• Sanna (10/5): Beautiful terrace! - We booked this on a bit of a whim coming from Sweden and wow, really glad we did. As a couple this was just perfect. The apartment is spacious, bright and actually feels like somewhere you want to spend time, not just sleep. Check-in was completely seamless, everything explained in advance, we just showed up and walked in. The place itself is well maintained, quiet, proper kitchen, clean bathroom, nothing missing. But the terrace. That is what got us. Spent the evening out there and did not want to leave. Private, cozy, beautifully arranged. You open a bottle of wine and suddenly going out again feels unnecessary. It really lifts the whole stay. U3 is a short walk so getting around Vienna is easy, but the neighborhood itself is relaxed and local which we loved. Belvedere, Prater, all very reachable. We only booked one night and that was our mistake. We were genuinely sad to leave and wished we had stayed longer. We will absolutely be coming back, already talked about it on the way home. All was great!

• Séverine (8/5): Séjour idéal, avec appartement bien situé pour une belle découverte de Vienne. - Excellent emplacement, près de plusieurs moyens de transport et en face d'une église très charmante. Beaucoup de commerces et épiceries autour, et de magnifiques couchers de soleil grâce à la belle vue! La télé ne fonctionnait pas (pas trop grave), mais la machine à laver ne semblait pas avoir un cycle court. Elle émettait aussi des "bips", tout comme le lave-vaisselle.
• Larisa (9/5): - Хороший район, уже проживали здесь в прошлое посещение Вены. Квартира недалеко от метро, но при желании можно и пешком приятно прогуляться до центра города. Квартира светлая, комфортная, чистая, есть всё необходимое и в спальне и на кухне. Тишина, ничего не мешает спать. Неподалёку продуктовый магазин. Чёткие инструкции по заселению. Никаких проблем. Единственное замечание к спальному месту на втором этаже. Диван был очень твёрдым. Оплата проходит через сторонний платежный сервис(не Booking), это нас насторожило, но после разъяснений службы поддержки Booking и связи с сотрудниками объекта размещения ситуация прояснилась. Вероятно, стоит добавить это в описание к объекту, чтобы у других клиентов не возникало подобных вопросов.
• Jonathan (8/5): Alles in allem absolut in Ordnung. - Wunderbarer Blick von der Dachterrasse und gute Kommunikation. Es gab nur 1 Bett und die Ausziehsofas waren weder gerichtet noch wirklich bequem. Für 2 Personen, die in einem Bett schlafen wollen top - für mehr Personen oder getrennt schlafende Reisende eher nichts.

• Özcan (10/5): Harika konum, sessiz bir bölge, otel konforunda ev hissi - Çok konforlu, rahat, konumu harika bir daire, metroya yakın sessiz sakin bir bölgedeydi. Tüm gün gezdikten sonra eve dönme hissini yaşamak güzel bir deneyimdi. Sadece tek eleştirim daha derin bir temizlik yapılabilirdi.

• Isaac (8/5): Very good - Good location, close to metro station, and with several places on the sorroundings to buy groceries. Very clean apartment. Good main bedroom. The bed upstairs was too uncomfortable. One of the blinds on the door to the terrace was missing.

• Angela (9/5): A great, well-equipped apartment in a quiet location, with a fabulous roof terrace. - The location was excellent - within a few minutes walk of two Metro stations, and a local bus service. The neighbourhood was very quiet and residential. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the whole apartment was very clean and comfortable. The roof terrace was fabulous, and very welcome, especially since the weather was so warm while we were there, and fantastic sunsets. We met some lovely people, staying in the next flat, while on the roof terrace! The air condition units and electric blinds worked very well. It is an old building, with modern roof top extensions, and there were some lovely features within the building. There were several shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes' walk, including a useful local supermarket. There was some confusion about the method of getting into the building, but a telephone call to the hosts sorted that out. There could have been better instructions for getting to the apartment from the train station. The instructions for local transport given, seemed to be of use to guests who might have travelled from the airport, and not from the train station as we did. There was no indication of whether the public transport listed was a Metro, tram or bus, so we gave up trying to find the correct method of transport and walked. Subsequently, during our stay, it was very easy to get to and from the apartment by Metro and a few minutes' walk from there to the apartment. Unfortunately, the lift was out of action since some days before our arrival, and was still not working when we left after 4 nights. The apartment was on the 4th floor, and 147 steps from the ground floor. We are both in our 60s, so this was quite some work-out! The sofa bed in the upper floor of the apartment was too hard/firm.

• Dusan (6/5): Spatious duplex apartment with a large terrace and a great view. - Location was excellent, so was the apartment itself. Everything was like described. Clean and spacey. Lots of room and a large terrace with a good view. Two subway stations are very near. There is a church bell right across the road which tolls every morning at 8AM for a few minutes. You can count on being woken up early. 5 minutes before the check out time, door unlocked and the cleaning lady walked in. I wasn't expecting that. Really unpleasant.

• Abdullah (6/5): Not good for a group of three stay - Nice location Beautiful terrace Would have been great for a solo or a couple's trip 1- Shower drain was blocked when we arrived. 2- Not enough toilet paper was provided for three people for a long stay 3- The provided towels were very small 4- one of pillow covers was stained 5- Only one pillow per person that was cheap and small. 6- No laundry detergent to wash clothes and bedding 7- Flushing button becomes stuck everytime it is pressed 8- Only one key to the building which is not ideal if travelling as three people.
