, kaputte Möbel, WC-Deckel im Vergleich zum WC viel kleiner, viel Staub und kein Kühlschrank vorhanden. Ein großer Spalt unter der Eingangstür, somit hört man Personen extrem laut die sich im Gang aufhalten.... Ich kann dieses Zimmer nicht weiterempfehlen.
• Eugeniusz (5/5): Brak słów - Mieszkanie było w porządku – czyste, przyjemne i wygodne. Samo Kontakt możliwy był wyłącznie przez SMS lub WhatsApp. Doszło do ogromnego nieporozumienia związanego z przygotowaniem i lokalizacją karty wejściowej , która znajdowała się na ogrodzeniu w odległości ok. 20–30 metrów od wejścia głównego . Nie znając miejsca ani otoczenia, należało się tego jedynie domyślać, stojąc przed 11-piętrowym budynkiem. Sytuację znacznie uprościłoby przesłanie dwóch zdjęć. Zamiast tego otrzymaliśmy opis w języku angielskim, który musieliśmy tłumaczyć na polski i niemiecki, co dodatkowo wprowadziło chaos. W rezultacie przez blisko 3 godziny szukaliśmy karty, co było bardzo nieprzyjemnym doświadczeniem

• Tamás (8/5): Modern, tiszta jô elhelyezkedèsū apartman. - elhelyezkedés, tiszta, modern rendezett apartman. szép kilàtàssal. nem volt mikro :( . az edények teflonos ütött kopott, étel melegîtésére alkalmatlan àllapotban voltak. Csak egy kulcskàrtya volt ami megnehezîtette a pakolàst mivel a lift csak ezzel müködik.
• Pavla (10/5): - Apartmán je prostorný a zajímavě řešený. Postel byla pohodlná. Kuchyň je dostatečně vybavená pro případné vaření. Kávovar někdo v minulosti poničil, ale je funkční a kafe udělá. Škoda, že nelze víc otevřít okna. Přes ta mírně zaprášená nelze udělat pěkné foto 😉

• Alexis38 (9/5): Espectacular piso. - Piso sencillamente espectacular. De ensueño. Se anuncia como adaptado para movilidad reducida pero en realidad es accesible. El aseo y la ducha no están adaptados para personas con movilidad reducida.
• Katja Karin (8/5): - Das Appartement ist gut gelegen und leicht mit dem Bus erreichbar. Die Aussicht aus der 11. Etage und der Blick über Wien war großartig. Supermärkte sind direkt im Gebäude. Die Ausstattung war gut und komfortabel. Das Appartement war sehr sauber. Ideale Unterkunft für eine Städtereise! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist außergewöhnlich gut. Es roch nach Zigaretten, es gab nur 2 Messer und keine Gabeln. Die Nespressomaschine ist wohl von einem vorherigen Bewohner auf dem Herd stehen gelassen worden und geschmolzen. Wir glauben, dass man die Maschine eher nicht mehr verwenden sollte. Wir haben sie vorsichtshalber nicht angefasst.

• Marta (8/5): Ogólnie polecam:) - Pomimo że mieszkanie jest oddalone od centrum to obraliśmy sobie ul. Stubentor jako bazę wypadową na którą jeździliśmy z pobliskiego przystanku autobusowego a dalej metrem i tramwajem w każdą stronę Wiednia. Jeśli chodzi o gotowanie jakby ktoś chciał to wg mnie trochę mało przyborów kuchennych. Ogólnie bardzo ok. Niestety nie mieliśmy Internetu , pomimo starać personelu nie udało się go naprawić podczas naszego pobytu . Byliśmy bez Internetu i tv.

The whole design of the place was really great and for the price I would definitely stay there again At first we didn't like the location but it's only a 5 min walk to the nearest tram station that will take you to the city Centre so if you don't mind the walk it's ok

• Gabriela (7/5): Good - The apartment is quite new an is located in a nice tower, it also has lovely views of the city. The location is good, well-connected to the city center by public transport and near to two big supermarkets. Poorly cleaned in general, walls with marks of oily hands, broken furniture, and missing basic kitchen aids for a short stay. Low-quality chairs and pillows. Getting in was also difficult, with poor indications. The building has a name that is not included in the description and it could help to find it. One morning someone knocked on the door before 8 am (we think was someone cleaning the building/apartments), we didn't get up cause we were still in be, the person came in and immediately left when saw us.

• Mohamed (10/5): Nice & comfort.. - Every thing was really perfect @ comfortable inside .. the view outside was amazing too .. being surrounded with commercial spots was also great . Just adding a photo for the key box on the fence is recommended & highly needed ..

• Chiaow (1/5): They are liars and thieves!!! Please stay away from this flat!! - Nothing. This accommodation is a huge scam; please stay away!!!!!!!! Or you will lose your holiday and your money!!!!!!!! The way they treat their customers is totally wrong. Their customer service was terrible!!!!!!! I booked a room for three people, but there was only one double bed. The sofa for the third person was so small that nobody could sleep on it. I contacted them, and they said they would try to help us. But after waiting for an hour, they just sent us a message saying they were sorry but couldn’t help us. So that night, I had to sleep on the floor!!!!!! Due to their poor treatment and attitude, we decided to move out and request a refund. They told me they would give us a refund, but when I asked multiple times how much the refund would be, they didn’t give me a clear answer. They just replied, "You will check out today, right?" They are huge liars and super irresponsible!!!! After we checked out, I realized I would only receive a 40 euro refund instead of a full refund for the three days. (I had booked for four nights.) As of today, August 16, 2024—two and a half months after checking out—we are still arguing about the refund. They refuse to acknowledge their fault and how poorly they treated us!!!! By the way, when I asked for help from Booking.com, they just told me they couldn't help me get my money back, and they wouldn’t assist me in arguing with the accommodation. I asked for help many times and explained my story repeatedly because I kept dealing with different customer service representatives. One of the managers promised to help me until this issue was resolved, but then she disappeared!!!! I wasted so much time dealing with these people and still couldn’t get my money back. Booking.com provided no support at all!!!!!!

• Seymen (3/5): Poor - The room was very clean and all the items were sufficient. The location was very good, there was a market and a gas station nearby. It took me about 2.5 hours to find the box containing the card that I could use to enter the room, the person I rented from took a very long time to respond to my messages and phone calls, although the hotel location was the real location, the hotel staff took me and my family out saying they did not have a reservation and directed them to another address. The drunks near the hotel asked me and my family for money to find the box. It was a very bad memory.

• Nela (1/5): SCAM - To explain my situation. Instructions for finding a keybox were sent to me via whatsapp that I used also for disscusing options for parking. The instructions were incorrect and I was unable to find the keybox, therefor I have contacted the owner via whatsapp at 18:47 and I asked for help. The answer was they will contact me shortly. No one contacted me and they didn't give me relevant picture or additional navigation to the keybox. I also tried to call the number that is on booking (+436705089559). They didn't pick up my call but they sent me a message with a request to give them more details, which I did at 19:12. At 19:30 I was really depressed and I decided to really believe this was a scam and leave. At 21:04 finally someone called me that the key might be on the other side that is in the description (I also checked it even before I received this info). I would like to point out that noone was here to help me for more than 2 hours, therefor I have decided to leave the place, before I did I sent a message on whatsapp that I will request the full refund for a really bad service. Nevertheless even today I have not received the picture of a keybox that I was promised to receive.
