• Stéphanie (8/5): Idéal ! - L’emplacement ! Près de la mer avec piscine à disposition. Un supermarché est juste à coté. Oscar a été très accueillant et arrangeant, nous permettant de rester 1h de plus sans coût additionnel. Le personnel de l’immeuble sont super accueillants. Des petits travaux de rafraichissement seraient nécessaires.

• Juan José (9/5): Hermosas vacaciones en familia! - La comodidad. Dos dormitorios y una sala de estar amplia. La ubicación a pasos del shopping La isla. Supermercado, farmacia, restaurantes todo cerca. La alberca. Condominio frente al mar.

• Li (8/5): Oscar is very nice and supportful - Good location at Hotel Zone with lovely beach it is good to have a villa during vacation, but the view has been blocked 75% by front building, be careful to choose a better floors.

No safe locks on doors. No extra linen. Tv was only in Spanish so couldn’t use. Lots of construction noise. Not a comfy cozy place. No cleaning supplies not really near much food.

• Harry (10/5): Amazing Stay! This was our 2nd time staying here and we plan to come back soon. - Perfect location. Dr Oscar was a great host, responded promptly to all questions. The snack bar by the pool was closed. This had nothing to do with the host but due to the location of the villa there were many other options.

• Jorge (7/5): It was ok for the cost, served its purpose for a few nights. - Personnel was kind and helpful, location was good, access to the pools and beach was easy, proximity to convenience store and other food places was close, there is a snack bar at the main pool and food there is good. This unit is an apartment within a building complex, personnel there only takes care of the complex and can't help with anything related to each apartment, any issue you'd have to contact the owner directly. The building overall looks old on the outside, and you may encounter roaches and small lizards. Inside, shower water pressure is low and water temperature is not consistent, cold for the most part. Parking is first come first served, no reserved spot and spots are tight.

• Yohanse (10/5): I had a good time at villa marlin and it was safe and flexible for taxi and there shopping center around. - the villa and place was amazing was amazing. we got there early but the owner of property let us in to our room. I really recommend it. the only thing was the pool closes at 8pm

• Jon (7/5): Good place if you want to relax on the beach. - Oscar was very friendly and helpful. The location next to the beach is great, and the pool is also very nice. There is an Oxxo on the corner and a shopping mall across the street, which are very convenient. It is about 20 minutes from the airport. There is a regular bus that stops outside (for MXN 12 into town). When we arrived in the evening, it was very hot and smelly. (We aired out the place and then put on the AC, and it was then better). One bedroom has no window. In one bathroom the toilet seat was missing (apparently because of a previous guest - Oscar says they will fix it). There were not enough towels and sheets for us. We asked for more and this was then fixed.

It was very nice if you were looking for a 2 star hotel, that accommodates a large party. Not what I was expecting, I was looking for nicer. The host was very nice. I read the reviews and the unit got several 5 stars. We moved to the Westin!
• Anna (8/5): Enjoyable for our first days in Mexico. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy the carribean sea.. - The apartment was placed perfect for our use. Close to pool, beach and shopping possibilities. Oscar, our host, was very nice and checked up on us on a reguraly basis. We enjoyed the possibility to Cook our own dinner, but fine and more budget restaurants were nearby. The kitchen wasn’t fully equiped, eg there were no table cloth or dishtowels. We weren’t quite sure of the cleaning during our stay (there wasn’t any), but when the stay is only three days everything was good anyway.

• Ib (10/5): LOCATION, excellent service, comfy beds - LOCATION, COMFORTABLE, EXCELLENT SERVIVE BY OSCAR. We were 4 adults and 2 children (7 & 3 years olds).The apartment has 2 bedrooms downstairs and living area, dining and kitchen upstairs with other 2 sofa beds. The location is excellent, Oscar looked after us and gave us an excellent service. The Oxxo which is like 7eleven and a pharmacy are outside the building. A shopping centre across the street, restaurants etc. The unit is perfect if u don't want to spend in restaurants all the time. The swimming pool is in front the beach. It has a little shop where u can buy food and cocktails. The sunrises and sunsets are absolutely stunning. We love it. Thank you Oscar for the amazing service. 👏 We love all

• Anonymous (5/5): if you are after a great location and not fussed about the rental this is your place - literally on the beach - location great the precious reviews made it sound fabulous but it isn’t. chairs were broken, no garbage cans, slightly dirty, no sheets for sofa bed
