• Emanuelsson (5/5): - Bra läge, nära till affärer och restauranger. Bra tv med chrome cast. Hiss fanns. Mycket liten toalett och handfatet mycket litet. Trångt mellan vägg och säng, man får inte vara den kraftiga typen för att komma emellan. Störande taklampa i sovrummet som skallrade så fort grannen ovanför gick på golvet.

• Lukas (8/5): Zentral gelegene Wohnung, gut für 2 Personen. Leider sehr schmutzig, laut und schlecht unterhalten. - Gute Lage direkt bei der U-Bahnstation. Schnelles und gut funktionierendes WLAN. Für 2 Personen gute Wohnungsgrösse. Für 4 Personen eher schwierig, da die Räume hintereinander angeordnet sind (Zugang zum Schlafzimmer durch das Wohnzimmer hindurch). Schlafzimmer eher klein (zwischen Bettgestell und Wand nur 20-30 cm Platz, fast zu wenig um auf die andere Seite des Betts zu gelangen). Fenster schützen gut vor Strassenlärm, wer aber lieber mit offenem Fenster schläft, bekommt den ganzen Lärm mit. Sauberkeit mangelhaft: Frühere Gäste haben ungewaschenes, schmutziges Geschirr im Schrank verstaut. Kein Wunder: Material für einen Handabwasch fehlt. Der Vermieter sollte dies bei der Reinigung prüfen und verhindern. Wird ein Sitzhocker verschoben, ist darunter eine dicke Staubschicht. Die Wohnungsreinigung sollte gründlicher erledigt werden. Vieles wackelt (Dusche, Badezimmer) weil nicht sauber montiert (Schrauben anziehen) oder es klemmt (Schrank, Schubladen). Billig eingerichtet, schlecht unterhalten. Nachts manchmal sehr laut von der Strasse (Verkehr, Betrunkene, Streitende).

• Markus (8/5): Praktische Wohnung in günstiger Lage - Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, direkt an einer U- Bahn-Station. Viel Sehenswertes lässt sich zu Fuß erreichen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet. Der Duschvorhang sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden.

• Sandra (9/5): - Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung, die Lage und die Ruhe des Appartements. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn und zur Bäckerei. Aber auch zum Donau-Kanal an dem wir nett schlendern konnten. Individuell für uns die Nähe zum Weiterbildungsträger.

• Gonzalo (8/5): Reservando con tiempo: calidad/precio excelente. - Calefacción por suelo radiante. La ubicación muy buena, cerquita de la parada de metro Kardinal-Nagl-Platz linea Nº3 naranja. Más cerca aún parada de bus. Panadería y super marca Billa muy cerquita. Enchufes cerca de la cama. El baño, pequeño pero con todo. Cocina equipada, pero sin microondas. Ventanas a la calle, es un tercero, luminoso. Falta microondas. Las almohadas son muy incómodas. El ascensor es diminuto. El edificio es el de la farmacia, el número 1 fachada de color rosa claro.Por fuera parece más o menos moderno, pero por dentro es viejo aunque el apartamento está reformado y modernizado. Mobiliario blanco= se ven más las manchas.

Il divano e i cuscini delle sedie erano tutti macchiati e/o strappati. Sotto al letto c'era una busta con degli asciugamani appallottolati, probabilmente usati. Bagno angusto

• Oliver (9/5): Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung, gute Lage. - Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Die Lage hat uns gut gefallen, man kann zu Fuß zur Innenstadt gehen, U-Bahn ist auch direkt nebenan. Geschäfte und Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr gute Wahl. Duschvorhang ist nicht optimal. Größere Schüsseln haben gefehlt.
• Irmgard (8/5): - Lage - Nähe zur U-Bahn Station Vermieter war erreichbar Einfacher Check in Ausstattung in Ordnung ( für 2 Personen) Sauberkeit Eher hellhörig: Die Deckenlampe im Schlafzimmer klirrte jedes Mal, wenn die Bewohner ober uns (im Zimmer ober uns) sich im Raum bewegten. Schlafzimmer: eher eng - zum zweiten Bett, auf der anderen Seite kommt man nur, über einen sehr schmalen Gang Bad: Waschbecken ist sehr klein Küche: Gefrierschranktüre schießt nicht ordentlich, daher total vereist

• m_miracle (10/5): - Хорошая квартира! Подогрев полов в холодную погоду очень ценная вещь! Отличное расположение, метро в одном шаге, три остановки до центра. Рядом продуктовый, только имейте в виду, что после 19 в Вене все магазины закрываются, потом только кафе и рестораны. Как так, нет шампуня?! И если есть стиральная машина, то должны быть в наличии капсулы для стирки. Матрас очень твёрдый, на любителя.

• Andrei (10/5): Prefect stay in Wien - feels like home - It was one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. It was really cozy and nicely designed, and we felt like home here. The apartment icludes everything you need, even the tea set with Gustav Klimt paintings. The area is quiet, and the subway station is in couple of minutes by walk. Two Billa supermarkets are next door, and every morning we enjoyed fresh bakery from there. The self-check-in was easy, the only issue was that we did not find the right building straight away, but there was a number under the entrance door. The apartment is well insulated and warm even in the cold days. I highly recommend this apartment for your perfect stay in Wien! Nothing to complain about, only wish to thank the host for a great stay!
• Anastasia (8/5): A good choice in a quiet neighborhood - Beautiful apartment, next to the tube that takes you everywhere. In 10’ walk it’s a very nice pub. It’s a quiet neighborhood a bit far from the main district but it has supermarket and bakery in a few steps. We had specifically mentioned in advance that the sofa needed to be prepared for sleeping, but unfortunately, this was not done. I had also informed the host about my arm injury, yet the directions provided to the property were minimal, and I had to walk with my luggage for 25 minutes, which was quite challenging. When I called the host for assistance in locating the house, their response felt ironic. Lastly, clearer instructions for the heating system would be appreciated, as it wasn’t intuitive to use .

Good location, close to metro and bus station. Definitely worth the review rate. The bathroom is a little bit small. Otherwise, everything is perfect.
• Richard (8/5): A good place to stay for a weeks holiday in Vienna - Cosy and warm apartment. Very good location for an easy commute into Vienna centre. Very small lift to the 3rd floor apartment preferred walking up the stairs.
• 5atya (9/5): Would definitely recommend for a weeks visit for two people. Hosts were amazing! - Good location. Takes less than 15 minutes to get to Stephansplatz (city center) - one train. Very close to station. The kitchen comes with a IH heater and oven. It is large enough to use comfortably. Bed was very comfy. The hosts were wonderful - accommodated us for our check-in time. The provided hairdryer broke but they replaced it immediately. The bathroom was a bit small and shower pressure was not up to our liking. Mopping the bathroom floor was a bit inconvenient. Would have liked a microwave in the kitchen. We were there during the summer heatwave so it did get quite hot during the night. Opening the windows would let the street noise in - but definitely not a dealbreaker.

I can truly recommend this accommodation to everyone. I missed a dishwasher. But another explanation is that I am lazy. All other equipment was perfect, including two fans needed for these hot days.

Good parking near it. - The apartment was just lovely, spacious (for 2 persons) with plenty of natural light, and located in a good area. It had 2 rooms (a large living room, and a bedroom), a kitchen and a bathroom. The bed was great, good mattress, the building was quiet, we had slept perfectly. The kitchen had everything needed for a few days stay, we had a coffee machine and the coffee was on the house. The location is great, with a metro station right there (10 min to Stephansplatz via U3), a park, a bakery, a supermarket, garbage disposals etc. There is a large parking with good prices (3-4 euros per day) at about 10minute walk, near the Danube canal. The host was very kind. We had self check-in and check-out, with key in a lock box, easy to handle. We came by car, and the location was easy to reach. Would definitely return to this place. Not one bad thing. We had a lovely trip and this accommodation was a huge plus.

• Paul_f (9/5): Superb - Whilst on a multi-centre trip, I decided to get an apartment in Vienna so that I could easily do laundry etc and what a lovely cosy little apartment this was. It is situated in a lovely neighborhood on the edge of a park. Lots of amenities close by including a fabulous bakery that's ideal for delicious pastries etc for breakfast. The nearest tube stop is only a couple of minutes away and it gets you into the city in no time. Lots of good communication with the hosts and with an easy self check in too. Nothing to complain about
• Roxana (9/5): Great, overall, we would choose the apartment again if we would come back to Vienna. - The location was great, 2 minutes walking from a metro station, with restaurants, a pharmacy, supermarkets around. We even walked to the city center and back, so it's not far from it, especially if you're a tourist and want to discover the city. Also, a nice park in front of the apartment building, which was great, considering that we had our 7 year old son with us. Inside of the apartment we had everything we needed, just as described. It was quiet and pleasant, with a very comfortable bed in the bedroom. The hosts shared information about the city with us even before we arrived, and that was very helpful, we actually parked our car in the garage they recommended. The couch in the living room is not very comfortable for an adult, but ok for a small child, so it worked in our case. Even better if you're just a couple staying there, the other king size bed was very comfortable.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The accommodation was close to the U3 metro station and you were in the center in 10 minutes. It was great, I recommend it.
• Радина (10/5): A cozy apartment close to Vienna’s main sightseeings - Very clean, well heated and well maintained apartment, perfect for couples. The kitchen is very well equipped. The U3 metro station is 1 min walk from the apartment and Stephansplatz is a 4-5 min ride with the metro. The U3 line is also connected to Wien Mitte train station from which is the connection to/from the airport. Perfect location with a lot of supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacy, etc. I highly recommend this apartment.

• Kiwibird (8/5): Great apartment (for couples) and easily accessible to central Vienna. - Apartment was clean and bright. Very close to a UBann station which took 5 mins to get into central Vienna. Also a lovely bread shop just across the road for our morning pastries! My son had to sleep on the pullout couch which was very uncomfortable, so this apartment would be better for couples only.

• Nataliia (10/5): A lovely accommodation in Vienna :) - The house is situated within a walking distance of the metro station, allowing for a peaceful stroll through a lush green park area prior to check-in. If you travel with children, you will appreciate the playground there. The hospitable host family provided us with clear instructions regarding house rules and key collection. They even made a gracious appearance on our first day to ensure our utmost comfort. All necessary amenities are provided, rendering this location ideal for a prolonged stay in Vienna. The host family also provided their guests with a number of leaflets and maps of the city which was highly appreciated. Stephansplatz is only four stops away, a convenient bakery is situated across the street, and a Billa is a mere few minutes away. The bed was comfortable, ironing facilities and a hair-drier were thoughtfully provided, as well as a convenient coffee machine with accompanying capsules. We were struck by the host's gentlemanly demeanor, patient approach, and overall pleasant conduct. We extend our sincerest gratitude for providing us with such a wonderful stay. The flat was equipped with all essential cooking utensils and cutlery, though a microwave would have been a welcome addition. However, this minor detail did not detract from the overall comfort of our stay.

• Oana-corina (7/5): Good - The location of the accomodation is great. The 3rd district is one of the best ones in Vienna. The public transport stations are very close. In the proximity there's a parking garage with reasonable prices, plus supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, drug store etc. The inner city is 15-20 mins walk from the location. Wi-fi works very well, if that's an important aspect to know. The hosts are very nice and helpful with everything needed. We enjoyed our stay and we'll come back in the future! we missed a couple of things - the kitchen could be better equiped - e.g basic things one would need for a small snack (salt, spices, oil, dishes soap etc) - these have been provided everywhere else we went. Additionally, there was no hand soap in the bathroom, neither toiletries, which again, we had in other accomodations. the main thing that bothered us was the unchanged bed linen we found when we arrived. it didn't smell fresh and clean and it was clearly wrinked from previous guests. I am sure this was an exception and not common practice. we communicated it to the hosts and luckily there was a washing machine and we were able to wash the linen ourselves. one thing I would recommend is changing the towels. they look kind of very used and some new ones would be nice to have
