• Thulasitharan (5/5): Okay . Just be prepared for issues - Staff's are okay to respond. It's near a load of 711 and very near a big C. Parking is also available for bikes. The door lock jammed and created an issue several times. I was locked out and have to use Google translate to say the staff my issue. They gave me a temporary lock with key. I'd recommend you take a big lock and key with you. The heater did not work. The lift looks like it needs repair. Other than that you get what you pay for.

• Ellie (7/5): Good - Lovely staff, we had to be reassigned our room 3 times as we didn’t have a fridge or tv in our first one ( we didn’t mind the lady insisted on swapping us) then the second room the shower didn’t work so we ended up on the top floor and the view is actually quite nice! Not bad for a couple nights stay, nice and cheap

• Christopher (1/5): SCAMMERS - Nothing SCAMMERS they accept booking here then when arrive they say overbooked and send to a cheaper place. This happened to many people. They don’t answer messages even from booking.com. STAY AWAY.

• Po (1/5): Horrible - Nothing. The room was filthy, old, mouldy and smells, water dropping from the ceiling. Nothing like the picture displayed. No bin was provided, staff tried to charge more for the rubbish disposal so I have to take the rubbish out myself. No hot water, no fridge and no kettle in room 713. It was my family worst accomodation in Bangkok.

I asked for change beddings ( pillowcase, sheets) They promised, but nothing happened. So only spend 1 night but not in bed. Place like a shelter for homeless. For real😞😞😞😞

RUN FROM THIS SCAM

• Zofja (1/5): Unorganized, terrible property. - Nothing, I arrived late straight from yesterday airport and was told they had no available room for me Everything, the staff hasn't a clue what was going on. There was no room for me and it was pitch black outside and ut was my first nightin bangkok and i'm a solo travelling. The receptionist said I'd get a refund if I called a number and no one has answered.

No trash can in the room ...once u you out of the bathroom ..there is no mat to wipe the feet..the floor is slippery..I am nearly got accident....no hanging towel inside the toilet ..and the basin in the toilet..the outlet to run the water..if you did not check it is in the hole.. everything the floor of the toilet is dirty..no wifi ..no tv ...no fridge..unlike others apartment or hotel..all complete...

Forr the price of 344 baht it was worth it if you are on a budget No wifi, no toilet paper, no soap, no towel until had to ask and staff were not very helpful. The location wasn't really near anything apart from a couple of 7 Elevens. Had to catch ride share everywhere even to nearest BTS
• Millon (1/5): Atrocious - Nothing Digusting do not book bed bugs and cockroaches all about not looked after really dusty and the sheets were not fresh had disgusting stains on them I want my money back
• Jenny (5/5): Fair for a budget stay - It met my needs for a place to stay on a low budget. It was nice to have refreshment vending machines and an in-house cafe. The meals prepared in the kitchen were tasty. More comfortable bedding and cleanliness could improve, especially in the bathroom.

• Thirada (5/5): Ok for short stay. - ok for a night I recently stayed at this hotel for one night, and it was okay for a short stay. However, I was quite concerned about the very old elevator. It felt scary every time I used it. I hope the management has an engineer regularly check and assess its condition to ensure it is still safe to use.

We requested to check out at 4pm in order to get our train at 6 and they accept Pet friendly (nobly few hotel are pet friendly and they don’t charge us more for bringing them It’s more long term living people there than properly hotel AC working well The building is really old and a bid moldy The rooms are really really basics. But still cleaner than others hostel I’ve been to hard mattress but similar to a lot of cheap hotels in Thailand ^^

It's great to come back after a long walk and busing around. - I didn't understand Thai street naming convention and the taxi couldn't find the exact location becauseI couldn't speak Thai. However, I made a phone call then the host guided the driver to property. It's not a good place to hangout inside the room there is no electric jug or microwave. But the price is great and outside food and drink are cheap also.
